I use to come to this JIB all the time, now today's visit was because I felt like having a Jumbo jack. I ordered 2 without cheese. What I got was both with cheese. Of course they re-did my order, but I wasn't even offered a refund for paying for the cheese. Now this is not the first time they screwed up my order. I have been to lots and lots of jack in the box restaurants over the years. They are more or less the same. The food is identical, naturally, it's a franchise. And the overall look is also identical. The difference is the people. That is what makes on place different from the other. It is the friendly smiles and the great service that makes on place more outstanding then the other. I am vegetarian now, mainly for health reasons (to maintain good health) but I saw a sigh advertising that secret sauce was back. So I "snuck" into this Jacks to try a bonus burger and it was horrible. Cold and dry. Very disappointed. Guess I will remain vegan for a few more years at least. read more
