Food ok, service leaves a lot to be desired. Asked for curly fries with our kids meals, checked at the window and turned out they had regular fries. Told the employee that it was supposed to be curly fries and when he brought the bags back he said "let me know next time". Maybe listen better next time? We even turned our truck off in the beginning bc we didn't want to hinder the ordering process. They even forgot the straws. read more

They confirmed if we got charged, Grub Hub would refund us our money. Fast forward to early Saturday morning, we get a knock on our door and it's our Monday night Grub Hub order from Jack In The Box! As someone who works in food service, I was disappointed with the customer service tonight. I returned to the counter because my sandwich tasted like something in it had expired. I wanted to exchange it for a different sandwich but the manager I spoke to was defensive from the get-go. And she spoke to me in a very condescending way. This wasn't the hill I wanted to die on and told her "never mind". Ultimately, I'm writing this review not to deter anyone from coming here because I've come here before and have had a positive experience. I just hope that the team can get a refresher on how to talk to customers. From one food service worker to another. You're lucky I'm a soft spoken person. The customer service was great from the young man working the window. The quality of the food was very subpar. I wanted extra cheese on my breakfast jack. I was told it already had extra cheese. Apparently you cant pay money for more cheese. I asked for taco sauce and buttermilk. I had a large curly fry and 3 sandwiches, I got 2 buttermilk and 2 taco sauce. As far as the large curly fry I had maybe one handful of actual fries, the rest were burnt or just little half inch crumbles. Jack in the box has promo texts that get sent every couple weeks. None of the coupons/promos say it must be printed. I have NEVER been told at any other Jack in the Box location that it had to be printed. They simply ask to see the message to get the coupon code. I know all fast food places are franchised but AT LEAST FOLLOW & RESPECT THE THINGS THAT THE COMPANY OFFERS. To me it sounded like they were too busy and lazy. Pulled up 4:25am and waited about 4 minutes for someone to say something. Finally someone said can I help you? I replied Good morning, I would like to order number 30 combo with an orange juice. I like to go here with my 3&5 year old Granddaughters after playing in the park or walking. Today I presented an online coupon from the Jack in the Box app which the manager refused. When I went online to "JackListens" at the email address on my receipt for items I purchased without the coupon, I was taken to a page that had no place to give feedback. The same was true at the number I called. I then went online to the corporate office, filled out their form and there was no way to send it. JACK DOESN'T LISTEN! There was no way to report what I would assume would be important for the corporate office to know: A TOTAL SCREW UP BETWEEN ONLINE MARKETING AND THE INDIVIDUAL STORES. This used to be my go-to Jack in the Box. Went to this drive thru twice late at night around 3AM. Sat at the order taking window for several minutes and received no communication despite calling out more than a few times. There were no signs up saying that they were closed or stating that there was any issue. The open sign in the front of the building was lit near their "open 24 hour" sign and a red mustang employee vehicle was parked in the lot both nights. Its owner sat in the restaurant ignoring us and the other vehicle that pulled up. If you don't want any business late night, stop advertising yourself as 24 hours. If you want business, you should reconsider this guy's employment. The first night this happened, he wasn't alone and was laughing with his friends. Hilarious. read more

I really like this place. Sure, it's not grade A food. But it's good. And it's cheap. Good and cheap. Sometimes two deep fried tacos for 99c just hits the spot. And so does their chicken sandwich. Five stars for a good burger, fresh and hot fries, and amazing customer service! I walked in, was greeted with a smile! Super rare at a fast food joint. I used a gift card, that for some reason didn't read. I don't recommend buying Jack gift cards because it seems like they cause lots of issues. The manager came by to enter it by hand, and then it worked! They apologized for the inconvenience, and my food was ready for me in a few minutes! So I went to the gas station to get a coffee. For a fast food joint, this jack in the box has done it well. Tastefully done,spacious dining area and clean/well-kept restroom. I dig the vacant/not vacant door lock. They even try to bring your food to you with table numbers. Well stocked condiment area and friendly service. And my tacos and fries were fresh and super tasty! Didn't even need ketchup! Air conditioning works great. If I'm in the area and need to eat junk food, I'll be here again. Although the WiFi signal is weak, I'm here for fast food and they fully met my criteria for a good fast food meal. Just wish the chick before me had perfected the "pee *in* the toilet" technique. I ordered 6 tacos and a large curly fry. I got charged for it, but only received 2 tacos and the worst batch of fries i've had in my life. They weren't lukewarm, they were cold. Genuinely cold. Like, probably 70°. I ended up throwing away the fries as they were soggy and cold and unenjoyable. I also asked for hot sauce because I like the tacos with some sort of flavor to them. What did I get in my bag? Ranch and ketchup. Not even remotely close to hot sauce. So, I now have 2 tacos that I paid $10 for. I don't recommend this place unless you think you can win the lottery and have these people actually do their jobs correctly. read more
