This restaurant needs to be closed down by the health department, it disgusting. The restrooms look like they haven't been mopped in months, and it stinks in there. The tables are always dirrty . Also I saw workers not using gloves while making tacos. It was a female who works on graveyard I believe . Chubby girl with half her tooth missing. I think her name was assa. She also very rude when I asked for sauces and told me the store was closed cause it was 9:55. They get orders wrong, are not paying attention, and are messing around with each other instead of focusing. I have given them multiple chances but every time I give them a chance I am disappointed. Whoever was working the night or 10/15 @ 10pm at the drive thru window was AWFUL. The first time we came here was in June and we waited 40 mins because they gave our food to someone else. We didn't mind the wait that time. TONIGHT we waited 15 mins just to order and we couldn't even get out because we were trapped between two cars so we were like ok whatever. When we finally got to the window, we asked if our food was going to take long given we ordered 20 mins before even reaching the window. She said "I don't know maybe" and when we asked her to check she gave attitude and said we can leave since she didn't know. So that's exactly what we did. 0 stars for your crappy worker. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. Came in to order and there was a sign blocking saying they were closed. There was an employee out side and I asked him why they were closed if this location advertised that they were 24/7. He said that their systems were being maintenance and I asked how long until they were up and running again to which he said 20 min. I said okay, I'll b back in a few then. Came back 25 min later to order and they were still closed. This isn't the first time this has happened in the past few weeks I have gone there six times from 8 PM to 10:30 PM and it always says closed. All the lights are off and I can see the employees inside but can never reach anybody. I called and I get hung up on as soon as I say hello. This is ridiculous I don't even know why this location advertises 24/7. I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning and making a complaint. read more

Just like review from as far back as two years ago... the lights are on but nobody's home. After hours when they are "supposedly" open they block off the drive thru so you can't access service here. Normally coming here is uneventful and the food is tasty, but not today. I ordered 6 sandwiches, they prepared 5 and gave me a shake to drink while waiting up front for the 3.5 minutes they said it would take to cook another fish sandwich. 15 minutes later (literally, not exaggerating) after leisurely drinking the shake, I had enough so parked the car and walked in. "Oh, are you the parked car?" was the question from behind the counter. After waiting a couple more minutes at the counter, they finally handed me the food. It was cold, obviously, by the time I got it home to my wife. Except for the fish sandwiches which normally are so hot they scald your mouth; THEY were still warm. Then, two of the sandwiches were something completely different than what I ordered. A single patty on sourdough with cheese is not a double Jack, and none of the sandwiches I ordered come with bacon (that would have to be specially requested to be removed), yet they put it on the spicy chicken, rendering it inedible. Asked for my receipt twice but was ignored, so can't do their survey, so I'm substituting that for a yelp review. Only reason for the second star is they've been good in the past, and I got a delicious Oreo shake, but this was seriously THE worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant, and I'll be 50 in another handful of years, so I have QUITE a few others to compare it to. The worst part is that they weren't even all that busy. Sure, there was a steady stream of cars in the drive thru, but the dining area had 3 people in it, I saw 4-5 people walk out in the 15 minutes I was sitting in front of their only door, waiting, and there were 5 or 6 workers in the back, at least. We were behind one car. We sat behind them for over 20 minutes. Of course you are stuck there waiting and can't get out of the line. I came here after a night out with friends, expecting the usual generic Jack in the Box burger and fries. There was a man in the drive-thru ahead of me who was having difficulty ordering, so after several minutes I honked at him and he peered out his window- I told him to pull forward and they'd help him. He did so, indicating that English was his second language. I waited at the order screen, was told that they were "very busy" (there was one car behind me), and so for nearly five minutes I waited there and finally just pulled forward also. The man in front of me pulled through without picking anything up at the window. Galen, the manager on duty, greeted me at the window, and said,"Don't harass our other customers!" Um what?!? I had told the guy in front of me to pull forward to get help, and he clearly hadn't received any. I said, "Dude, I didn't, that guy spoke English as a second language, did you not help him?" Galen didn't have an answer for this, and I said, "Way to be racist, you just lost several customers in a row," and he told me to get the f*** out of their drive-thru and closed the window. Good job, man. I won't be patronizing JitB after this if that's what's considered an appropriate way to treat multiple customers in a row- both foreign and natural-born. Walked in this afternoon and they were noticeably busy. Despite the drive thru congestion, we were still greeted by a couple staff and acknowledged in a kind genuine way. The bathrooms were very clean, I was very surprised by how clean and stocked they were. The condiment stand and drink area was also neat and stocked with everything. The food was okay, my boyfriend tried something new, the sausage grande burrito. Which was jam packed with food! However, since it was something new he didn't like it. But I hold nothing agaisnt Jack in The Box for that, it was just his preference. So I was very impressed with there customer service despite the traffic and very impressed with the overall cleanliness of this fast food joint! Will return. read more

The last two times I've been to this location the service has been less than great. On the first visit through the drive through, I assumed the checker was new, so even though I had to drive back to get the sour crème I'd paid for I was alright with it. Today however, there was no excuse. I ordered a chicken strips, cheddar bacon potato wedges and an extra sour crème. After asking and finding out that they no longer include a sour crème with an order of potato wedges (seriously?) I told him I wanted 2 sour crème. He added three. I repeated that I only wanted two. I watched as my chicken strips and potato wedges disappeared from the screen, leaving only the 3 sour cremes. I repeat my order two more times. At this point, I hear the guy ask someone else for help. The second male asks me to repeat my entire order, again. I tell him the chicken strips, and then mention that the screen still says 3 sour crème, not the 2 that I want. He then gives me a total for my order! What? I told him that I also wanted a potato wedges, at which point he tells me, in a very rude tone, that he had asked me to repeat my order so it's my fault if its wrong. I tell him I wasn't done, and that it STILL says 3 sour crème, not 2. At this point, he tries to tell me that it's a computer glitch. Really? I repeat my entire order, VERY CLEAR that I only wanted to pay for 2 sour crème. He informs me that he is not the first guy I spoke to and I sarcastically tell him I'm aware, and still not impressed (I'm very upset at this point). He tells me my total will be ready at the first window. I pull up and pay and LO AND BEHOLD, they've charged me for 3 damn sour crème. I tell this to the gal that took my money and she literally shrugs and stares at me. I asked her if she was even going to TRY to fix it, she shrugs again and I pull forward, get my food and see that there are only 2 sour crème in the bag. I demanded the third one, seens how I'd been forced to pay for it, and leave. I will never go back to this location. A mistake here and there is one thing but COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE and rudeness is not okay. I wish there was somewhere more effective I could complain. read more

This was the worst treatment by a very rude lady! Black older woman threw torn bags at me into the car on an online preorder. The drinks were half ...only half ofna large cup full, no straws and she slammed the window for condiments. Food was cold and we waited for 30 minutes at the speaker.
