The food was somewhat tasty. It's like no matter where you go Carl's Jr. food or McDonald's, food or any of the other fast food restaurants always have the same taste.. The cashier that took my order and brought the food out to me. She was nice, friendly and talkative. The bag already had napkins in it so there's no need for me to grab a napkin. She grabbed a straw for my shake and hand it to me and said have a nice day. The ambience inside the store seemed like any Carl's Jr.. I've been into it had just that nothing that made it. She stepped into the back while the other employees listened to the rant and served him food while he insulted them and the food they were serving. After he left (which was hilarious: he was, apparently, going to eat the food that he stated was made of "insects"-- and worse things!), they carried on with professionalism. Crunchy and rich; so hot you have to wait to keep from burning your tongue. The tater tots were regular tater tots, without the distinct seasonings I remember. But they were still very tasty and hit the spot. I didn't get any sauce, and I later regretted this. I would recommend getting a sauce, I believe they are complementary.
