I wasn't going to write a review but I thought the service needed to be talked about especially when the Manager(s) are involved Lol! I came to this location a cpl days ago on my way to work to get the chicken brunch sandwich. I had just tried it at a Jack in the Box in 'Tumwater' a cpl days earlier and I was hooked it was delicious! I get to this location about 6:55am. I am the ONLY one in the drive through when I pulled up to order...and the chicken breakfast sandwich was "all" I ordered...I get to the window and I'm STILL the only one in line... I'm waiting... the lead manager who has blue & green hair seemed a bit frazzled or something which I thought was odd for only having one customer ( I think another car finally pulled up to order at this point) She finally brings me my order and I give her my money to pay and she just takes it, I get no receipt...She hands me my bag and at this point I have to get to work. I put the bag in my back pack and get to work and it's a stupid croissant sandwich! I was hungry and waiting to bite that chicken breakfast sandwich too lol! I was not happy! HOW do you get an order wrong when it's ONE person in line??! LoL! I called the manager Rowena tell her what happened she said she would tell the other manager to make me another one at no charge the next day and she would leave me a coupon for the inconvenience. Well Rowena didn't do it...I get to the window the next day that manager had no idea what I was talking about SMDH...She makes me the sandwich anyway (and writes me a coupon on a piece of paper what a JOKE!! LOl!) and I get to work and that was the NASTIEST chicken breakfast sandwich ever!!! Honestly I will never come back here..The service sucks! I will stick with the Jack in the box in TUMWATER much better service and the food tastes better! read more

I never post reviews because once in a while everyone makes mistakes. However this jack is by far the worse I've ever been to. Been to this one a good 6-7 times and every single time they mess up, either take so long to take your order without telling you to wait a little, or have a garbage can across the drive thru. Service is horrible and always messing up orders not to mention the food is cold. read more

I live fairly close to this Jack In the Box so I visit regularly. I have never received all the items I've ordered. I have worked in fast food before so I am incredibly understanding. Though it's every single time. My expectations for this restaurant are low now. The employees are ok, not mean but definitely not interested. Yep! $3 for a junior jack? yep! unfortunately this is the only place to get a lunch food at the time I get a lunch break so I sometimes come here on my lunch breaks. my orders are often wrong and sometimes they're so wrong that I wonder how the heck they even did that. If I could give it negative stars I would. I drive UberEats, got an order in at approx 1:10am and went through the drive thru to pick up. Not even at the speaker for a minute a guy who I can only assume is an employee (was not wearing any sort of uniform) came out the back door of the restaurant yelling and saying they are closed. When I told him I had an Uber order to pick up he proceeded to cuss me out telling me he didn't care because they were closed. He did this while dropping the F bomb every other word. After letting him know there are still orders coming through for pick up so he might want to log out of the program, he continues to tell profanities at me. So as I was leaving the drive through I snapped a picture of the phone number on the drive thru window so I could contact someone at the restaurant about this. As soon as I looked in my rear view mirror as I was getting ready to drive away a different guy (whom I can only assume is another employee) had come out of the restaurant and was standing at the rear of my car as of trying to be intimidating. Needless to say this has been reported to UberEats and a call will be made to the number from the window. They really need to make an upgrade on the people they hire! read more

August 18 Sunday 2019 at 4pm, heard add on car radio about the dbl bacon cheeseburger combo at jack in the box for $4.99, since I was just a block away I thought sure that sounds great, get to the order board in drive up, tell the girl I wanted the bacon dbl cheeseburger combo i just heard advertised on radio for $4.99, she asked what drink I wanted, told her, looked at screen she had a fish combo on it, so I said no thats wrong, I wanted the bacon dbl cheeseburger combo I just heard advertised on radio for $4.99, so she corrected the order only now its showing the price of $5.99, so I told her it was just advertised at $4.99, she responds very irritated and told me it was an old add and now its $5.99. She said she would discuss it with me at the window, when she wouldn't correct the price i asked to speak to the manager, she snipped at me and said she was the manager, so I asked her name, she said it was "Maya", and said she has no control of the prices and that the add was old, I don't care how old adds are, if its advertised at a certain price by law you must honor that price, I will be speaking to another manager during the week as I eat at this location frequently. this is the store located on 8215 Martin Way E Olympia, wa. this manager was rude and also didn't give me the right receipt, gave me someone elses receipt for a mocha and juice. I am very dissatisfied with her attitude and lousy customer service and will take this to corporate if needed, you have to honor your adds regardless how old or wrong they are, especially if they are running full time on tv and radio, its the LAW!!! read more

Egg shell in my Breakfast Jack. And not just in a bite, throughout the whole thing... my egg roll was soggy, and my hash brown was way overly greasy! Like I could wring grease out of it. The service was fast after the drive-thru girl (Paris) got off her phone and actually listened to my order. I had to repeat myself numerous times. Okay, I'm grading it on other fast food places like McDonalds and such so compared to them, it is 5 stars. I always order the Jumbo Jack with cheese with extra lettuce and extra tomatoes. They give a 10% discount for active military and veterans and the burger is big and delicious. It's made fast and my order is always correct. read more

I'm biased. Once I went here around 10 at night. They were having a machine malfunction of some sort and their entire night was going slower than expected. The employee, Andrew according to my receipt (I didn't catch his name tag), was incredibly apologetic and was trying his hardest to do well by all the customers. He was nice and jovial despite the ovcious stress. While waiting with an open window, a spider dropped down from my car window and I was paralyzed with fear. Andrew noticed as he went to give me my food and he took a straw and grabbed it for me, and didn't even laugh when I squealed. This is mostly a review about Andrew, the really cool employee, but he deserves it. Thanks Andrew. My fries and chicken strips were as good as you can get at Jack in the Box too. read more

What ever happened to good customer service? My bf and I came here about half hour ago and I was mortified by the behavior of the two girls working the drive thru. We went to make out order and the girl on the intercom kept yelling at us in a very snippy tone just because she couldn't hear what my bf was saying. We had to repeat ourselves over and over again. Only for them to get our order incorrect. We kept telling them that we did not order an orange soda but they just kept arguing with us about it instead of fixing it. So we finally got fed up went to the window were the first woman had a rude tone and argued with us basically putting the blame on us for their mistakes. Finally got to the second window were the other girl snipped at us as well and argued with us. All over an orange soda. How petty. All I wanted to do was get my order and leave. When we got home and checked our bag. The fries we ordered were not even half full and almost burnt. We then called the manager, thankfully she knows how to treat customers. Normally I don't take the time to write reviews, but after this incident I really wanted to. Especially since years ago I used to work at that same location. I know this behavior was unacceptable. My fiance fell in lobby last week when we were leaving last week, employees ignored incident and were very reluctant check out what happened at time. No manager was on duty, after pestering for assistance, one of the employees, offered some water. The floor was not damp where my friend fell, it was greasy and slippery on that tile. My friend spilled her drink right in front of mats on inside of lobby door. I sat some chairs out, so anyone walking in, would not slide down on the now wet and greasy tile floor. Employee came out of back and moved all the chairs back out of the way, and removed a wet floor sign from a big wet puddle near the window without drying up puddle and placed on drink spill from fall. We insisted on leaving a written message, about incident, for manager(Troy ?) , and was given his phone number by employee. Texted him concerning incident and was informed by recipient that she was not a manager of a Jack in the Box, wrong number. Also called phone number post on sign at register for a Richard Marienthal (360-608-0802), for food or service complaints. Explained situation about incident when he answered. He asked us to text him a brief explanation about what, where and contact particulars. We did that. Another customer, picking up her dinner, actually is the only person that was the only person that seemed concerned and helped me get her up off cold, greasy tile floor. We finally gave the explanation and contact information to employee and went home. At time we departed neither accidental drink spill nor big puddle of water near window had been touched. Incident occurred approximately 7pm and we departed at 755 pm. It has been over 1 and 1/2 weeks ago, still have never received a courtesy call from anyone from Jack in the Box. read more

boyfriend worked here for two days and quit because they don't use gloves, don't cook your food all the way, flies are everywhere, and have no training process what so ever and expect you to know what to do. don't eat here if you're not trying to get food poisoning. y'all nasty as hell and need to put your store in check. gonna get some health department notices soon read more

Worst service. Nobody in line but we sat in drive through at the order speaker and were asked to wait. Waited so long that people behind us started backing up and leaving. The minute we were free to back up, they came back on saying, sorry for the wait. We order and then wait to get our food, and they don't give us our full order. Maybe it wasn't our night for fast food. Ordered 4meals through the drive thru. Paid and got our meal, drove into a parking spot to check the bags since they felt light for 4sandwiches and sides. They had missed my sons Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger. So I told the children to stay in the car while I go retrieve the missing burger. Ran in and they had the burger ready so I was on my way back to the car and of course the bag breaks spilling all the fries, luckily the burgers were in boxes. I picked up the burgers and broken bag and run back in explaining what just happened. They didn't hesitate to replace the fries. So on my way back home, finally, my daughter gets excited looking for her hash browns that came with her breakfast combo. Would have been informative to know that they weren't serving hash browns. From excitement to a downer, they gave her fries with her breakfast combo. Drive thru was busy, so maybe we showed up at the wrong time. :( read more

As far as fast food goes, this jack is pretty good. You get a lot for your money with the munchie meals and their honey mustard sauce is a good dupe for chik-fil-a's honey roasted BBQ sauce. The tacos are a guilty pleasure. Sometimes you can't hear from the drive thru because it's a bad speaker. read more
