I love the food at Jack in the Box regardless of the location, and this location is no different. The thing that sets this location apart from any other Jack in the Box I've been to is the incredible service I receive every time I go (which is almost daily). Sometimes I go to this Jack in the Box purely because the staff are so friendly and passionate about what they do that it makes my day better to interact with them. The staff at this location make you feel special and understood, and they always get my order correct. 10/10 best Jack in the Box EVER. I was walking in the store this afternoon at 4pm-- an employee just coming on to her shift was walking in the restaurant, she looked directly back at me then proceeded to walk inside, letting the door shut right in my face. I realize that technically, this person wasn't "on the clock" yet but if you're wearing a Jack in the Box uniform then walk around the counter...my guess is you're an employee. I used to love onion rings from jack in the box until last month? It was close to closing time , but proceeded to the drive thru. Inquired if they were shouldn't even have gotten a stastill open, they stated yes, so I wanted to get some onion rings they used to fry them up so we'll, well I guess they had some sitting around for by the taste it must have been a long time. I paid and received them promptly opened the bag driving away and didn't even detect the aroma of food reached in the first one I grabbed was hard, quite hard, still took a bite and it was dry and a solid crunch creating many numerous dried crumbs to rain down on me and very flavorless attempted one after another of the maybe 8 onion rings in bag, everyone I touched was dry and hard, may have made a good defensive weapon in a carjacking. It will be a long time before I order onion rings here and most likely anywhere else for quite some time triggering a PTSD on onion rings some some time to come. read more

3 I ordered two things from Jack in the box number 1177. First-order where is order number326. It was for one fishcombo, One small curly fry and a small drink. Second order 329. It was for two tacos. On the first order when I received the order, I ate a fry, and it was cold so I asked for a new one which I received (it wasn't much better) The fish sandwich was so hard and cold it was barely able to eat it. On the second order the two tacos were cold. I have ate at this Jack-in-the-Box many times and never received items that I received yesterday. Last time there the edge of my chicken sandwich was too hard, like a rock, had to pull it off and toss out. The milk shake was TOO thick, could not drink any of it for an hour till it melted down, it was like sticking a straw in a bowl of ice cream. And part of the order was wrong, we ordered curly fries, found out later we got regular fries. But tonight, first time back since then, I tried their new spicy chicken strips and could not eat even one bite, so hot, soaked in Tabasco sauce. Unless you can handle massive Tabasco sauce, don't order the strips. I ended up having to spit my first bite into the trash after trying to cool it down several times with cold soda, no way I would take another bite. So I got some small fries, a small soda, and some chicken strips I can't eat for $5. Nice. I was raised on Jack in the Box as a kid in the 60's, bummed I can't enjoy it anymore here.
