It seems like we only come here when we get coupons in the weekly circulars, so this was the case for saturday night. We went inside to the Counter. The coupon was for the small combo- small fries and small drink- fountain, either the ultimater burger or the cluck chicken sandwich. We got three of them. Since it was one per coupon, it was three individual/ different orders. The curly fries is an upcharge, FYI. The cluck sandwich is really delicious. We don't get fast food often. On the App, you can only upload two receipts at a time. Gotta change this, or do an upgrade to the service to the App. Just saying. Just useful criticism to consider. read more

I usually don't write reviews because I rarely have bad experiences, but this one stood out. I went to the 24-hour Jack in the Box at 3:45AM after work because it was the closest fast food to us. I'm usually super chill--I work on the Strip in nightclubs--so I don't give people a hard time. Am I dumb or is jack in the box not take orders at 3:45? This is why I just never get fast food The overnight employee told me it would be a 20-minute wait because he was counting his drawer and handling other orders with uber apparently that's cool. I said that was fine and was ready to wait in line, but he told me to wait in the parking lot. When I asked if I could just order quickly, he said not to make it difficult or the time would go up...then told me it would be 30 minutes. He even said he wouldn't serve me next time. I never argued or caused any trouble, but he was incredibly rude. I ended up going to McDonald's instead, where I was served immediately and the staff were nice--and they got my tip! 50$ and food! Sweet guy working there.. not this one it was incredibly weird actually how he acted.. oh well.. he missed out that's why I was silent and drove away while he hid from me he thought I'd react but I don't react to that nonsense.. oh well... Rating based on my visit on 5/17/24. - Cleanliness: seriously one of the cleanest fast food establishments I've ever visited. - Service: great. This location was very disappointing in their customer service. I kindly ordered the Ube Oreo shake and the woman on duty between 1-130p handed me the shake in the image below. I explained that she had forgotten the Oreos. Her response was it's mixed into the shake....however after further investigation with my straw it was evident that Oreos were not added. She simply couldn't admit to her fault or just do her job efficiently. The end solution was telling her I did not want the shake and she simply threw it away with no exchange or refund. As I pulled up to the window to pay, the employee was counting the register (which wasn't the problem) but as she doubted she didn't even acknowledge me. What she could have said was, "good morning, I'll be right with you." Or something like that. When she finally said something she just said," that'll be $1.94." Haven't had Mr Jumbo Jack in over a year. Had a craving. It's literally around the corner. So went to grab some grub for me and the family. One of my favorite burgers. It's so tasty, I always add a bit more Mayo. Everything was fresh and hot. Also ordered the jumbo egg roll, so delicious! Great customer service. Wait time at dinner was less than 5 mins in drive through with about 10 cars. The girl at window was super nice and friendly. She seemed happy to be working there. I frequent different locations 2-3 times a week. I order a Jumbo Jack every time. It annoys me a bit when I get asked if I would like cheese...I will never ever say yes to cheese. Tonight I wasn't even asked...thought the total was a little high. Didn't look in the bag until after the drive thru (cars behind me), and sure enough there was cheese on it. I stopped at Jack in the Box at 9360 W Tropicana Ave Mon June 19 around 4 pm. Just left an apt at the Cancer Ctr that didnt go well and needed some feel better food. Ordered a Jack cheeseburger combo with diet dr pepper. After an unreasonable wait ( 1 car ahead of me)got my order and went home. I received a regular hamburger, no cheese, bag of pieces of fries and a regular doctor pepper (I'm a diabetic). Food was cold and disgusting! I will never go back to that location. How can no one have written a review yet about this place. I guess I'll be the first. I LOVE jack in the box. It is so clear lately that they have gotten much better then McDonalds. Their prices are very good, I've never had a mistake on my order. The food is ALWAYS made to order and it's hot too. I've never had anything bad here or at any location for that matter. Some of my favorite items are the meaty burrito (I LOVE the salsa they serve with it. It's soooo yummy). The burrito is loaded and hot and yummy every time. The sirloin burger is very good, I love their shakes (made with real ice cream). Their fish sandwich is SO much better then McDonalds (only thing is it's not always permanent on the menu unfortunately) I'll goto Jack in the box anytime. I work nights and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat so I headed to the Durango/flamingo location. I pulled through the drive thru and was told that their system was down and they could not do ANY transactions. I decided that I could try another location slightly further from my location and I ended up at the tropicana location. I again tried the drive thru. I placed my order and right before I was given my total the cashier told me that the soda machine was down and I would be unable to get the drink I ordered. My options were tea, water, or orange juice. Not what a night shift worker is looking for. I chose orange juice and was told it would be an additional charge for the upgrade but they would be kind and drop that charge. Kind? It wasn't my choice to upgrade my drink! You guys didn't have the drink I wanted and gave me three pitiful options, I shouldn't be charged! So, my office is right down the street from this location. I've been there probably 25 times and the services is always horrible. The only reason I continue to come back here is because the french fries are awesome and it's conveniently located. Other than that The service is horrible. They literally cannot words "soda water". So we pull up to the drive-through, and I ask for my meal with a large soda water. The individual in the drive-through said "you want a large number whatever with a bottled water"? I replied back "no, I want a sparkling water ". She replies back "a bottled water?" I responded no! A soda water"! And she says oh, a soda water. I replied "yes"! Relieved, she understood what I said. Then she rang it up in the register as sparkling water. What is wrong with plain English? If you are going to hire someone to be the voice of your company at a drive-through, they should at least understand of the word sparkling. It's ridiculous.
