I brought a first timer with me and he was totally blown away. He loved that the burger looked like they do on advertisements and even more blown away that it taste better than he thought it would. I came to this location with my two kids, 5 1/2 and 7 1/2 for a school field trip. What a fun tour! This is the second location I've checked out and this one was more interactive and fun for the kids. They each got to step up to the potato/French fry machine to cut up a potato. They had such a blast and the manager, Josh, was so kind and patient and fun for the kids. The entire staff was just the best! I've been coming to In-N-Out for years now specifically for their Double-Double burger with grilled onions and chopped chilies. It's one of my favorite burgers especially when you slather it with their spread sauce. The fries are pretty mid but if you get them animal style with a side of chopped chilies they taste a lot better. Even though this location can be quite busy the drive-thru goes pretty quickly which is a plus. For the most part, I'm usually very happy with the food and customer service, but I no longer get napkins because they tend to get stuck on the burgers which can be quite annoying. read more

The slowest dive through went inside only 3 people ahead of us and it took 35 mins will never go there again

I just went to this location for the first time today at 2.00 pm . I walked straight to the counter and ordered 2 no 2 meals and a pup patty. To go. After a 15min wait i went to pick up counter and inquired about my order. The young lady went over to orders sitting on counter handed me a bag . I already realized it had been sitting there for sometime but hopped for the best as needed to get to work. I live in the lakes off grand canyon. The burgers were actually ice cold from sitting on the metal counter the fries were terrible and cold. The young girl was not even apologetic for my wait when she gave me bag. As with all In-N-Outs this one was similar in decor with the counter having the red and white tiles and very bright and welcoming. I actually did not eat for I was buying food for a customer for a lunch training at their location. The girl at the register was very helpful since I had a pretty long list of items and they were all different. She was very patient and was able to get all the order in. Not like they need my review they're always very busy, but I finally went in and tried the place. I have to say it was the cleanest fast food hamburger restaurant I've ever walked into. As I sat there eating my burger I noticed there was a lot of things being made that wasn't up on the menu which surprised me so apparently people that go there know about some secret menu. The staff was incredibly helpful and watching them literally cut fries from a potato. I'm not sure I've ever even seen that before. Fresh fries from a potato not a bag. Kudos to In-N-Out Burger. It been a long time since I've seen employees look all that happy but they did. Maybe I should apply for a job. I would like to be that happy. Great job ! I waited a few days to write this review. I wanted to be fair and not write it when I was angry. I often read reviews that say the food was fabulous and the ambiance was out of this world but one mistake was made so they gave them a one star. Doesn't seem fair. So here's my fair three star review. My husband went through the drive thru and ordered us a double double for himself, a hamburger protein style animal style for me, 2 fries, a large 7up float and a Pup patty. They read the order all back correctly as they always do including the plain patty no salt. (Aka the pup patty) and ask will you be dining in your car? He replies no. When we get to the window mistake one. Our order is in the box not bags. We got the dining in car setup. No harm no foul. We get home and set up to eat. We get our dirty napkins. Lol It isn't In-N-Out if you don't have napkins that are dirtied with spread from being placed on top of your burger. My burger is perfectly wrapped and delicious. My husband says his burger is fabulous as well. My shake is super yummy. I grew up in Cali and am a firm believer that In-N-out is the best burger and my Mom always made me 7up floats every time I was sick so this is a true comfort meal for me. This part of the meal is a five star! Now the bad part. We ordered a pup patty. It's technically part of their secret menu but is widely known like their animal style. It's a plain unsalted burger patty. The lack of salt makes it healthier for dogs. A lot of people have super hyper dogs that jump for their pup patties as soon as they walk in the door. Some parents may just reach in and toss it to them if it is a large dog that has been home alone. If I had done that I would have been very sorry. Lucky for me I sat down and took a good look at it first. The bag was wet from the grease and there were onions on the patty!!! Toxic to dogs onions. They must have cooked it on the dirty part of the grill right after they made an animal style. This is totally irresponsible. All the cook had to do is scrape the grill . He didn't have to totally clean it . He was too lazy to scrape the grill?!! I squeezed out the grease and rinsed the patty under water and let my dog have half of it because he already saw it and was so happy for it. I tasted it and it tasted bland after rinsing it. A couple hours later he was feeling sick. I don't think it was the patty. I think it was a coincidence but just in case I didn't let him have the second half I saved. The pup patty obviously gets a one star. That's how I came to a three star. I hope this is a one time mistake because you guys usually do a great job but this can't happen again. My service dog is too precious to me. Please do better for our furry friends that can't speak for themselves. read more
