So, everyone knows if you come to a five guys you better save up. They generally raise their prices once or twice a year. Had a visit Sunday early afternoon. Always get a greeting when I walk in the door. You immediately can grab some peanuts, nice touch but I declined. Built my burger and I get jalapeños added. Not sure about their jalapeños but they have a kick to them. I went and sat down at one table, had to move bc it smelled like bleach or heavy sanitizer. Good thing shows they clean. Place was clean. We have eaten here many times and Five Guys never disappoints! Service is quick and the burger and fries are a 10/10. The portions are not small so you are getting your dollars worth. Convenient location too! The burgers are juicy and customizable, letting you pile on toppings if you wish. The fries are huge, fresh-cut, and served in that signature overflowing cup. Whenever people talk burgers, Five Guys is always mentioned. It was about time we gave it a shot. The plaza has a bunch of stores, so depending on when you go, could be difficult to find parking. When you walk in, the smell of the place is super promising, definitely gets the appetite going. Went with the Little Cheeseburger, my toppings and a large Cajun fries. When we ordered only had one person ahead of us, so the place was not busy. The food was a bit underwhelming. The patty had a char taste that wanted to compensate for a lack of seasoning and the buns tasted like it was taken out of the plastic bag and on the burger. If the best thing about the burger was the lettuce and tomatoes tasted fresh, I'll pass. The cost overall is definitely pricey, but I thought at least the quality would justify it....but it was overall plain. I haven't gone to Five Guys in several years! After having some ice cream at Sorry Not Sorry Creamery next door, I decided to stop by Five Guys for a cheeseburger and French Fries. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the Five Guys team at the Flamingo/215 location. All of the team members yelled out "Welcome to Five Guys!" I forgot how the menu worked, so the team member at the register walked me through the different options and toppings that could be added to the burger. The Five Guys menu offers burgers, hot dogs, milkshakes, fries, and sandwiches. I ended up ordering the following Little Cheeseburger: Fresh patty hot off the grill with American-style cheese. I added pickles to the burger. French Fries Five Guys Style: Freshly made boardwalk-style fries, cut fresh and cooked twice. My daughter and I waited approximately 10 minutes for the order. The soda machine at this location has a wide range of soda and juices available. The inventory was well stocked with utensils and ketchup. The cheeseburger was delicious! The burger patty was juicy and well seasoned. You could tell the ingredients were fresh! The French Fries were salty, but perfectly fried. Peanuts are complimentary at Five Guys. Since the regular size burger has two meat patties in it, I decided to get the little cheeseburger, which has only one meat patty, and a large french fry. Both seasoned perfectly, and cooked perfectly. This was more than enough food for me. The employees were friendly and helpful in picking out what I wanted, and I ended up getting a chocolate milkshake too, which I would also recommend. Everyone raves about In and Out here in Vegas, but they have NOTHING on Five Guys. McDonald's? Forget it! If you want a real burger with basically any topping you could want (at no extra charge) made to order this is the place for you! I personally do not eat a ton of burgers, but Five Guys I will not say no to. The fries are hand cut and super delicious either regular or Cajun. (I always go with the Cajun seasoning it's so good) another reason I love Five Guys is they don't give you like 7 fries in a huge box like other places *coughs* McDonald's. They fill up a cup and then dump another massive scoop in your bag. You will not be short on fries here! The employees are nice and greet you. Food comes out hot and fresh everytime. The cost is a little higher but you get what you pay for. They have an awesome coke machine that lets you create your own drink. (I know this is nothing new but there were tons of fun new flavors I'd never seen to choose from) If you decide to get their everything all the way burger (it has everything on it which is a lot) plan on eating it sitting somewhere this is not a burger I recommend driving and eating with, it gets messy. We walked in on Wednesday at 3:30pm. The establishment was empty, luckily with no customers in sight except for 3 smiling staff behind the counters. We enjoyed the luxury of ordering and eating right away. Staff were courteous and willing to show us the size portions and answer questions since it was our first time dining at a Five Guys, thank you Braden C. Food was prepared very fast and we were munching away in no time at all. This location is very clean and spacious. 6 high top tables, and 8 regular four-seaters. For those travelling with young children and babies, there are 4 booster seats located at the entrance to the store. I thought it was ingenius that they utilize the potato sacks for storage in the center, and also to serve as a line place-holder for when it gets busier in the evenings and to direct traffic. My slightest concern was the open boxes of peanuts at the head of the line (and the scoop readily available), but only for those small percentage of the population with peanut allergies. There's a full condiments self-serve area to the side, and 2 Cola-branded self-serve soft drink dispenser machine (you can purchase the bottled sodas, or a standard cup to use the dispenser). Loved our strawberry milkshake, and as a tip, the Large fries portion can actually feed 2 adults! The hotdogs, grilled cheese, and burgers were cooked to perfection. In the rear you'll find 2 single-occupant restrooms (very spacious and family-size, thank you very much), both equipped with urinal, toilet, sink, and diaper-changing table. Back in the main dining area, on the walls you'll find a variety of magazine clippings, also from newspapers, articles, and guides featuring Five Guys. A nice touch were the 2 display boards equipped with crayons and index cards, so kiddos (or adults alike) can scribble and color to their heart's content, leaving behind messages, inspirational sayings, drawings and cheers. And last but not least- at the completion of our meal we had no worries finding the trash receptacle. 1 fullsize bin at the entrance, and another fullsize bin at the rear near the restrooms. I did see a staff member come out to realign and clean some tables at the 30-minute marker, extra points for that. And I always know it's a good place when as we exit the establishment, my kids turn back to me and say these infamous words "Can we come back here again?" 5 stars from this family. read more

I've been eating Five Guys for many years. Their burger's were phenomenal at one time, however this visit my burger tasted like a garbage burger with extra toppings just thrown on top. I didn't even ask for extra toppings but somehow that's all my burger consisted of, the cheese was not even melted. The whole meal cost me $21.00 and I only took two bites and was done! First time eating at this FG. Situational awareness was awesome. Walked in, one party was already seated with food, on person waiting for their order, and one person actively(but slowly) ordering. After about 15 seconds, the cashier recognized that someone else could take my order at the adjoining counter and took steps to make that happen.
