One of my favorite new quick meals at Jack in the Box is their Crispy Chicken Wraps! This Jack in the Box location is off of the Durango/N95, near Lowes. There is plenty of parking spots and the drive-thru is easy to get to. The Crispy Chicken Wraps include lettuce, cheese, crispy chicken tender, and a sauce. I usually opt for no sauce though. This is one of their newest offerings that started in June 2023. The first locations to test it was in San Diego California, and then rolled out nationwide. The wraps are currently priced at $3.00 and there are two varieties, the Classic and Spicy. The Spicy Crispy Chicken Wrap includes the Crispy Chicken Strip, shredded cheddar, pickles, jalapenos, and shredded lettuce. It is topped with a spicy sauce and buttermilk ranch dressing in a warm tortilla. You can also opt to get grilled chicken instead of crispy chicken inside the wrap. The team here at this location are helpful, fast, and efficient. We didn't eat inside the restaurant, but opted to go through the drive-thru instead. No issues with ordering and we checked the order before leaving. All the wraps had all of the correct ingredients! The wraps are yummy and delicious!! read more

I love this Jack in the Box which is why I am not giving it 1 star but lately everything has been horrible at this location. I come here twice a week after work and lately Josh has been working graveyard when I get there. He always has attitude when I'm ordering and has no patience when I'm being polite telling him my order. Then when I went today I ordered over the app but when I got to the location I was told they didn't have a cook and weren't accepting any orders. I really miss when this Jack in the Box was good because it was my favorite place to get food after my night shift. Sucks to see it being ruined. read more

Went here this morning to get some quick breakfast for the kids. Nobody at the counter so you're forced to use the self serve kiosk. Get to my last combo order and they don't have a choice for apple juice for my son. I choose a coffee and checked out. I immediately bring it to the attention to the manager that's now at the counter and they refuse to adjust my order because I chose it and I'm forced to pay for a separate apple juice. I only take one coffee when my order comes up and I ask the manager again about my order. She answers with an attitude that I chose the drink on the kiosk. Neither time did they have any sign or anything indicating they were closed. Ordered via app and went to pick up the order. The drive thru was very long and waited for about 30 minutes in the drive thru line before we got to the intercom to give them our mobile order details. When we got to the window we asked for a lot hot sauce but didn't get it. We pulled around so I could run inside to ask for the sauces we didn't receive. The manager tried to give me four packets of hot sauce when we got 30 tacos. He was very confrontational asking me why we took so long to pick up our order and where we were and that we took two hours to pick it up which was a lie! They have an app where you can order ahead and pick up. The staff aren't friendly. While they do offer a military discount, they're reluctant to give it. The cashier who claimed she's the store manager advised they give a military discount but never gave it. Yet, she had no problem swiping my card. I asked to be refunded for the amount of the military discount. She said she couldn't. I asked for the district manager's contact information and she refused to give. I reached out to their social media support to request again and advised of the piss poor service from the fake store manager. Yes, I said fake manager. A real manager wouldn't treat customers the way she does. Staff need to be retrained. Staff should be greeting customers and thanking them. Stop hiding behind the pandemic for your piss poor service. Once I got here to pick up the order, it was late night the person at the window could not help me. Said they did not have my order. I said ok, well can u take my order and I will resolve the online app order with HQ. The person in the window told me NO and I would have to get back in line, behind all 12 cars that were in the drive thru. So I did, needless to say it took over an hour at this location trying to get food! I called Jacks HQ to complain and they did not want to hear about it! I've had many issues with this specific location, from getting our orders wrong to providing no condiments or napkins when ordering through the drive through. My go to Jack in the Crack for soaking up the booze late night or munchies for that matter. You can never go wrong with a cheese burger and fry. Jack is constantly coming up with different and unique sandwiches so the menu does not get tired. They always have the top sellers but it's nice to try new taste offering's. Another great thing about Jack, is that they serve breakfast ALL DAY! Not til 1030 only unlike the other chains. Oh yeah don't even try to order breakfast at 10:32 because you just won't receive it. The one thing at this Jack that I cannot wrap my head around is that they have a fire place that can be visible from both the inside and out. Went through the drive through on 10/11/22 ordered two 4 piece chicken strips-just the strips, no drink or fries. Total was $15.15. First of all, I didn't receive my receipt. Should have been red flag #1. Secondly, I ordered a chicken fajita pita and the chicken inside was still frozen hard in the center. Inside of the pits was one sad tomato slice and literally 5 shreds of cheese. I tried to eat around the frozen parts and I just couldn't- it was so bad. If I could give this place a negative star I would. I've been to this location a few times and decided after a long day I would grab dinner here instead of the other local options. It was a choice I would regret the rest of the night. I ordered a spicy chicken combo, tacos, and egg rolls. Now with the drive through I understand how long things take so I wasn't mad about the wait. What I am mad about and still upset about is the order itself. When I got home, not even a 5 min drive from the location, the spicy chicken sandwich had ketchup in it (which we know it doesn't have and wasn't a big deal) but it also was cold and not cooked through all the way. I decided to call the restaurant to let them know and the manager on duty took my name said to bring it down for a refund. I then went to go eat some curly fries that I ordered and I got a half of a container! None on the bottom of the bag, just half of a container. I drove back to the restaurant and took the fries and the sandwich to the restaurant and explained to the manager what happened. After showing the manager that I just got this and called in, the manager said that I was a liar regarding the fries and they never ever give container of fries like that even though I just told her I got home and turned back around after our call. She said I had to have eaten them (which again I tried to explain to her I didn't and had called her once I got home She the looked at all the staff and proceeded to ask each and everyone of them if they would do that and of course they all said no. No matter what I was saying to her, I was wrong and they all were right. I asked for her managers information which I finally got but unless I apologized to her she would not be refunding me my fries and I cooked chicken sandwich. She said I could talk to her district manager and see what they have to say. I've never been so upset about a facility that I had to write anything but based on what I've read from other patrons of this location . I will never ever return to this location. I could care less about the 6.00 that would have been refunded.
