The buns were lightly crisped on the inside with that soft, fluffy top. The burger patties were cooked just right with the perfect amount of melted cheese and grilled onions layered into the meat. Had to get my In-N-Out fix while in Vegas--because some cravings just can't be ignored. We ordered two burgers, fries, and a drink. It did take a bit of time for our order to come out, but honestly, everyone seemed to be waiting and we saw plenty of guests checking on their numbers as well. The staff handled the rush really well--super friendly, constantly cleaning, and refilling stations while orders were being prepared, which was nice to see. Anyone who knows me knows that I am definitely not a fast food foodie. I've eaten at In-N-Out maybe once or twice because I never really understood the hype. I've had their french fries and I'm not a fan and I usually would just order a hamburger with some fixings on top like onions and ketchup, but never anything over the top. I'm actually horrified. I came today and ordered a cheeseburger protein style. Thank God I looked before I took a bite because there were MULTIPLE bugs on the lettuce. I promptly brought it back inside. I'm assuming it was the shift lead or manager who was called over. She quickly apologized and said they would remake it. I stated I was a little skeptical and grossed out but she assured me they would double check the lettuce. Worlds WORST parking/drive in situation and compounded by the fact that no one from the store helps direct or control ingress/egress... A total cluster FFFK on steroids.. In n out seems to always be insanely busy. The drive thru lines are wrapped around the place quite often. That was the case when we visited on a Saturday. We parked and came inside. The employees were very friendly and efficient with taking your order. We were #55 and they were on about #40 something. We waited for about 10 minutes for our number to be called. The food was hot, the order was correct and everything was good to go. I would give this location a 10/10. They really work hard and as quick as they can with the massive amount of orders they receive in a short amount of time. There were at least 12 people behind the counter. One of many locations in Vegas. This location always gets busy... I've come on various days and times. Nonetheless, the longest I've waited in the drive thru is maybe 20 minutes and when ordering inside about 10-15. All in all, the food and service have been constant, they do they best to make sure the lines are moving. There isn't anything special compared to other in n outs, parking can be a traffic hazard since it can lead to cars cutting into the line because they're coming in from traffic whereas the other way is through the parking lot by the traffic light. We've been cut twice, fighting the driver is not worth it. I've never tried but I wouldn't want to risk being banned for life. read more

I came here to see if anyone left a review after what occurred earlier this evening and, thankfully, they did. I feel the need to also write a review because this entire situation was terrifying. We were at the drive thru and had just passed the opening where people exit the drive thru. This location is almost always backed up, and navigating it can be a nightmare since there's so much traffic. A girl in a blue car was behind us. She left space for people to come into and exit the parking lot like you're supposed to do in order to keep there from being backed up traffic that spills onto Centennial. However, two cars came in from Centennial and cut in front of her. Mind you, there were many cars behind her too, so these two cars cut in front of 15+ people. We were ordering our food and heard a ton of honking coming from behind us. The employee taking our order asked us to hang on just a second. She turned around to her coworker who was also there to take orders and told him to tell the people in the two vehicles that cut the line to go to the back. He just stood there. One of my family members heard him tell her, "No," but I didn't hear him say that. Idk if he was waiting for her to help him or...? Next thing we know, the girl from the blue car who was cut in front of got out of her vehicle and was talking to the driver of the second vehicle who cut in front of her. It was a woman in a red Cadillac. I never saw anyone confront the people who ended up behind us who were the first to cut. Anyway, all of a sudden, there are teenagers standing in front of the red Cadillac to let the lady in the blue car go in front of her. We had no idea if they were from the blue car or what. Then, the woman from the red Cadillac gets out of her car, is kind of standing behind her door as a shield, pulls out a huge tumbler and throws a red liquid from it at basically everyone around her. It got the teens but mainly got all over her own car. We also saw a clear liquid get thrown on the blue car as well, we don't know if it was Sprite or just water. We think there were about 5 teenagers and then a couple more joined, making it a group of about 8 kids. At this point, we thought the workers were going to let the lady in the blue car get in front of the red Cadillac. However, the lady in the Cadillac then started to angle her car like she was going to drive up the right side of the line where all the parking spaces were and cut more people off! Meanwhile, the teens started to record her and it looked like everyone was screaming at each other. She was screaming at the two employees taking orders. The teens were upset, rightfully so because they just had a red drink poured on them when they were trying to help the lady who got cut off. We then see 2-3 employees come from the building, but they just stood off to the side, far away from the two workers. One of the teenagers then got right in the male worker's (the one who'd been taking orders) face, which was NOT okay. Why the three workers continued to stand far back and do nothing is beyond me. The male worker placed his hand on the teen's shoulder and calmly but assertively told them all to leave. He did NOT shove the teen, he just put his hand on his shoulder since he was in his face. They did leave, but when the male worker turned around to walk back toward his female coworker, the teens flipped him off. I understand they were frustrated, but I think the workers were just trying to diffuse the situation since it was out of control. The lady in the blue car was behind the woman in the red Cadillac for the rest of the journey through the drive thru with no other issues as far as we saw. After all that, the milkshake machine was broken so we didn't even get our milkshakes after witnessing that fight. However, we were just ecstatic to get out of there, but what a freakin cluster. read more

We drop by this In-N-Out every month or so and it normally does not disappoint. The drive through lines are always long, but that is just supply and demand. They rarely mess up an order and the food is fresh and hot. Our normal go to item is the Double-Double. I am not a big fan of their fries, but I've had worst.
