Las Vegas does not have much as far as Italian subs go. I find myself at this Jersey Mike's quite a bit. The staff is friendly and they do a good job. Only thing I will say constructively is that I usually ask for extra meat and I feel like I have to repeat myself. Sometimes I've asked after they put the meat on the sandwich and then they remember and add more. Other than that, I can't really complain. They do a good job and the subs are on point. It's usually busy in there specially first thing in the morning because they are working on online orders, but they are very good at servicing people who walk in. Two stars are for a cup display falling on me and fit no labels on the sandwiches. The parking around 4pm is a challenge. Then once you enter WATCH OUT FOR A HEAVY METAL CHIP DISPLAY TO FALL ON YOU!! Next morning drove over to the store with the wrong sandwich and showed them what I ordered on the app. They immediately apologized and upgraded my sandwich to a giant and really piled on the meat and cheese. I haven't been to this location in a really long time and I now remember why. I placed an online order at 7.07pm. When I arrived to pick up, there were about 10 customers in line and clearly the 3 guys working were overwhelmed. I asked about my order and was told it would be another 15 minutes. No worries took a seat to wait. 45 minutes have now gone by and still no food. Finally got my food a few minutes later. I ordered two sandwiches, got them home, both of them were wrong. While I was waiting, numerous people were complaining and talking to the employees who told everyone who would listen how busy they were. I recently ordered 3 giant subs from this location, and had a small problem with the order. I placed the order online, and in the "special instructions" area, I requested extra condiments. But the sandwiches were still dry, and I wasn't happy. I submitted feedback accordingly, directly on the Jersey Mike's website. Within one day, I received a call from the owner, Mr. Martinez. He apologized for my experience, and said that the next time we had Jersey Mike's, 3 giant subs were on the house. He said he'd leave my name and a note at the store, and we would be taken care of. It just so happened that I was going to be in the neighborhood the very next day; in-between houses, and at the end of a prolonged and grueling move from one zip code to another, I had no dinner plan for my hungry family. It was a the perfect opportunity to take advantage of Mr. M's kind offer, and we did just that. I was a little concerned that the I.O.U. note wouldn't be there, because my conversation with Mr. M had been just the day before. But as promised, he left the note and we got our make-up meal. These were some of the best sandwiches I've ever had in this town! They were delicious, and clearly care had been taken to make sure of that. I was blown away, not only by the sandwiches themselves, but the quality of customer service provided...Things happen. Restaurants can botch take-out or delivery orders in any number of ways. It happens all the time. In fact, I'd venture to say that it's the minority, not majority, of take-out/delivery orders that is filled 100% correctly. The meats are sliced to order and bread fresh baked. We ordered two club sandwiches it came with turkey ham and bacon with provolone cheese. I believe they had a few different choices of bread but We choose white bread and omitted a few condiments and a personal favorite of mine is shredded lettuce i don't know why but shredded lettuce is just better. The portion size of the sandwiches are huge fair warning lol I couldn't finish the medium one. I loved every single bite. The staff was quick and very friendly. Their Customer service sucks. I went in today On Tuesday October 24th, around 5 pm. 2 guys were working and a girl. The guy that was helping us was giving us attitude and he was being disrespectful. And when i told the guy that was ringing us up he was arguing with me talking about what did my coworker do. Like boy if I'm telling you that i felt disrespected then i felt disrespected. Ok I have eaten here for a long time. The sandwiches are good but over the years I have seen the amount of meat get less and less.
