First things first I go to jack in the box at least once a week and have never had a problem with customer service and I have never even thought to leave a bad review anywhere ever. Well today I was there around 6:25 in the morning and I put in my order and I was very nice and courteous as usual since I work customer service too so I'm always nice to workers and they forgot to give me my drink so I turned around and very nicely reminded her that she forgot my drink well when I went up to the window she looked very annoyed and was just plain rude she gave me my drink and slammed the window without apologizing for the mix up or anything so I waited there and she opened the window again and I said you could have at least apologized especially since I had to waste my gas and drive all the way back and she slammed the window in my face . I've stopped at this specific Jack 2x in the last 2 weeks, both times about 8am on a weekday. I get the same thing at all Jacks, and it's always hot and fresh, but at this one the Ultimate Breakfast sandwich looks and tastes like it's a day old. An extra bonus this morning was the very slow service at the drive through. i won't go to this Jack again. So, it's been a while since i wrote this review. I've stopped there since and it seems food is fresh and hot. I also like to add the people that work graveyard on Sunday mornings are A LOT nicer than the weekday morning people. read more

Zero stars. Selling food to the public means that it should be fully cooked & never left out raw for any period of time. Yesterday, my fiancé & I bought a chicken sandwich, two tacos & 1 fry order for lunch. I ate the tacos & he had the chicken & we shared the fries. We ate the same thing all weekend including last night's dinner. At 2:00 am this morning, he was deathly ill with textbook symptoms of food poisoning. Today at 11:00 am, I spoke with Daisy, who said she is the Manager of Jack in the box. She asked me if he was in the hospital. I replied, "No, he's been home all day frequently throwing up & using the restroom. He also has fever & chills! She told me that someone from "Quality" would be calling me. I got no call from anyone from Jack in the box or Quality. In this hour, my fiancé can't eat any solid foods. We may be going to Dr. Tomorrow. I will be reading yelp before eating in places that unfamiliar to my home area. Reading some other reviews of this place would have had me going elsewhere. I thought it was fast food it took like 25 minutes in the drive-through and when you looked in the window it look like they hadn't cleaned the place in a couple years and there was some guy I was really hoping wasn't the chef standing out there smoking a cigarette, I thought it was a homeless guy but sure enough 15 minutes later I saw him walking around behind the counter through the drive-through window I really wanted to back out but I was trapped, but I will definitely be skipping this place shouldn't be eating that crap anyway read more

Giving 2 stars because all the other times I've been to this location it's been okay. But I came here recently and had a fairly large order. The employee at the drive-thru was attentive and repeated my order back to me to ensure it was correct. When we got to the pick up window, the lady handed me each bag telling me what was in each one and everything sounded correct. I also asked for ranch and taco sauce and they said okay then proceeded to hand me the bags. When I looked inside, there was none so I told them they didn't give me any. Then they gave me my sauce which was great. However, when I got home, we were missing all 6 of our tacos! They also didn't give me a receipt so even if I wanted to go back to get them I probably would have to pay for another 6 tacos even though I didn't receive them the 1st time. I was also upset because we waited in drive-thru for about 25 minutes or more and dine-in was closed so it wasn't worth it for me to go back. I was overall disappointed since they reassured me the whole time that they got my order right but they didn't. Hoping they start paying more attention to the orders so they won't have any more upset customers! read more

Hate to do this because the staff here is probably one of the friendliest I have come across at a jack in the box but every single time I come here the service is slow wether there is a line or not, but thats not even what I'm complaining about since I'm pretty patient. My compliant is that on 2 occasions after ordering at the drive thru and driving all the way home with my order I come to find an item missing and on both occasions it was the same item missing. (A big cheese burger on sourdough bread with lettuce and tomatoes). I always order this. The first time I drove all the way back to fetch the missing burger, I was hungry. The second time I just said F*** it I'm just not going back there ever again. My fault though, I should've checked the bag the 2nd time. I asked the lady at the window "is this everything"? She seemed pretty confident that it was so I trusted her... Please guys, make sure that everything is in the bag. It only takes you guys a couple seconds to double check and takes me 10 mins to drive back to jack to pick up 1 missing burger. It's really a hassle to come home and find an item missing and have to drive back especially when I'm hungry AF. I used to come here all the time with my friends for their 2 for $1 tacos. This place has come a long way just because before it looked really old school inside and a few years ago, they finally remodeled it. The workers are really nice and when you go through the drive thru, they try to get you out of there real quick. The lady working the drive thru (older woman, reddish hair with glasses) was unbelievably rude and didn't hide the fact that she clearly didn't want to be there. As my family and I pulled up to the drive thru window, the lady snatched my father's debit card from his hand. As we were waiting for our food the drive thru window was left open and we could see and hear the lady taking the orders of those behind us and she was consistently rolling her eyes and throwing things out of frustration with the customers. She had a really bad attitude overall and the way she talked to the other employees wasn't much better. I understand working fast food isn't the best job, but you're choosing to be there and it's not the customers' or employees' fault you're so unhappy with your job. Worst fast food experience of my life. I was stuck in the drive thru for 15 minutes while they prepared another driver's 4 bags of food instead of telling him to pull around. When I got my tacos they were soggy and poured grease from their sleeves. And to top it all off, they never returned my credit card and when I noticed it, I was trying to pay for gas over an hour away, leaving me stranded!!! Jack in the box on 100 E Louise Ave failed to understand that as of today 09/30/20, doordashers are NOT required to pay for customers order. Staff member Mariana was very rude, would not give me the customers food unless I paid for it with my red card which declined numerous times. I explained to her that we are not required to pay for the order and she told me that I needed to pay for it. I also showed her the article that stated we were not longer required to use the red card. Due to her not understanding and failing to do her job, I had to cancel the order due to her not wanting to give me the food and my completion rate was lowered over a situation that I had no control over. Doordash- PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR MERCHANTS SO THE DOORDASHERS CAN DO THEIR JOB AND SO THIS IS PREVENTED IN THE FUTURE. Jack in the box- your workers were horrible and forced me to leave the drive thru because their line was backed up. This is embarrassing on your behalf and you really need to re-evaluate who you have as the faces of your company. This is not okay. And not a good look for you guys. Traditionally I have had poor service at this Jack in the Box however, this time I was greeted in the drive thru by what seemed like a new employee. His name was Thomas and in all honesty, he made my drive thru experience absolutely fantastic. He was boisterous, upbeat, friendly, and made sure that I had everything I needed for lunch. When I was managing a retail chain months ago, I would have loved to have a team made up of someone of his caliber.
