Someone needs to talk with the manager on duty during the week about customer service and kindness. Came in for a quick bite and there were no other customers in the store. We placed our order at the self-help kiosk (because heaven forbid a person take your order), and then we sat down to wait for our food. After a few minutes, this woman I think was the manager (she was wearing a white shirt, and pretty, bright lipstick) came from the back to ask if we had placed an order, we said yes at the kiosk. Well, did you pay for it, was her next question, did she really think we were waiting on food we hadn't paid for? My son handed her the receipt and she walked off to the back with it. No, hey sorry about that or let us get this going. Just took it and walked off. As we were leaving a young guy came in with a cup and politely asked for water. She proceeds to bark at him that cameras are watching him, I guess this is to ensure he doesn't take soda. This guy couldn't have been more polite and respectful. Maybe she has a history with people doing this and had enough, but there is a way to speak to people that isn't so dehumanizing and rude. There was no one else there so she wasn't slammed with orders, it was 86 degrees, just let the person have some water. Kindness goes a long way. There was nobody in front of me and I was waiting a good 15 minutes for my order. Secondly, almost $4 for a small but they changed the size! It was a bit bigger. The quality of the food at Jack in the Box has significantly declined over the past decade to the point that I don't even recognize my favorite sandwich: the Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich. Every ingredient down to the bun has been changed to obviously cheap low quality ingredients. It doesn't resemble anything like the ultimate breakfast sandwiches from a decade ago. This was a visit from yesterday, basic 2 orders of tacos (4), small sprite and a large fry. The food itself was content for me, however, whenever I do go there their fries tend to be more on the burnt side. The tacos are pretty manageable in comparison as they are cheap ($1.49 for 2) & are packed to the brim most of the time. Service is always quick & accurate, never had an issue with specifics on my order as I'm allergic to tomatoes. Been awhile since I went out, worth it for only $12. Cheaper can be better! read more

This is quite the location, for the most part when me , my mom order food the service is quite favorable. Same with when I went inside and ordered. I used their restroom and sure it's not in the best shape but what can you do? I went to your location at 1212 164th St SW Lynnwood, WA 98087 United States. And I ordered a 23 combo with NO MEAT. The worker repeated it and it was in the screen correct. I get the bag go home and then had to come back because it had meat on it. When I returned the manager just took the bag to the back, when usually it's thrown out right there. I don't know if she had the person just make me another burrito with the same eggs and hash brown pieces. This isn't the first time this has happened at one of your locations. It's VERY frustrating and this could easily be avoided if y'all had vegetarian options. There should be a burrito with no meat that I can order. It's also pretty inefficient that the person in the back doesn't have on a headset(that's what I was told by the drive thru worker) if they could here what people are ordering they can make the food faster. I go here alot cause its the closest one by where i live. Their food is decent but hey, its a jack in the box! and the food isnt the problem here but its just that sometimes it takes really long to get my order. other times, its super fast. This is a commentary on Jack In The Box as a whole as well as this location specifically. I often work late and unfortunately this is really my only option for an on-the-go dinner on my way home from work. I estimate that in the last two months I've gone here maybe ten times. Every single time there's either something wrong or missing from my order, the food is dry or sloppy or they're out of a key sauce that pairs with a particular item. They were out of buttermilk sauce for over a week. Tonight I got to the window and asked for sweet and sour for my egg rolls and all they had was taco sauce and buttermilk. What kind of animal uses taco sauce or ranch on an egg roll? Wouldn't it make sense to let the customer know when ordering that you're out of a key sauce for an item? Three or four times they've handed me a drink where the lid wouldn't seal on the cup properly and one time this caused me to spill soda all over myself and interior. Over all this location seems to be run by people who really don't care about running a business well or the customer experience or satisfaction. I feel this way about all Jack's lately but this is by far the worst location in our area. In the 90's and early 2000's, Jack was far and away the best fast food option in my opinion and now it's essentially pig slop for people who are hungry but have no other options. read more

My recent visit could've been better because of their recent change in their fountain drink machine. It needed to be refilled with regular sodas and I was forced to choose a flavored Coke. That was the disappointing part of my recent experience while ordering take-out at the counter. Everything else was alright. Ordering at the counter was quick and easy. And food was consistent even though I felt like the box size for a large order of curly fries was pretty small. So I ordered a large Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal with Curly Fries. Food was standard for a chain, but for some reason, I was really all too excited to eat it. It might've been the atmosphere of the interior. Looked pretty dirty, lighting was dim, and I don't think I would be thrilled to dine in here if I wanted to.
