Original authentic and DELICIOUS! Today I rate this the number one Mexican restaurant in the Marysville to Lynnwood I-5 corridor

    Beef & Shrimp Fajitas

My family love this place. Food is great and they make a mean Margaritas! The staff are all nice and friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The moment you enter the restaurant you'll feel the authentic vibe of the place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I highly recommend to check out this place.

In short: Awesome spot with a full menu, great for just tacos too, full bar, and looks like a fun hangout. In long: I came in today to pick up lunch for a crew of people helping me out with my place. They live in the area and picked this as their preferred lunch spot without hesitation. I've lived near here for years and now I'm finally making it in. It's a strip mall on a busy highway, though you'd never know it after you walk in. It's quiet and has a nice sheltered feel that's very welcoming. You feel like you've gotten away from the suburban thoroughfare on the other side of the door. Casual dining room, plenty of flatscreens tuned to Latin channels and a couple movies. There's a bar in back with about 8-10 stools. The menu is about 5 pages, laminated, plenty of pictures. Prices are very reasonable. Plenty of entrees, including multiple seafood options. We ordered to go; I went down and picked up. I checked out a couple different tacos, which had perfectly-cooked meat and plenty of fresh, crisp condiments. Everybody else tried a bunch of different entrees and got to eating them so fast there was really no talking at all. Great sign. I was out the door with lunch for 5 and a generous tip for about $130. Not bad at all! I'll definitely be back to explore the menu some more and check out some of the tequilas and mezcals behind the bar.

He's preparing something yummy- I wish it was ready for lunch.

The food was really good. I liked the more authentic options. I missed having good salsa with chips. They had great sauces when I asked for them. We enjoyed the food we ordered. I did not like that the only 2 booths had signs "reserved for family." We asked if we could sit there anyway and the hostess/server said it's shut down for safety reasons as they bring hot food from the kitchen through that pathway. We sat nearby since we were denied the booth. Twenty minutes later, kids and adults were standing and hanging around in snd out of those booths. Safety was not the real reason because they were in that hallway and nobody intervened. Bottom line- I would try here again once, for dinner for the el pastor because the taste of the food is mist important. I do hope that they offer ALL of their tables/booths, offer everyone their salsas/sauces upon seating, and that they thrive in business.

Glad to have found a New Mexican restaurant in Lynnhood! During my typical aimless lunch journey whilst running errands, I happened by La Cazuela and gave it a try. About what you'd expect in terms of a cozy Mexican restaurant ambience. I got the Al Pastor burrito and could only finish half. It was BIG. Great flavor & I got two meals out of it. Props for not charging for chips & salsa. Great service, I will be back!

We were on a road trip and stopped by here based on the positive reviews but were sorely disappointed. The positives are that the restaurant does have a good vibe. The service is average and could use improvement. When we asked for a refill of the chips we were told it would cost $1.50 which we agreed to. The server came back with literally 10 chips! The shrimp a la Diablo that I ordered was swimming on oil and lacked flavor. My husband said that his grilled chicken lacked flavor. My son ordered the kids quesadilla which was just about average. Please save your hard earned moolah and give this place a miss.

This place is great. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I love the decor and selection of liquor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The drinks come strong! The food is impeccable. Not your average joint. Definitely a plus for everything that can be rated.

This was the worse experience I have ever had there!!! The waiter did not recognize me, I have been in there 4 times and left a huge tip! But, not this time!!! He was cold and very SLOW!!!! They were out of everything and seem to be more interested in the tv than to the paying customers!!! WE WENT OUT OF OUR WAY TO GIVE OUR BUSSINESS TO La Cazuela Mexican Do not waste you time or money on them!!!

    Carne Asada Tacos

I ordered the 3 taco plate which comes with rice and beans. The food rice was fluffy, the beans were flavorful and the carne asada tacos were cooked to perfection. I also had a jalapeño margarita which was massive! It comes with 2 shots and is a great deal for the price. The service was top notch and the restaurant was clean and inviting.

You must get the carne asada burritos here, or really any burritos here! They don't fall apart on you and the flavors are just amazing. We love coming here when we are craving Mexican food. The service is decent and the food never disappoints. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Pretty good limited menu, some of the cooking is down out front. The staff was incredibly friendly though, and all the food was good. Complimentary chips and salsa, with multiple heat levels for pouring on your food. Don't try the hottest if you're a wimp like me!

    Beef Fajitas
    Jacc M.

Doesn't look like much when you walk past, but some of the best food in Lynnwood awaits behind its doors. The servings are huge and the service is excellent. My go-to order is the shrimp and beef enchiladas! The drinks are also amazing. The margaritas with Coronas inside are a must. There is plenty of seating and fast service. Also, there are tacos on the weekend that are cooked to perfection, I stop every time I think of them!

We ordered an abundant spread, and every dish impressed. The clear crowd favorite was the Singapore black pepper prawns - fragrant, perfectly spiced, and completely addictive. That black pepper sauce was hands down the star of the meal: rich, peppery, and deeply flavorful. It was my favorite and could easily be eaten on everything. The Mala curry crab and XO crab were both outstanding; layered with complex, indulgent flavors. The Thai green chili clams and saus mentega clams were vibrant and comforting, while the crab fried rice had generous morsels of crab folded throughout the dish. We also really enjoyed the Indonesian chicken wings, which were crispy and flavorful, and the stir-fried vegetables, which added a fresh, well-balanced contrast to the seafood-heavy menu. Everything traveled well, was thoughtfully prepared, and made for an unforgettable catered meal. If you're considering catering from Marimakan Crabhouse, I can't recommend it highly enough. Get the black pepper sauce! Amazing from start to finish, and Chef V or Rachel is lovely to work with.

You walk in to a shelf full of solid-value wines, mostly local, aimed to pair with whatever you might take home with you to cook. The ceilings are high, and the walls and floors are all spotless white. No decorations, very little merchandising, if any. There's a long butcher case on the left full of all kinds of crazy treats. They had fresh lemons on the case for 40% less than the supermarket up the street. They had reds, whites, bubblies, and pinks in the wine section with every bottle under $20. And those fish dips, man. I'm surprised they don't sell out by afternoon every day. We had wild salmon and black cod dips before dinner last night, and both were fantastic. They're very well balanced, so maybe you could add hot sauce or fresh herbs to taste, but we've had them several times and never felt compelled to tune them up.
