    BEWARE OF THE TACOS!!!! Got some here awhile back, bit into a taco a chomped on a bandaid!!!! Went back to the restaurant, all they wanted to do was give my money back. Had a bad attitude when talking about it, didn't want to give out manager or owners phone number. SO DISGUSTING!!!!!

    Smashed Bun on the sandwich and next pic I took a tomato off for the little expensive burger.

    My hubby brought home a Jumbo Jack for dinner. I should have sent it back... The JJ has should be named JACKED... it cost much more and there's nothing JUMBO about it. It's a regular size burger with probably 73% (not the healthiest percentage) beef & a paper thin beef patty on a smashed bun with a line down the middle. The beef patty had no seasoning, two folded pickles, a bunch of mayo to hide the bland meat, two tomatoes and a withered piece of lettuce. I hate soggy buns too. I see why I dont eat at J-in-the-B. For some reason, it's a Maricopa's location thing. The burger might taste a little better in another part of a the city. My hubby left his change... The throw back Chicken Supreme isn't all that... at least it's on a wheat bun and had only 1 piece of thin sliced cheese instead of 2 diff. cheeses as advertised, one little pat of the special onion-mayo sauce and the cashier had the nerve to charge 15 cents for extra onions on the side that was withered & chopped up pieces. So it's unbelievable what some of the restaurants are doing to us hardworking consumers.

    So I'm allergic to ketchup mustard and mayo I ordered food got home and guess what the young stupid employee that I had to repeat my order three times to still didn't get it right so if you want your meal your way go to the Burger King next door instead

    Tonight after attempting to go to the roost for a decent BLT but finding out they don't cook after midnight I came directly over here. I had great service a special order sandwich and also found out they are open 24 hours. Timing was quick and fast. Food was fresh and fries was hot. Then Dillion was kind and courteous and very well mannered. Way better customer service than I've ever had at this location before. But I appreciate the good meal hot and fresh and the customer service wasn't even expected but wow. Great job Dillon and also to the great people behind the scenes.

    It's currently 3:38 AM, I work the graveyard shift and attempted to go through the drive through. A worker said two words "We're closed" and I replied ok thank you and left. Don't advertise being open 24/7 if your workers won't adhere to it. I hope someone does something about this in the future. Update- I sat in the parking lot after the female worker said they were closed and I saw her serve two customers in the drive through after me. Great customer service!

    Jumbo Jack? They actually served this to me! WTH! Pieces did not fit. Two different patties? One well over done.

    Learn how to run a drive thru!! When someone orders 100 items usually you have them pull off and park, not hold up the line for a half hour.

I guess you better hope you get you get a good staff member when you order. The taco was cold with an old dry shell, it almost tasted burnt but had no heat to it. The meat was crispy crunchy, lukewarm and old. Kinda like when you burn bits at the bottom of the pan and it sits out. Although it was to-go order they did not provide any napkins or utensils for the rice... Odd. Luckily I keep napkins on hand and I had a single knife to use to scoop the rice. Turns out I'm more prepared than an entire restaurant apparently. I thought about going back to get it, but by then there was people in line, the food was already cold and I had a long drive ahead of me so I just sucked it up. In addition, I realize restaurants will upcharge on food apps cause the app takes a cut, but I'm used to seeing the same price or maybe .50c...75c...a dollar more, but NO, the food is THREE dollars more on the off brand app. Okay guys...really? C'mon. I mean, is that difference worth people ordering less? Not sure. Oh, and dear Tara who is replying to everyone's comments without providing any solutions for customers... I ask you this, if you keep hearing the same complaints and keep "passing it onto the team," surely by now...months later, they would have gotten the message to not serve burned old food? It's not like they're gonna close in a hour and they just give you what you get, it's open 24hrs... you're gonna make new food constantly. Perhaps, have a meeting with management or remove them if they can't improve after 6 months of the same complaints? I wouldn't want to think that mng is advising staff to NOT make fresh food and to NOT heat it. I also suggest BOGOS, 10% off or $5 credit to loyal customers who have had subpar experiences. I think actually showing improvement or that you care instead of meaningless words that we never know are even shared would make people feel a lot better about the brand, no? Cheers!
