Thank you for simply following your hours! Seriously, after trying to go to the Copa Long John's in the KFC and the Wendy's, you got us fed for the night. No offense on not being first. We do love Jack, we just had a trailer with us and the KFC was in a good spot for our path. We have not had LJ in a while and we're looking forward to it but they closed their doors an hour early. So we continued on that side of traffic and went for Wendy's. Well.... they decided to close the dining early and we can't use the drive through with a trailer! We'd get stuck and block any sales at all. The manager was rude and literally walked away with dismissive hands in the air. Their reviews are there now too. But then you were still open inside so I could finally order some food for us!! Plus everyone inside was very nice and engaging. Good customer service and the food tasted great. read more

Pulled up at 3 am and they had the drive thru closed when is a 24 hrs restaurant . A sign attached to the car said closed and will be opened in 15 minutes . We waited and they didn't open . They came Out and said they were restocking after we had been waiting already 20 Mins. Threatening my husband she was going to call cops on us and the girl Was cuz of it us . At Jack in the Box . It's funny how every time I go to order a mean late at night, "the grill" is down. Honestly, it's just an excuse for the employees that are working overnight. Going through the drive though it was at least 10-15 minutes from when we ordered to when we got to the window. And then we were sitting at the window for several more minutes before an employee even opened it. We opted to go to a drive through instead of a walk-in cafe because we didn't want to wait and in turn ended up waiting LONGER than if we had gone elsewhere. read more

This restaurant is ALWAYS disorganized. Every time I come here, their credit card machines are down and it's only cash. I wish they would post signs at the entrance of the drive through so that people don't enter if they don't have cash and waste the time. A bunch of incompetent people work here OR it really is the owner of this franchise's fault for hiring a manager that is not capable of fixing problems. Better management leads to better operations and more income for you. It's a numbers game and you are not playing it well if you run your business like this. Learn how to run a drive thru!! When someone orders 100 items usually you have them pull off and park, not hold up the line for a half hour.

No stars ! Food was so greasy to the Point where it's inedible. The food must've sat in the grease all day or something . Very unsatisfied and disappointment): I mean seriously make the food how you would want it. There was no meat in the tacos actually there was almost nothing. This post is to State the positive at Jack in the box in Maricopa Arizona. I ordered the ribeye blue cheese burger that I had made some changes to. When I got the burger it didn't have what I requested. I of course called to let them know that my order was incorrect. Joe the manager was professional and had very good customer service he didn't skirt the issue he took responsibility for the mistake and offered to replace my order. When I returned he remembered our conversation and thanked me for returning and made sure my order was correct this time. Joe at this Jack in the box knows alot about customer service and being professional. I gave them 4/stars because Joe owned the mistake of his team and made sure my order was right . Way to go Joe and thank you for your great service don't change. read more

I just moved to maricopa I don't eat out often however I have visited this location 4 times since living here every SINGLE TIME I have my order has consistently been wrong not a single order has been right idk what type of training they're doing here but they need to fix it..very frustrating that I spend my hard earned money work long shifts and just simply want something quick and easy because I'm exhausted but I can't depend on them to do their job very dissatisfied read more

Placed an order on the mobile app and when I got to the location the drive thru was blocked and the doors were locked. I had already paid on the app so I kept knocking and waited 20+ minutes for someone to respond - keep in mind this is Az and August so about 110 degrees out. They finally answered and said my order had been ready.. as if I had any control on there drive through being blocked off and the doors being locked so they could have a mid-day meeting. The cashier said hello and I repeated I was there to get a mobile order - she then had the nerve to say " I said hello sweetie - you have bad energy" ARE YOU KIDDING me??? That's how you talked to a customer who already paid for their now cold food! Never again will this place get a dollar out of my family. Wow. Really disappointed in this location. My husband ordered from them and when he got home he saw that they gave us the COMPLETELY wrong item. We ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl and got some sort of a burger. Like it was super far off from what we ordered I have no idea how that happened.. So I told him to go ahead and eat his so it didn't get cold and that I would eat later. I tossed the burger they gave us. When he went back and asked them to give us what we actually ordered. They literally made him buy another one because apparently they wanted all of the food and all of the other bags too otherwise they wouldn't do anything. My husband bought another one although I would have told him not to if he'd asked me. The exact same thing happened to us at Wendy's once. But the difference is when I went back not only did they fix the problem but also gave us a frosty for the inconvenience. Lesson learned. Our family will never go here again. read more

Wish I could rate them zero. I ordered an iced coffee in the drive through. The lady takes my card and hands me the drink. It's so sloppily made its sloshing out of the cup all over my hands. I'm hanging it out of my truck asking for napkins. She stands there waiting for me to take my card like she didn't hear me and can't see the coffee spilling out onto the ground. Rolls her eyes at me and sets my card down on the window sill OUTSIDE and shuts the door. I can't even reach my card to get it and my hands are full with this messy coffee hanging out my window. The napkins aren't helping so I mention it's a little too full and if they could just wipe it off.She argues with me and says I'm squeezing it..rather than just get me a towel. The cup was literally bending on its own and sloshing it around. I ask for a manager. The manager(not sure if it really was a manager) tells me to move my truck and leave and there's the complaint number and asks if I still want the coffee I paid for. At the ordering screen at the drive-thru and was left there for 7 minutes before I (and the cars behind me) turned around and drove off. This isn't the first time they've made me wait for an unreasonable length of time. If you want better customer service, visit the Carl's Jr across the street. It was late Christmas Day. I originally went to Carl's Jr. across the street but was very disappointed with service, left and came to Jack inn the box. The cashier was pleasant and patients. The team looked they they worked well together and getting all the orders out. Thank You Jack In the Box for being open and proving great service. This place is a joke. me and my girlfriend and her daughter all order coke. They all tasted horrible. We told the attendant and we were only told sorry. Nothing was replaced.
