Friendly service, even at 5am. I like the fact that I can get anything on the menu, even a taco.

I live minutes away from this place so I go pretty frequently, usually later at night, and usually have pretty decent experiences, but last night I went through the drive thru and the lady there, named Carol, was unbelievably dismissive, rude and refused to let us do multiple orders meaning I ended up having to pay for everyone's food. So I placed a big order online after my sons baseball practice around 9:15 to pick up on the way home. I arrived around 15 mins after I placed the order I went to the drive thru to pick it up and I was told by the women working the drive thru in these exact words you need to go park out front it is going to be awhile. Like she wasn't happy that my order was big. So me and my son waited till 9:55 for them to bring out my order. Now I will say I placed a large order cause I have a large family so I understand I have to wait a little bit but over 30 mins is a little overkill. So when the manger Mariooa brought my food out she asked if this was for me by name I said yes. She looked at me and started to hand me the food and said we don't like you and I said why cause you had to work tonight and she said you spent $70. I then ask did u happen to put sauce in the bag she said yes and stormed back inside. Then I get home remind you at 10:00 pm at night and a quarter of what I ordered was not even in the bags. For me first you tell your customer you don't like him cause they spent too much money at your place of business then you don't even give them the full order. We proceeded to go back to get at least the rest of the order and Guiermo the gentleman working at night was very helpful and apologetic and he said he was wondering why his manager left for the night all mad. He did provide us with the food that was missing but don't think the general manager won't get a phone call about this disrespect in the morning. Then to top this off the person working the window at night when we went back refused to service two paramedics because there vehicle was two big. Just sad that there are so many people out there with out jobs cause of today's issues and there is someone who has a job and doesn't even act like she cares. read more

America is doomed. Stopped in the drive through tonight to order a strawberry shake. I had ordered one two days ago and I never eat at fast food places, so this was a treat. As I'm sipping on my shake two days ago, I'll admit it was delicious. As I got toward the middle or end of the shake, unnoticed it was very gritty. I though it was odd, but racked it up to it possibly being the flavoring. I assumed it was a powder flavoring. I went back tonight to give it another try. In the drive through, I asked the gal on the mic how they flavored their shakes because my last one was gritty to which she replied, "pretty?". I said, "No, it was gritty. How do you flavor your shakes?". She says, "We use a syrup.". So I asked, "What would have caused my shake to be gritty?". She says, "Pretty?" I said, G-R-I-T-T-Y spelling it out for her. She says, I'm sorry, I don't know what that means." I said that it was obvious and backed out of the drive through. True story. We are doomed America. Doomed. read more

Kinda crazy seeing all the 5 stars, im throughly disgusted at the moment tho. I eat at the one on Power and McDowell all the time. Today I went and I ordered my usual Sourdough Jack NO BACON onion rings and a Coke... I get home and Open my nice cold Burger even though it's only a quarter mile away I take a bite all I can taste is bacon. I order my food special because I want it fresh and hot. They clearly just peeled the bacon off. The reason I order no bacon is because that bacon that they serve disgusts me it grosses me out and doesn't taste like bacon. I'm sure they're busy and they just wanted to cut corners or something but I've been busy too and I worked all day and I was pretty hungry so I decided I was going to give them a little jingle and let them know that I don't appreciate and nobody answers the phone there. That's why I came on here. Next time I have a craving for Jack in the Box I'm going to Carl's jr. This seriously is the last time. I can't even get ahold of them to fix this. I'm sure they won't feel the loss of me but if they keep up this kind of service they're going to feel it read more

This will be our "Go to Place if we can't find a IN & Out", That's how good the burgers and fries are. Little more than $3 higher than our #1 choice (see above). Service was fast, friendly and professional. Location was clean and bathroom was spotless. Going to try a breakfast on our next early morning outing. read more

Horrible service, Saturday night I stopped by and ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl, then gentleman running the drive thru said that they don't have any more rice just this chicken. I said damnit I guess that will be fine I'll just take the chicken. What he said back was unbelievable, he proceeded to tell me that we don't talk like that in my drive thru and we have the right to refuse service to anybody we want so get out of my drive thru. We were craving ice cream at 1 in the morning so we went here because they're the only place open that late. First of all we were surprised there was a steady flow of cars at those hours. We ordered 2 milkshakes and a large curly fry, but they guy informed us that the shake machine was down because they usually clean it between 1-1:30am. We were pretty disappointed but we were joking with the guy and were nice about it the whole time, and just ordered the fries (a large is $4.10!?). But why would you clean it at those hours? That's prime ice cream hours. Why not clean it around breakfast time? When we pulled up to the window and were waiting, we watched the manager at the time make himself a shake... So we asked the kid, "hey we thought the machine was down, can we order milk shakes?" And he said, no the machine is down, so we told him that we just watched the guy make one, so it obviously wasn't. And he muttered " god damn it.. no it's suppose to be defrosting" I wouldn't be mad if the machine was in fact being cleaned at those hours, but to watch an employee make one and then tell us that we can't have one... come on. I don't even like Jack in the Box that much to begin with, but that pissed us off. Honestly we'll probably go back again for late night ice cream but only because its open 24/7. And the curly fries were slightly burnt. read more

Gave them our last try since we were getting ok food more times than not. Lately it has been cold burger and cold, soggy fries. YUCK!!!!! Even went before the dinner rush and cold fries. Will not go back again. Time to find a new burger place in East Mesa. read more

The family that runs this Jack in the Box is wonderful--very friendly and helpful. The food is above average (not great, like In N Out), but I get free tacos with the surveyed receipt when I order a mocha, which is the best in the industry in my opinion. read more
