I ordered the new Chili Crisp flavored seasoned curly fries here at Jack in the Box, and let's just say... what I got was basically a carton of oil with a minor cameo from some fries. I swear, if I had tilted the container just a little, I could've changed my car's oil with it. I usually love their curly fries, so I thought this would be a nice switch up, it was not. The photo I posted honestly speaks louder than anything I can write my phone nearly slipped out of my hands just looking at all that grease. Would I buy it again? That's a hard NO from me. And before anyone asks--no, I didn't eat anything before taking the photo. That tiny portion was all they gave me. For the price, you're better off grabbing a burger. She asked if I wanted cheese on my spicy chicken sandwich and I said yes - after waiting and receiving my food the tacos were COLD bc of how long they were sitting there and my supposed SPICY sandwich wasn't spicy nor was there cheese on it. No no no.. Don't go to this Jack's if possible. Apparently they charge you extra for coffee in your combo. Noticed they charged for upgrading it to large. I keep coming here because it's the only place open close to work, there's always problems here from rude customer service to always missing things in the order, never having half of the menu available and the long waits for small orders and just staying quiet when waiting in an empty line wondering whether or not someone's gonna take my order. Wanna know how to improve the experience? Start by making the whole menu readily available or start putting "sold out" signs on the actual menu next to the item. read more

Idk if she was so focused on being quick, but she wasn't listening to the order, she just kept asking how many burgers like they're all the same. I have been coming here for over 6 years. I have never had a bad experience. It wasn't until my husband and I were attended by Cristal on several occasions that we would have horrible service. We were overcharged, our order was wrong, there were things missing, and she would have a horrible attitude. I have not been attended horribly by anyone else there but her, so if you run into her good luck. I had expressed this to their manager and he was very professional, understanding, and helpful. Along with the other assistant manager and gave me a refund for the food I did not receive and parcial refund for being charged $9 and some change for sauces. They have improved their food and service. For my easy and helpful service after that unfortunate and uncomfortable situation they deserve more credit. I will definitely come back! read more

So I gave this specific place the benefit of the doubt. I went to the drive thru and told them to please make sure my food is hot and fresh because I had a bad experience from there. The lady that took the order said that we make it fresh to order. I was like "cool". She told me my total, it was like 10$ and some change. So I gave her a 20$ bill and she gave me .22 cents back. And I'm like "where's all my change and she said "you gave me a 10$. I said" no, I gave you a $20. Like it doesn't make sense even though if I did gave her a 10$ , it would've been short but she gave back 22 cents. Oh I also noticed that she had some bills in her left hand, I don't know where it went. I'm not sure if she was stealing or what but it look shady.. anyhow, my food was not hot at all. Amazed that this location JITB is getting lousy reviews. For me, the staff hasn't even provided a bad order. Food cooked well and haven't had any burnt food. The best is their meat lovers burritos and tacos. Was disappointed that they discontinued (again) the monster tacos at all locations. What I found the best of late is the mocha iced coffee! Wow! Very smooth and delicious! The overall review is this is a fast food place. With that said, the cooks should not burn food and then try to sell it to their customers. lol I don't know what I was expecting. I kept seeing their adds for their spicy chicken tenders and I thought to myself "Sure I'll give them a chance! How could they possibly get that wrong."
