OK first of all, I don't eat fast-food all that much so a month ago I went to Jack In the box in Petaluma and ordered a Jumbo Jack cheese Burger, when I got home and opened it up I got a bun and a burger with cheese on it, that was it! I didn't realize that I had to tell them to to put tomato, onions, lettuce, etc! in the old days when you ordered a burger, it came with everything, you had to tell them to hold the onions etc, what's with that??? tonight I went back and, in a clear voice I ordered two jumbo Jacks with cheese and everything on it, including onions, she charged me $6.35, I questioned her about the price, the menu said they were 6.35 for one, I repeated the order to her and she said yeah, that's what I'm getting for two. When I got home and looked in the bag, they sold me two Junior Jumbo Jacks with cheese, that's why it was $6.35, what's the matter with these people!!!!! read more

Never really have any problems with this location except that the drive thru board which should show your order never seems to be working. And like with most drive thrus most don't repeat your order back so I was unaware that my order for 2 monster tacos and 1 panko crust onion rings ended up being 2 orders of panko crust onion rings. Maybe he figured 1 taco = 1 onion rings so 2 tacos should be 2 onion rings. I don't really know. And yes I did pay for 2 of each. But in all honesty the panko crusted onion rings were delicious so it wasn't a waste, just overly filling. My advise is to get the order board for the dice thru working or make sure your employees are trained to repeat the entire order back just in case there are any errors. read more

Stopped in to try the garlic herb fries. All I saw was fries, a squirt of oil in the center, parsley flakes ( maybe 5 flakes) and 1 tiny bit of garlic. That is pathetic!!! Last 3 times I have been to this location my order has been wrong. Today for instance I ordered curly fries with my meal and they gave me regular fries. My roommate got a breakfast sandwich, and there was plastic melted in with the cheese. We would've gone back to say something but by the time we had noticed we were already back home. Completely unacceptable, I used to love coming here but now I'll be sure to avoid it. This location has really gone down hill. So let me start with this I am very disappointed in my experience with this location today. I have been coming to this location for the longest time and have never received such poor service in my life. I went through the drive thru at about 1:40 and was giving my order when the system went silent and I could only just hear muttering so I said "I'm sorry what did you say?" the response was "anything else" in a ridiculous attitude voice. I said "no thank you" and then waited a short wait and got to the window. There was 3 woman near the window, one smiled and asked if I wanted sauce and I replied ranch please. She put it in the bag and handed my food. The other woman just held out her hand and didn't say anything at all. I assumed she wanted payment so i gave her my card. I could hear them talking in Spanish to each other, no effort on them to say have a nice day or anything. The woman then turned her back to me and held out my card. Nothing was spoken, no thank you, no nothing. How are you working in customer service if you are not friendly? The manager her is always friendly to me, never rude. So after I drove through I decided to call the location and ask for the manager. The "manager" then picked up the line and pretended to not speak English. Absolutely ridiculous, I am angry. I am only giving 2 stars because my order was correct and the one woman did smile. Description of the attitude woman: Younger, Hispanic, 5'3. I have never seen her here before. 2nd woman that was at the soda machine- I have seen her before, older and has a grumpy face all the time. The smiling woman has been there for years, I normally see her cooking or bagging the food. She is pleasant probably in her 50's with grey hair pulled into a bun. Jack in the Box manager- I know it can be hard to find professional people willing to work an exhausting job at lower wages but they are out there. Consider replacing these two. If you watch your staff a little more you will know which ones I am talking about. read more
