I've been to this location a few times recently and the service has been average. I haven't experience above and beyond service yet. However I'm please that my order is always right and I'm able to get in and out quickly whether I order in person or order ahead using the app. The food is always fresh and tasty. The drinks machines are always stocked with all the flavors. They have a Coke drink dispenser with all the flavors. This location is very serviceable and efficient for a fast food joint these days. I used to eat at Jack's religiously until 10 years ago when work took us north where sadly cold doesn't agree with him.
