I ordered the fan favorite box, 13 loaded tiny tacos, and 2 for 1 wrap combo. It was a drive through order so I did not checked my order until I got to my destination and realized I was missing the 13 loaded tiny tacos. Now this is fine i understand things for busy and mistake happened so I tried calling to get thing sorted. The worker that answered the with just "hello?", which I had to confirmed it was jack in the box. After explaining the issue, they said " give them a minute" and not even one second later the proceed to hung up on me. Which maybe not their fault. So I tried calling back multiple times and hung up on multiple time. We placed a mobile order in advance for sourdough Jack, 2/$6 ultimate cheeseburger and a large curly fries. Sent us a courtesy reminder for our pickup order. As we arrive at the drive thru. There was only two cars in front of us. We were behind a white van. As we approach the intercom we were greeted and was put on hold for a minute. The food is fine, but the service has been really slow, almost like they are always training someone new. But my issue is the homeless encampment they have allowed to stay right in their driveway! It starter with one motor home, but now it's many cars and tents. Made me feel very unsafe as people were staring at everyone in the drive through. I don't know what people are expecting from a fast food joint. I haven't been inside of this Jack in the Box in years. So my review is base on my drive thru experience. Every time I'm picking up food, it's mostly because I'm coming back from a night out and my siblings are hungry, so I'll drop them off some food. The drive thru line can be long, but it never took more than 10 minutes. I never had a problem ordering food and the staffs had always been super friendly to me. I always check my food before I drive off so I always get everything I ordered. The only thing I would complain about is that they no longer serves smoothies anymore. They still serve milkshakes, but I'm more of a smoothie person :( There's tons of parking, I never seen the parking lot full. It's 24/7 so I can't really complain. Overall Jack in the Box wouldn't be my first choice for a meal, but so far when I'm out of opinions they still haven't disappointed me yet. BTW they serve breakfast all day everyday! read more

But did u know that their prices are lower than the other places? Since this location is independently owned, i guess the prices are cheaper and the surrounding is filthier. The worst Jack in the box on the face of the planet! #1 ordering: I usually ask for no cheese no pickles when I order fast food burgers, when I order I know the procedure, # combo followed by no or extra whatever, than size, drink, and curly fries.
