As has been said - it's hit or miss. Today I am writing about a miss I am sick of experiencing. The title of this review: Another Reason Why $15 for These Kids is Outrageous. Closer to home than my other review, but still - you get there, you wait forever (assuming you are getting a freshly made order and not a heat lamp deal) and you finally get home only to fine - missing sandwiches. The sandwiches we DID get were cold...ICE COLD. So we went back and got our missing sandwiches. They were very polite and had our sandwiches waiting, but still... We can sit here and say people make mistakes all day long. Problem is it's the same mistake, over and over and over... And they want more than $10 an hour?!?! Really??? read more

I went close to 2:30am. Obviously i knew there was probably going to be a wait time. Ended up waiting over 30 min. I paid for my food and came home to find out they didn't give me my whole order i paid for. Just wanted to note that after I ordered there were two girls laughing on the mic. As I'm writing this review on May 10 I've been ay the speaker since 7:47am and it's not 7:52 am and no response. There was no one ahead of me and parking lot only had 1 car. 1 person inside eating, Oh wait, I guess they heard me cause they finally came to the speaker. Let's see how the food is... Ice coffee- caramel. It's extremely thick and sweet. Reminds me of the consistency of core brand water but way thicker. I don't know if their coffee is a concentrate and they have to mix it with milk/water but that's what it taste it. Is just straight thickness Breakfast- wasn't all that. Was t hot but wasn't cold Customer service- the woman who took my order, again there was no line but she seemed like she was in a rush when taking my order and when I got to the window. There was also no "I apologize for the wait". It was just a lack of customer service all the way around. I tried adding some water to the coffee to dilute but mannnnnn it's still so damn thick. 15037 Nacogdoches location....i don't blame the employees in the kitchen or at the counter. It's all about the management and franchise ownership! Train your people ! Stock your inventory ! I find myself asking this question a lot... acting like I don't know how to order online but when I ask this manager, she really didn't know how it worked nor did she really care how to explain... it nor did she speak fluent English. It's been a good long while since I've been to a Jack in the Box. The reason was mainly horrid service. Welp, today I discovered that really hasn't changed. The drive thru line was sort of busy so I went inside which wasn't so busy. There wasn't anyone at the counter but that's not unusual. The person that was responsible for the counter was apparently busy getting an order together. However there seemed to be a problem with the order. I was surprised to find that Jack-in-the-Box sells cheesecake It has a very distinct vanilla flavor . Best cheesecake around !!! The employees have always been Friendly and efficient . If I could give negative stars I would. Took 30 mins to get my order. They messed up my order so bad they didnt even give me the right burgers. Only 2 people working. Had to go through the drive thru again where it took another 40 minutes to get the right order. I had to go inside and get the order that was wrong AGAIN. I had to fight to get a refund. They should have just shut down the store or told me to away from the beginning. This was the worst service I have ever recieved. The poor teenage girl was frantically calling management to help her and was crying. Been here a couple of times and usually something is wrong with the visit. Sometimes the wait is super long and there was even times when the location was closed in the middle of the day. However each time we have been able to get food the service has been great, super nice and apologetic when the wait was long. On my most recent visit, 29 Oct, the food was super fresh and the wait was not long. They did have updated times posted in the drive-thru, 6am-5pm. I'm assuming they are hurting with employees just like everyone else is right now. Overall I would definitely go back, it's just a bummer I can't make a late night taco run. read more

I've never said this about any restaurant or drive thru or anywhere. But this location is over due for changes in the customer service they offer. I worked at Burger King on army base our drive thru had 2 lanes and then the dinning room being opened and there be times there only be 2 of us and we didn't close either dinning or drive thru. This location shuts the dinning room if there isn't more then 4 people working. Or they don't give you your orders completely the way you wanted it. One morning I ordered the number 30 breakfast plater but told them I only wanted sausages on there well it came out with everything. Another occasion my order was called at the counter and I went to go get it and the guy behind the counter literally yelled at me thinking I was taking the wrong food. But yelled at me. He yelled at me in front of the manager and the manager didn't do anything about it nor offer me an apology for his disrespectful employee yelling at me. Today I ordered a Oreo milkshake and asked for no whip and no cherry. Guess what it came with whip and cherry. So I said it was supposed to be no whip and no cherry and he looked at me and said o. Didn't even apologize. I've never ever had such disrespectful customer service at any place besides this jack in the box. I think it's time that they start changing the type of customer service they provide because the service they provide is a shame and an embarrassment to other locations. It's very sad. Been going there since 2015, each year service and food has gone downhill. Need more pleasant, attentive worker with less attitude. Only ordered onion rings and small shake. Onion rings over fried, couldn't eat & milkshake consistency of soup. Requested ketchup, none and no napkins. Not going back for a few months. Very disappointed. read more

The iced coffee is great...problem is they are always out of it. Employees say it's only made in the morning but if you serve breakfast all day, coffee should be available too. The menu makes it seem like you can order an iced coffee anytime. Today they were out of curly fries, popcorn chicken, orange juice, and iced coffee...basics. the staff here is fine and apologetic. I don't think these issues have to do with staffing issues. This location's management needs to up their game. read more

Went yesterday and ordered a sourdough burger, they were out of sourdough bread, ordered something else and were out too, then when I finally asked for something they had, I asked for a regular coke, and guess what? They were out! Asked for Fuze tea and... they were out too!! Hahaha just decided to leave empty handed, and disappointed, no wonder it has 1 star rating. Never plan on going back again. If I could give a review without leaving any stars, I would. This location has got to be the worst in its chain. I mean wow, employees were complete garbage, not sanitary, no tact whatsoever and their work ethics are no existent. We walked in the place was filthy, like, I have seen condemned buildings in better condition and cleaner. Second, when trying to order our food, the staff was rude, condescending and very disrespectful. They seem to always be out of most of their drinks and half of their food (based on word of mouth as well as our personal experience). When asked to speak to the manager we were flat out told no and the manager was busy and had more important things to deal with. We have already filed a complaint with corporate and went somewhere else. Hopefully this location gets closed and employees fired because it is obvious that none of the local staff care how it's being operated. read more

Just doesn't care! Had Drive Thru cashier refuse a survey offer because she couldn't read the conditions clearly stated on the receipt. MOD also confused and clueless. This is after saying they were out of Tacos, Shakes and a chocolate dessert offered on the menu. Their phone is not answering, their corporate customer service number never returned the call. Gee! try them if you want a good laugh-this is one visit out of possibly 3 yearly hopefully expecting improvement and always disappointing. Just bought the two taco special in Seguin, TX. Had so much oil/grease dripping out of the taco it was not edible. Spit out first bite, tried a bite from top half to see if it was any better, nope had to spit out that mouthful of grease. Called the store, was told "That is how we make tacos here." Litterally EVERY single time I come to this location in particular I am always told to park in front so their numbers look good but usually I wait ~ 10 mins to order and another 15-20 mins for my food. The food is ALWAYS cold and usually not even right. (And not very good) But on a positive note, no one has ever been mean or rude. EVERYONE knows jack in the crack...the good old stand by for very late night dining (which is about the only time I go). You either tolerate it or HATE it. I try to stay away not because the food is bad, but because its not the healthiest option. You aren't going to get something here expecting it to be the very best thing you've eaten, and I'm sure you have had worse. We were there on Oct. 11, went inside just to get some Caramel shakes. The floor was filthy, the tables hadn't been cleaned, the employees acted like they were doing you a favor just to wait on you. On top of that, the shakes barely had any caramel flavor in them! We've had these shakes before at JBX, and they're usually very good and full of caramel flavor. So we know what they're supposed to taste like. The restaurant was NOT busy, in fact, we were the only customers there for a good 15 minutes. I did not see a manager there or I would have complained to him/her about all of this! We will not be going back to this location, and I will discourage all my friends, family, and even strangers, from going to this Jack in the Box. Ten minutes later when I finally got to the speaker, a combination of wind and lousy speakers culminated in my not hearing the lady on the other end.
