My mission for the day was obtaining the Jibbi from the Double Chicken Supreme meal, and I was satisfied to see the poster advertising the meal at the front of the store, confirming that the meal was available. This Jack in the Box is a little smaller than others I have been to, but it still had many available seating areas. The service was quick and the cashier was kind and welcoming. My meal did not take that long for them to prepare. This meal was $14 but enough to spread out across two meals, so it was a great economic choice on the menu. The double chicken supreme had an ample amount of chicken and great sauce spread across the sandwich. The two tacos had a decent crunch and the meat was flavorful. The large drink was a bit much for me and maybe I shouldn't have filled it all the way, but I guess it is great for other people who deeply enjoy fast food beverages. The curly fries were a bit salty for me, but I usually eat blander foods. And alas, I finally got the blue Jibbi, Icy. I would visit this Jack in the Box again if I needed a quick and affordable fast food meal once in a while. read more

Came here today for two reqson: 1) Craving a Sour Dough Jack, and 2) Wanted to tey this boba Milk Tea. The sour dough Jack doesn't seem like it was it used to be. Barely any signs of bacon in it. Has this sandwich always been this flat? The milk tea was a questionable one. It was way too sweet for me. I reckon it is the American sweet tea with creamer or milk. I had placed an order and, upon reaching my destination, began eating my chicken wrap. To my shock and disgust, I pulled a hair from my mouth while chewing. When I looked down at the wrap, I noticed multiple small, black, curly hairs embedded throughout it. I was already nearly halfway through the meal before realizing this. I immediately returned to the location and, after waiting in the drive-through, asked to speak with a manager. When I explained the situation--specifically that I had pulled someone's hair from my mouth and there were still visible hairs in the wrap--the manager showed no empathy or concern. Instead, she bluntly asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement, stating, "but all the wraps are gonna have hair in them." I chose the refund, though the comment itself was incredibly alarming. I calmly tried to express how upsetting the situation was, and rather than acknowledging the seriousness of finding hair in food--let alone pulling it from my mouth--she rolled her eyes and rudely dismissed me, saying, "I gave you a refund." I believe this situation could have been handled with far more care, understanding, and accountability. I usually get a chicken tender combo but I just tried their Ranch Chicken Club (no cheese) combo. Sometimes I'll get curly fries, but I usually opt for regular fries with their buttermilk dipping sauce. One plus for Jack in the Box is that they serve Coca-Cola products.
