Poor service. This Black girl with a black sweater on with no name tag messed up our order, we asked to add it on since she messed it up she said no while she rolled her eyes. As her and other staff gathered our order we over heard them talking about customer and how they talk back to them I guess in the middle of there conversation the black girl noticed that they were to loud and close the window so we can't hear. Then we received our food check the bags and we noticed that we are missing our sauce we had to honk your horn to get her attention and she was standing at the window and she open the window and we asked for our sauce and she was like look in the bag and then we said no we want ranch and she got it attitude. Worst experience that I've had at ANY drive thru. I ordered 2 burgers and a milkshake when I pulled up to the window I asked if I can a an order of tacos and she told me NO yes she said NO. I went last night, they messed up my order, I gave it back waited forever, they gave my me order, messed it up again....I went without dinner, by the time they made it right those garlic fries were cold and nasty. Called this morning told them about the attitude I received at the employees ineptitude, was told to come on in for a replacement. I did that and would you believe that they made the same exact mistakes again? I mean how hard is it NOT to put lettuce on a friggin burger? Worst customer service ever, went in for a morning coffee and breakfast order, had not had a chance to even look at the menu and a lady yells "what would you want", I told her to give me a second because I had just pulled up. She responds "if your going to yell at me I'm not taking your order". What a way to represent your business. 1: nobody ever yelled at you. 2:there's a thing called customer service. Horrible service if I could give no stars I would! First of all waited in a long line. Then they were out of the overload chocolate cake. So we decided to try the cheesecake which they for got to put in the bag along with our buttermilk sauce for or chicken strips! I have gone to this Town Center Jack in the Box two days in a row and tried to order their 'new' Sweet Bacon Bar B Que Burger! Yesterday, I went thru the drive thru! First, it took about 4 tries to get the person to get the order right, at least to say it right back to me! Then a couple more tries when I got to the window! She was saying it right and I even heard her say it correctly to the cook! When she delivered it, I sort of noticed she charged me wrong! It was much less than it should be. It sure didn't taste like any Bar B Que flavor. Later on, I happened to see a Jack in the B commercial showing the burger I wanted to try and it most certainly was not what I had been given! So, today, I figured I would go inside and try to order it again! One member out cleaning the tables said "someone will be with you in a minute!" When the person from the drive thru was sent over to take my order, I knew I was in trouble again! Again, she repeated the order correctly back to me and when I looked down at my receipt, I saw that she ordered the 'chicken' Bar B Que sandwich instead of the 'burger' version. The person out on the floor had to come over and actually make some more change as what I ordered was a little less expensive! I took my order home and ate it! If that one was actually correct, it sure didn't taste the least bit Bar B Que! I am so mad at this terrible service that I am definitely finished trying to order that burger and very possibly any other burger from that facility! read more

This Jack in the Box is a disgrace to the fast food industry!!!! They (Upper Management) need to get a head of this before it get to far out of their control!!! Retain everyone starting with this manager that puts a person to take orders that can't hear what is told to them? For this person to repeat back an order in a clear voice that can be understood what was given them is very important!!!!! My order was simple ....Mocha ice coffee with little ice, and a burrito! I could not understand what he said back to me! what I received was a regular hot coffee and a burrito that looked like it was made a week before and not rapped up ! So it looked like this burrito was returned to them from a customer! My coffee was a hot regular coffee! I spoke with the order person that took my order ! I asked them what was this ? ! This is what I received ? They took my hot coffee back and put mocha syrup and ice in it ! ? Still in the hot coffee cup! I came to this restaurant at 8:30 am on 6/13/2017, and they were not even open!! They were supposed to be open at 6:00 am. As I was leaving, the manager finally showed up. I just left, no crew was there, to even start working. I have had so many bad experiences with other Jack in the box restaurants. In San Leandro, I will not ever go there again. The place is absolutely filthy, gas stations restrooms are cleaner than the Jack In The Box restroom. The tables are usually dirty. In Hayward on Tennyson Ave, the manager is rude, unfriendly. I do like the Jack In The Box in Alameda, good service, friendly staff. Overall, I am totally fed up with Jack In The Box. I am very angry with the Jack In The Box here in San Pablo, Ca. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!! If the manager can not even show up to open the restaurant on time (2 one half hours late) Jack In The Box should get rid of her.
