It's Jack in the box. Nothing incredibly exciting. The food was hot was and service was fast. Only gripe was that I stopped here amongst other things due to its convenience to the highway and I needed to uses to restroom only to find the lobby closed. I pulled in around 8 at night for food and bathroom break after already being on the road for about two hours. Was disappointed to find the lobby closed which by their own hours was supposed to be open until 10. No clue why. Still went to the drive thru for food and just held it in until my next stop. Food was good. Hot and everything was correct. Normally a good stop for a hot meal and bathroom but gonna rethink the whole bathroom thing since my last visit. read more

I get them from all the fast food places and consider myself as somewhat of a connoisseur of them. That being said: This is my FIRST Visit at this location. I was on a trip to Northern California (my new home) and stopped at This Jack in the Box for the obligatory Breakfast Sandwiches. Being a sausage lover, I always get the ones with sausage. I ordered two of the Sausage/Egg Croissant Sandwiches. I gotta say they were the best I have EVER Eaten (at Jack's). They were fresh and HOT, the cheese was melty. The sausage flavor was very good (as normally true). The croissant was fresh and not soggy. And another great feature that is so often over-looked and RARELY achieved...They actually LOOKED THE THE PICTURE. They were Perfect in Every way. Service was prompt and friendly. My sourdough jack was very stale and the curly fries were more of a scoop of what was left over at the bottom of barrel. The fries were more like crunchy, greasy chips. I could not even finish them. I feel I got scammed out of my money . I ordered a chicken pita , they packed it with so much lettuce and nothing else . The service was absolutely terrible, we got 4 meals, while ordering they were snappy and switched people taking the order because the original lady was getting obviously frustrated. They had us park and took 30 minutes to bring us our order, we had to ask them about our order and they said they thought they already gave it to us, after asking for our order they proceeded to bring out 6 other cars orders before bringing ours. The lady turned out to be the manager and i'm extremely disappointed in her attitude and the way she handled the situation, she didn't even care and was rude the whole interaction. Great pit stop location for hot burgers-and I do mean HOT because other locations, the burgers are tepid, not even near warm. Whoever is working at Jack-in-the-Box right now at 3:30 PM is amazing. I come here a lot and I hate the service but the my daughter loves it. Today I came and the lady here working is amazing. She was really sweet and she set me up with everything that I needed. She was also very patient because I was very indecisive. My food is great. It's not old it's fresh and she was very nice. For today I give it a five stars. Whoever is working today. Needs more hours and has great customer service. Jack in the Box needs more people like her. read more

Upon entering the restaurant we immediately noticed the smell of sewage in the eating area. Visited the mens bathroom...terrible sewage smell with strong ammonia from the sewage. The order came out incorrect, one sourdough jack not toasted and missing cheese, other sourdough jack was toasted but the bun was put on backwards, both were terrible. The fries were lukewarm... I didn't see a heating light on over the fries in the bin. My son ordered curly fries and received regular fries. About 5 empty dirty tables. Manager (I think) was on his laptop next to the soda machine, talking to an employee that was cleaning up, dropping F bombs in the process within earshot of my wife and kids. I could also hear employees in the back dropping F bombs. The front double doors were absolutely filthy. I will not return to this site unless it is torn down and rebuilt. Went through the drive-thru only to find out later in the day that I was never given my card back by employee LUZ (name on the receipt). To top it off, my bank statement showed that I was charged $32 AFTER leaving my card there. When I went back and brought it up to the manager, she brushed me off and told me that there was nothing she could do about it. Didn't offer a refund or even apologize that one of her employees charged my card and stole my money. The people who work here need to evaluate their morals and customer service skills. Usually don't have much of an issue with this location, the manager there has always been great, but the other night, while waiting in the drive through line to order, the cashier started an argument with us for not responding at the drive through speaker because we weren't close enough to speak yet. The car in front of us had not moved up far enough for us to speak into the microphone. We tried to explain that to her but she instead she decided to be incredibly rude and started yelling and arguing with us through the intercom. Breakfast served all day and a plethora of Jack pictures inside to remind you of his good looks. We typically stop here for potty breaks or a quick burger on the go. My wife and I enjoy the Sourdough Jack with curly fries and the kids like the chicken bowls. If you enjoy a breakfast sandwich, stop here for a good treat.
