This location also was closed at 12:30 am on Christmas Day despite a large sign in the window stating "Open Christmas Day". The female in the drive thru said she was the only one there and could not take orders. She also acted like a bitch and raised her voice at me when I told her the other store South sent me there and said "they should be open". I love coming to this Jack in the box. I always get the large jumbo jack cheeseburger combo meal. This Jack in the box is very clean for a fast food restaurant. Everyone that works there is very nice. I highly recommend that if you're visiting the Shoreline Washington area. And you're craving something not too expensive for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Went to Jack in the Box and got their egg nog milkshake. It was so delish.

I had a 30 minute break and Jack in the Box is one of the closest to my work so I thought I'd try it. I pulled up to the ordering board in the drive-thru and ordered a Sriracha burger. I noticed the menu listed it as $5.59 but the screen showed a charge of $5.79. I mentioned it to the order taker who tried to tell me it was the tax. I had to say THREE times "I'm not talking about the tax. I'm talking about the sandwich price, which is ringing up higher than the listed price" as she kept trying to explain that it was the tax. Then she told me the meal cost more than just the sandwich. "I'm not talking about the meal, I'm talking about the sandwich price. It's ringing up more than the advertised price. I'd like it for the price on the menu". I'm not sure if she just wasn't listening or has English as a second language but having to repeat myself so many times got old. She finally understood, and said "That's what the computer says" and wouldn't sell it for the listed price. I asked for a manager, and was told there wasn't one on duty. She asked if I still wanted the sandwich, and I didn't. I left frustrated and hungry. They lost a sale and customer. What an infuriating waste of time and poor customer service. read more

Went through the drive through last night. Tried to order a jumbo jack and a Jr jack. The woman working obviously didn't understand and deleted my jumbo jack and replaced it with only a Jr jack. She then told me to hold on for like 2 minutes and was speaking with one if her coworkers because She was confused She did not speak English very well. OMG! I know it was a fast food restaurant but the shift leader manager was totally unqualified for his position! We walked in and it was empty.....then seemed like once we placed our order it was too much! They got so backed up there wasnt any room to stand inside(given its small) and the drive thru wrapped all the way around. The manager was yelling at his staff too hurry up...no napkins were in the dispensers, no clean tables, LONG wait for the food. I worked for jack in the box as a teenager, never seen it all fall apart right in front of me. Everyone dinning was shaking their heads watching the shift leader unfold cursing and such. Once it calmed down, he was telling his staff how stressed out he was! If you cant take the heat, get out the kitchen! Drive thru is your best bet! read more

Waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers off the value menu. We will never go there again. I do have to say that the people were very nice, and the burgers were well made. It just makes me angry to have to stand there so long while the drive thru gets priority. It seems like the system doesn't work very well. read more

Went to Jack in the Box at 550pm on 02/08/15. At the drive up window I requested "a number 26 meal with an orange juice." American English is my first language, so was the employee's, I was speaking loudly and clearly, but still had repeat my order 3 times since the employee seemed to have difficulty comprehending what I was saying. I was never told the total of my order but the screen said my total was $5.79, when I got to the window I gave the employee $20.79. The employee proceeded to take my money, but did not give me the $15 change or a receipt (though I asked for a receipt) that I was due. I had to ask him, and his co-worker two times each to get my change and even then they had difficulty getting the change for me. When I was given my meal I was given the orange juice, a straw, and the sandwich in a bag. When I asked about the hash browns which are part of the meal, the employee looked at me like he was dumbfounded for a moment then said he would get them. By this time 10 minutes had lapsed and I did not have more time for him to try to figure out what he was doing and needed to leave, so I left without the remainder of my meal, or napkins, or a receipt. read more
