We walked in to order, they had all the food items we wanted, I customized my tacos with no sauce. We didn't wait very long, and I loved that everything was being made for us vs. old fries. An easy, fairly quick, and not so bad meal is what I seek when I visit Jack in the Box. Varied menu items, most of which don't seem to really match. It is fun snack food mostly, with an array of burgers to choose from. Pricy, but everything is these days. Tasty because of the level of fat content in most of the food. It's true that fat brings the flavor even though it is not good for you, especially when consumed with all the carbs you also get to ingest with most orders. I do think the variety and flavors of Jack in the Box food is better than most of their fast food competitors. During and for a long time after COVID-19, the restaurant had massive challenges getting and keeping staff. They had to close and change hours. That seems to be better now in that they have staff, one can count on them being open, even though they still seem to have a bit of a revolving door of staff. If I could leave minus zero stars, I would. Ordered online some tacos, chicken strips and smashed Jack for lunch for us girls. OMG. By the time I picked up the food and got to destination a few miles away, the bag was soaked with grease and stained car seat. Tacos were stone cold and had pockets of grease inside. None of us could get past the first few bites. Chicken strips were warm but so greasy that the bag they came in broke as it was soaked through with grease. That was trashed as well. Smashed burger had no pickles and was soggy to the max. Outside could have used some cleaning up and didn't notice anything inside as far as cleanliness as I was watching the incompetent staff ignoring us customers at the ordering desk. Staff needs some serious training. I know as I've worked at McDonald's. Send complaint online and asked for manager to reach out to me. Never did. RUDE. We deserve every penny of out money back. Friday night and I'm ready to sing.. but before that thought I'd stop by jack's and grab a quick bite before the function. Welp ordered the #11 chicken Monterey ranch combo. So got my food got settled opened my sandwich and there's no chicken just a piece of lettuce and cheese.. no lie I was laughing. Like are ya f**king kidding me?! Best believe I drove all the way back. Walked in and straight up open my sandwich and the employee was just laughing. Told me to hold on cause she needed to talk to her manager first. Like what for? I got my receipt . Her manager was in her car sleeping. Haha ain't this some ish?! So she comes back and just grab my sandwich and said she would handle it. Came back out and gave me my sandwich and just said "here ya go" then walked back in. Like no sorry or my bad just Here ya go! jacks is always a go to on a goodnight. If ya know you know! I'm still going to go there one munchie nights. But next time ima stick to my go to. 2 tacos and fries! I usually don't order anything else cause damn prices are hella expensive nowadays. the food was okay...but the customer service was APPALLING. i took my pregnant friend to order here and we took a few minutes to look at the menu . when we pulled to the window we were greeted by an older woman who condescendingly explained that we are timed when we pull through drive-thrus (we took less than 3/4 minutes) so their times were long, because of us. I have been working drive-thrus for 8 years so i understand that cars are timed. i also know that you never tell the customer that they are being timed or shame them for taking their time to order. and there was absolutely no one in front of or behind us either. Waited over 15 minutes in the drive through for them to forget our fries for our $35 meal. When my husband went back to go get them they made him run back to the car for the receipt. Then the receipt wasn't good enough and she had to see the bag--to inspect it to make sure he wasn't lying about the fries I guess. Absolutely outrageous. I would give 0 stars if it were possible this Jack in the Box and its child employees are a joke. I drive for Uber and today I went to pick up an order and and there was a shopping cart in the middle of the drive-through with no note so I assumed it was there by accident and moved it, I pull up to the drive-through and no one answered answered so I went to the window, As I did an employee came out and said not to touch his things and made a huge fuss about the cart as if I was supposed to know a Michael's shopping cart meant that the driver was closed without a sign. I then went around to the front of the restaurant and and the they didn't say anything it was actually their friend they're friend sitting out in the parking lot that they were having social time with that let me know that there were only 3 employees Working at the moment and that they all took their 30 minute break at the same time, As I go up to the door to knock on the door they said they don't have time for my BS right now and laughed and walked into the back completely ignoring me and the fact that I had in order to pick up. Aside from the utter unbelievable lack of respect to a customer they also cost me a 1/2 an hour of my time I'm 1/2 my pay I was supposed to get for my double order. I go here mainly for their shakes (when I forget about calorie counting, that is). That, and the fact I just love their commercials. They're so hilarious. "I expect you to act like professional potatoes!" Anyways, back to business. They offer a variety of delicious shakes apart from the standard vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry. The Oreo cookie one is great. The best, though, are found around the holidays. The eggnog, peppermint, and pumpkin ones are something to write home about. Bravo! WORST... I repeat WORST I repeat again WORST customer service! 3/30/2015 8:30pm I went through the drive thru and ordered #13. I ordered but the girl wasn't able to hear me so I repeated it but before I could finish she asked me to repeat it again in such a rude way. "I still can't hear a word you're saying, can you speak louder?" I literally screamed my order so she could hear me this time. Being that I heard used echo down into the parking lot I believe she heard me loud and clear. Then she asked what size and what to drink very quickly and seemed really annoyed. Bad day? Not my problem you shouldn't be rude. Leave your attitude at home. She then screamed my total to me. Very immature I must say. At this point I should have drove off but no I decided to stay so I could see who was behind this awful experience I had. As I pulled up to the window, a blond woman with a messy bun and a headset (I'm assuming she was the manager)...was banging on some machine inside the window. I sat there for a minute then she finally blurted out my total while she proceeded to hit the machine and. As I am starting to hand her my cash she turns back to machine after seeing me and proceeds to bang on it and yell at it and the employees that are standing inside about how it gets jammed or doesn't work the time. REALLY?! I'm not amused at this point. She then has her back to the window and is talking to her employees, clearly ignoring me and the fact that HELLO witch I'm ready to pay you!? Her employees are staring at me and I'm staring at them just in pure amazing that this woman could be so rude. She finally turns to me and says "Sorry about that". The girl with brown hair and thick rimmed glasses was helping prepare my meal but looked embarrassed at the manager. The tall guy with dirty blond hair just kind of stood around (maybe he as training? I have no idea) but he just watched this all unfold. When the girl finally handed the blonde one my change, she just turns and says "here ya go" turns back and retrieves the drink and hands it to me while saying "here ya go" and hen walks off. The girl with the glasses handed me my food and told me to have a good night. At least she was nice, but wow that woman who took my order and destroying the machine needs some serious training in customer service. If she truly is a manager, she's setting horrible expectations and a bad example of how to treat customers. When I received my food the chicken nuggets were hot but soft in the middle, tasted a bit odd and the fries dos not taste fresh at all. DO NOT EAT HERE I would not recommend this location to anyone based on my terrible experience tonight. The staff gave a completely wrong crap order. Nothing close to what I ordered. When I called and asked for a supervisor some girl claiming to be the supervisor came on claiming her name was Christine and you could tell she wasn't do to the immaturity and lack of professionalism. She got argumentative and when I called her out on that and her lie she got defensive. I asked for the owners name and number and she she put me on hold without warning and never came back. Hung up and tried to call back and they took phone off the hook. Finally when I got through they didn't answer Jack in the box, just had one of the guys working answer hello in a sleepy voice.
