This Jack in the Box is hit and miss. I always get the same thing when I'm there, and sometimes it looks just like it does in the ad and tastes perfect. Other days, the taste is perfect, but the fries were lukewarm and my sandwich was practically falling apart when I opened the box. But the staff has always been courteous, and friendly and they seem like they have a fair amount of fun doing their work. I just wish I could pinpoint the time of day to recommend going. read more

I love jack in the box however this particular Jack in the Box from Silverdale Way in front of the mall I just walked inside to order lunch as I open the door I had to fight the flies away so I can make my way to the front counter as I did so I noticed the entire dining room was empty and 90% of the tables dirty the floor was sticky somebody spilled the coke and didn't get cleaned up I made my way to the counter as I looked at the menu board to decide what I wanted to eat I noticed it also was covered with flies there are flies back in the kitchen buzzing around everywhere flies everywhere!!! I turned around and left there's no way in hell I'm eating food out of an establishment like that if I could give them negative stars for this review I would. This is absolutely unacceptable I think corporate needs to know about this they're going to make somebody very sick. Disgusting! read more

Depending on the time you go, service can be quick and/or slow. Regardless, I love JITB! One time I ordered just a smoothie but realized after I ordered, I didn't have my wallet! I let the worker know to cancel my order, I couldn't reverse out bcuz a car was behind me already... I was so embarrassed... Lol I pulled up to the window to apologize again, the worker asked if I was the one who ordered the smoothie, I said yes. & he just handed it to me and said, it's okay. It's on the house. Worst service ever! Complained my passengers were being too loud and then complained about one of my passengers who got out of the car to stretch because theirs legs were sore. Forgot 2 tacos and went back to get them and they refused to service us. Horrible staff... The closed McDonald's was a better option imo. read more

Hate to be that guy, that complains about a fast-food place, but just don't eat at this location. Staff is extremely unfriendly and they always let the food sit in the window for a million years before they hand it to you. Last time I made the mistake of ordering a buttery jack and this thing was so soaked in grease that the entire bottom bun fell apart before I took my first bite. Won't be back. Would give zero. We haven't had any issues with quality of food just the issue that the employees decide when to close. Shift changes or issues with the computer..come back later. They also run out of food. How at 8:15pm do you run out of meat?? Horrible. So long Jack..don't even waste your time even though their tacos were really good! read more

I went to this Jack In The Box a few times. Don't waste your time. They are always out of something when I go there. One time I went there and they had no buns for their burgers. Another time they had no soda. Then yet again they had ran out of fries. Then they are always under staffed so if you go be willing to wait 20-25 minutes minimum for your food. And if you like burned food and always having something missing from your order you'll love it here. The manager never returns complaint calls and customer service at the HQ does not care. Will not ever go back to this location. read more

Go anywhere else instead!!! I give 1 star because there isn't an option for 0 stars. After ordering I found the eating area didn't have a single clean table and the floor was a mess. Then the sandwich came out with a wedge of lettuce that made it too large to get into my mouth, so I opened it up to tear down the lettuce to size and found there were no pickles, got another one made. Saturday, 09/25, 08:00am - the filthiest restaurant I've ever walked into. Restrooms dirty beyond belief, every table in the dining room dirty, hadn't been wiped down. A young woman in the kitchen picking garbage off the floor stuffing it into a garbage bag she was carrying, except to handle cooking utensils at the deep fryer, NO ONE WEARING GLOVES or hairnets including the young man on the grill. Floors obviously hadn't been swabbed for...days? The crew of kids were having fun though. It took twenty-minutes for them to prepare our two breakfast orders, but after seeing the garbage/cooking utensils thing, we couldn't eat it and threw it in the trash further down the road. THIS PLACE NEEDS A MANAGER - at least adult supervision. Pass this place by, in the morning especially! That is if the health department doesn't close them down - which they should! read more

Shittiest jack in the box I've ever had. I'm a big coffee person and I love jack in the box iced coffees... the first time I bought from here, the coffee tasted like straight black coffee with a hint of garbage. The second time tasted like coffee mixed with the after taste of rotten milk. The fries aren't cooked crispy and good. The sandwiches don't even get cooked long enough for the cheese to melt... plenty times I've had food poisoning from this ONE jack in the box. Whoever is in charge here is not very good at making a schedule. Every time I've been here, it was absolutely filthy and they were out of things like napkins. The employees are actually nice, but there's never enough of them! If there's only 3 people running the whole place, of course it's going to be filthy with bad/subpar service. read more

Went to grab a quick burger tonight and the drive through had a truck parked in the entrance with a cardboard sign stating that the drive through was closed. No big deal I just went inside. Once inside I was not even acknowledged by the staff as I stood waiting patiently. After about 10 minutes I decided this probably isn't going to work out for me. So I turned and left. As I reached the door to leave I finally heard from one of the people on staff saying "See ya." Not sure if I would want to return here. I wouldn't have people like this working for me and I certainly wouldn't want to trust them do make my food. read more

On the day of July 1, 2017 my family and I went to the Jack in the Box located in Silverdale Washington at 22:37pm. We went there after enjoying a wonderful night watching the fire works show in Bremerton. As I pulled into the drive thru I saw three employees smoking and lounging around the back of the restaurant. One of them was even lying on the grass right outside the kitchen door. As I came to the conclusion of placing my large order; My family and I over heard the window employee Curse the F-word in the phrase of " This is F-ing ridiculous. My kids heard this! I tried to let the window teller know of what he said. He said it was because of the milkshake machine which we didn't even order milkshake. But it was said right after my order was placed. That tells me he was on the register while inputting the order. Either way it was inappropriate. I was upset I didn't nor my wife didn't want to eat there. I came around to talk to the night Manager about the situation, all he said was , well I spoke to him. They were still outside smoking all together as if it was no big deal! I asked the manager what action is he gonna take as a manager towards a costumer? He told his guys to go inside and for me to leave the property. How is this costumer service? I tried to get his name but he sheltered himself inside the restaurant saying he was gonna call the police. I welcomed the gesture. I cant believe this how a Jack in the Box is managed at night. Eating behind the line,smoking in the back by the order board, lying in the grass listing to hip hop out loud for the costumers to hear. Not professional at all. I am a Navy Veteran, I served 11 years over seas where they treat people way better only to come home and the service like trash. read more
