Meanwhile, people who ordered after me were getting their food before me, even though I only ordered one item. There was no organization at all. What really got me was that they didn't even tell me they ran out of what I ordered--I had to overhear them telling someone else. So after standing there for nearly two hours, I found out indirectly that I wasn't even getting my food. Then the refund made things even worse. I paid with a card, but they gave me cash back, which felt really unprofessional. And for the cherry on top, they dropped my change while handing it to me. What should've been a convenient stop right outside my apartment ended up being a complete waste of time. Definitely not worth it.
