Just picked these up. Good tacos. Little too much oil on the tortilla but still good! Reminds me of SoCal taco trucks

First of all I would love to give this woman a round of applause for the consistency in the quality of her food. Every single time my husband brings me a plate of tacos it's 10 out 10 EVERY single time. We are from the bay area (an area of a melting pot of cultures known for one of the best place to get tacos) and I have to say this is definitely one of the best tacos I have had. Very generous on the meat, great flavor, no complaints. Tacos are my favorite but we had also tried her birria tacos and quesadillas and those were also delicious. I personally have not ordered since my husband and I have a newborn but based off what he tells me, she's very friendly, inviting and customer-centric. She recognizes him every time he goes to order:) There's seating outside of the truck. A few benches. Nice for a lunch date on a warm day. I would say enough to bring a family or table for 4. Overall great eats. A gold mine in WA compared to other taquerias we had tried in this state. Please don't hesitate to try.

If you're looking for a delicious quick meal check out Taqueria Jessica my Trader Joe's. She owns the food truck and always greets with a smile! We go here often but I've never posted about her. Gotta shout out the local businesses! California burrito and quesabirria tacos for the win tonight!

Absolutely the best Birria tacos I have found around here. From San Diego, which has epic Mexican food. This place contends with Southern California Mexican.

    Birria and asada tacos!!

Wow!! Hands down one of the best taquerias I've been to! The food was on point--fresh, flavorful, and undeniably authentic. From the first bite, you could taste the tradition and love that goes into every dish. The tacos were perfectly seasoned, the salsas had that homemade kick, and everything from the meats to the tortillas felt like it came straight out of a Mexican kitchen. You can tell they care about quality and staying true to their roots. It's the kind of spot that reminds you what real Mexican food is supposed to taste like. If you're looking for bold, real-deal flavor, this is it. 10/10 will be coming back.

The closest thing to authentic San Diego style Mexican food! Would go back again. A lot of places in the area in buildings like Isla Bonita and others DO NOT COME CLOSE TO THIS! Washington doesn't have great Mexican food so you gotta find the ones that are good when you can. Pros: quick service, hole in the wall, food truck, plenty of salsa if you ask, fresh vegetables, friendly ambiance. Clean area Cons: bench seating, meat could be a higher quality.

Way Too expensive! $16 for basic medium sized burrito that is mostly ric, refried beans and no cheese is crazy. Barely any meat. Then add tipping about $18. Bigger portions or drop the price. Chatitas in Poulsbo is the best and only $11.99 for burrito with guac & sourcream!

Service was good, no issues there as they were able to accommodate large party (8-10 ppl). The kids booster chairs were sticky and needed to be cleaned. We had to use a baby wipe to clean before using. Some of the items we got were the Macha Burrito which was bland and lacked seasoning of the chicken. The Steak & Fries (Carne Asada Fries for us SoCal) was a 2, not as promising as other reviews. We ordered this as an appetizer and majority of family passed once they saw it and the rest once they tried it. Ordered the quesadilla and fries for the kids, and it was the smallest size tortilla used... not an adult order let alone an order to share with kids. Other items ordered were the Cali Burrito which I was told was good, but "needed something" and the fajitas with chicken. Chicken was pounded flat and very dry. We were hoping for more as this was a place that had higher expectations due to reviews and we really wanted some good Mexican food. But it missed the mark and sad as we continue to find a Mexican shop that lives up to SoCal or at least close.

For my order, I got the "Spinach Portobello Enchiladas." I asked for them sub the meats for veggies and they were to make the adjustment. Upon serving, the plate was well presented with rice and beans on the side. The enchiladas were quite flavorful as well as the rice and beans. Though the dish was more on the milder side for, the server was kind enough to bring some hot sauce. If you want to go out for a family gathering, this is a good place to go!

I love that they had a flight so I can try multiple options without having to go over board on drinks. I had the seasonal which was a cranberry margarita, passion fruit guava, and mango chamoy. The mango chamoy was definitely my all time favorite. My friend got the cranberry, pineapple coconut, and mango chamoy as well. The taquitos were slightly dry but seasoned ans flavored well. The nachos were really good. There are a lot of places that don't do refried beans well but the beans on the nachos were really good. Only reason for a 4 rating instead of a 5 was when we arrived there were 2 people at the front and we weren't acknowledged until a few minutes after. They were doing something on the computer before looking up. The server was nice overall but wish they offered us water right away instead of coming back and forth a few times before we had to ask for it. They weren't busy for a Tuesday night so I expected a bit more attentiveness.

The beans and salsa were very good and the chips just normal, first basket had many small and broken pieces. My wife had the steak fajitas. Flour tortillas were good although we were told they make their own corn tortillas which for those who like them were probably good. I had the single combo (chicken enchilada) with rice and beans on side. We chose refried beans but other options were available. The enchilad was tasty, had good amount of filling and cheese. Sour cream and guacamole were extra and portion size a bit small but I know costs are up. We would definitely go back in the future.
