Needless to say this order is for someone that has a food allergy to onions so yes that careless cook could have possibly killed someone today, complete laziness and unacceptable, I hope he understands the concept of caring about his customers and overcomes his laziness.

There were maybe 15 people in front of me--if that--and I still waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for my food. Meanwhile, people who ordered after me were getting their food before me, even though I only ordered one item. There was no organization at all. What really got me was that they didn't even tell me they ran out of what I ordered--I had to overhear them telling someone else. So after standing there for nearly two hours, I found out indirectly that I wasn't even getting my food. Then the refund made things even worse. I paid with a card, but they gave me cash back, which felt really unprofessional. And for the cherry on top, they dropped my change while handing it to me. Server told me he could not do this. I told him I've ordered this in the past with no problems. After an eye roll he said he would "ask the kitchen". He never returned to the table to let me know. Instead he showed up with the 2 chicken taquitos and no sides. I asked him where the sauce and sour cream were. He said he can't give me any. I responded "seriously?" After another eye roll, he said he would "ask the kitchen". At this point, I told him I no longer wanted the taquitos. My husband ordered his food with no issue although he did want a smaller portion but that was not an option either. I have never had such terrible service and regrettably we will never be coming back to this location.
