Our order was extremely salty!!!!! So much so, we had to throw some of it out! We ordered a combo - the fries were missing!! The Mozzarella sticks had to be thrown out due to the salt! And within a few hours of eating about half of my burger (the rest thrown out due to the salt), I developed gut-wrenching diarrhea. I will never eat there again!! read more

My husband and I have been going to the Snohomish, Washington Jack in the Box for years. It is our favorite location. Burgers are always well cooked, but not over cooked and there is plenty of sauce, fries have always tasted fresh, although sometimes I've wished for more. And their iced mocha is wonderful. I am always surprised at the difference of mochas between the different locations. Some are weak, some are not chococolat-y enough and some have been bitter. We've never had a bad Iced Mocha from this location. Their tacos are fine as long as someone isn't over zealous with the hot sauce. We use the survey coupon to save some money, because we are senior citizens and every penny counts. It is my once week eating out treat. At 79, I am pleased with Jack in the Box. It is my favorite fast food restaurant. The only complaint I've had is that the prices went up and they even started charging another 39 cents per burger or extra pickles. Really, really slow. Drive thru after the lunch rush, and it took 20 minutes just to place the order which I had to repeat then correct a few times. Still received the wrong drink and wrong size of fries. 3 stars because the food was made fresh, otherwise would be lower. read more

Jack In The Box usually offers up pretty good food (as fast food goes), but this location just doesn't seem to have their shit together. As an example, we went through drive through here once and ordered shakes, and somehow they managed to serve us *warm* milkshakes. Uh...impressive? The other thing that really, *really* bothers me about this location is that it doesn't appear to be maintained very well. Their drive-through speaker system has been broken for months and months, and there doesn't appear to be any effort being made to get it fixed. If the people who own this place can't even be bothered to fix something as basic as their drive through ordering system, what else are they skimping on? I'll give them another chance if they ever decide to clean and fix the place, but until then I'm steering clear. There're plenty of other drive-thrus in Snohomish if I need a quick lunch. Asked for fresh food New Year's Eve got old fries and a burger with unmelted cheese. The manager at the window (Dania) laughed at us when we asked if it could be made fresh. Even the lettuce was the part you throw away. Called the area Supervisor Victor Lopez and he said it's always fresh because we call food left under the heater for 40 minutes fresh food. I asked him if I want it fresh will it be made fresh he said yea fresh is under the warmer for 40 minutes. Food was terrible and Victor was rude. read more

2 young women were extremely RUDE. Just went through the drive through and the speaker had a sign that said "Order at Window" so we pulled up and waited. Finally, she openers the window and stared at my husband without saying a word. He said hi and she said "are you going to order?" He said yes then gave an order. Another gal took his payment and handed him a bag without a word. What the hell is wrong with these people that they can't even handle the very basic customer service etiquette? read more

Wanted to give a half of a star but it won't let you. The worst Jack in the Box ever. 20 minute wait from the time you pull up to the order speaker. Expect to wait at least 5 minutes before you are acknowledged. Then expect to just sit and sit until your order is filled. Don't expect any service if someone is ahead of you in line. They can only serve one at a time. Never going here ever again. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone either. Bad customer service all around. read more

Business was very slow on the Tuesday afternoon (well, it's now noon) we ate here, so maybe that's why everything was fresh and friendly. Though, Jack in the box is always supposed to be fresh, made to order, so maybe that's not a good reason. Anyway. Other than a bit of trash on the floor and bagging our eat-in order, I thought the experience was quite good.... And a coupon always helps. We had the all American burger and the havarti grilled onion burger, both ribeye, courtesy of the 2 for $6 coupon. Great deal and tasty! No complaints! read more

"I like it, I love it, I want some more of it..." OK... WHY do I have to travel wayyy out to experience such kind service? After a very stressful trip to Bridges pets (our puppy's first trip to a pet store), we couldn't leave our child alone in the car to have an adult drink, so we swung through JITB to charge up on caffeine. 1 medium coke (for the mister), 1 medium diet coke (for the diet soda queen). Win! Nice staff, quick drive thru and damn it, to be honest the drinks had a decent amount of carbonation------- you know what I am talking about if you're addicted to diet coke/pepsi! read more

I was actually surprised to read such horrible reviews until I saw the dates on most of the bad ones, some of them YEARS ago. We have been going to Jack in the Box for years and have "sampled" several locations: Woodinville, Sedro Wooley, Lynnwood, Stanwood and Snohomish. The Snohomish location is our all time favorite location. In general the orders are done correctly, the drive through is about as fast as you can expect with the Covid back up lines, the ingredients are fresh, the meat is cooked correctly (not too done, not undercooked). The only complaint I have on all of them is that the prices have gone up dramatically in the last year. I am a senior and that matters to me. Other than that...we're happy with the Snohomish Jack In The Box! We are, in fact, going the Snohomish location, tonight. read more

Poor service. The menu board did not have its lights on so I couldn't see the entire menu, the screen that displayed my order was incorrect, and they spent ten minutes on one car. When I went to pay I handed over my card and after doing something for two minutes he says laughingly, the card machine doesn't work. Luckily I had cash but I'm more concerned with what happened with my card. Food was meh. read more

It always feels weird when I review a fast food place, because they're always pretty much the same. They've all got the food line and production down to a science. Jack in the box wins out a bit over others because they don't prep your food until you order so it's always pipin hot and "fresh". This one forgot to give me ketchup, and I specifically asked for some, fail! But my breakfast burrito was good and the drive thru line fast, so yep, three stars. read more

Went to Jack in the Box this morning. Three people waiting inside for their order. The nice lady working said she'd be right with us. Waited about 10 minutes for her to take our order. I think she only had one employee at two stations. I think very short handed. We decided to leave. Whoever runs/owns this Jack in the Box should either come in or have someone come to have a complete crew. We left without ordering but in no way blame the staff working. When you have to wait in the drive thru line for 10 minutes and your order ends up wrong, you end up not happy. Not to mention that after having to wait the 10 minutes to get the food, I was hoping to be comped on some sort of way i.e. 2 extra tacos or and extra chicken sandwich, but no such thing. And then to have two of the 3 chicken sandwiches wrong, that just topped it off. My family will no longer be going here. read more

I have been a fan of Jack in the Box for over 40 years in various locations, unfortunately the Snohomish location is the only one I am disappointed with. On 3 previous occasions I have ordered Tacos, the advertisement and picture shows a slice of cheese in the Tacos but no cheese is ever in the Tacos from here. I wrote a letter to the guest relations department, got a nice reply with assurances that the problem would be fixed. The next time ordering Tacos, once again no cheese. 2nd letter received no reply at all. Today I once again ordered Tacos, the "new" manage took my order personally, with his assurance that the Tacos would have cheese. Once again no cheese. My 3rd letter is in the mail. Lesson learned, Taco Bell is right across the street, McDonalds right next door. Burger King right up the street. Never again will I order from Jack in the Box. The "new" manager told me he would make my Tacos personally, gave me his sincere apology for the previous lack of cheese and since there was no cheese it is obvious he flat lied to me.
