Went here for a treat, mother left traumatized. The lady that took our order was excellent and eloquent at completing our order. However, the nightmare began when we both sat down. It was 900 degrees in that lobby! Their was a donkey train of employees taking a class WHILE THE RESTAURANT WAS STILL OPEN! and the worst of all; John Travis made an appearance... LOUDLY! Typical Jacks. I stop in 2-3 times a month. Want variety? There's a lot of menu items to choose from. Just as good as any other fast food. It gets busy late evenings and can be slow at times. Be nice to the employees...it does not cost anything. read more

On 2/15/24 I placed an order on their app, as I usually do at least once a week. I place the order and get confirmation and my card was charged. I get to the store and they have a sign on the drive thru speaker stating that the store I closed due to being short staffed. I pull up to the drive thru window and no one is visible in the store, but I was still charged for the food any way. This particular one is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I ordered a sourdough Jack and the bread wasn't even toasted. There was too much CO2 in my Sprite so not only was there too much carbonation but there was so much I couldn't even taste the cherry flavor added. This location doesn't have the secret sauce packets which is not only unheard of but makes it difficult for someone like me who knows the food to have it the way we remember it from back in the day. WARNING!!!! My niece went last night 9/8/2023 and ordered through drive thru. She paid with her card and the girl gives her the drink and the top isn't on. 40oz drink all over her and her car. Ask if she'd like another drink? We'll yes. So in the commotion she didn't return her debit card. My niece realized it when she got home later. She tried to call and no answer.
