I normally don't eat at a fast food place but today was a day. I asked Josh what was good and he said the "Smash Burger Combo" so I ordered that today. The burger was really good and the fries just the right crisp. Josh brought out the food and was super kind asking me if I needed sauces and about my day. I really appreciated his attention to caring about people. It is really encouraging. I hope Josh gets some kudos from his supervisors for a job well done. The thing I also really appreciated at this Business was how clean and well kept up all areas were. The bathroom was clean and all the trash was empty. I am a fan of their tacos even though I know what an authentic taco tastes like and what a superbly crafted primo ingredient upscale taco can taste like, and these are neither, but it doesn't matter! Just stop expecting either of those types and accept it in their own right. Enjoy the crunchy corn taco shell with its delicious meat paste type filling, some runny cheese and lettuce shreds, and douse it with their taco sauce. Maybe just don't think of how it compares to other delicious tacos you've had in your lifetime and just celebrate it as some other fun snack or meal. This convenient location is right by a bus stop and could use some outdoor seating, but the inside is typical fast food ambiance for a Jack in the Box, and could be improved by adding some fun local pics to give it a unique feel--even if it's just one wall with some pics of the area when it was cotton fields would be fun. The employees try hard to please and will patiently answer questions about the various items. While I was enjoying my tacos by the window seat and watching the drive-thru cars passing by, I actually laughed out loud when I saw what looked to be the old logo dog for another chain waiting in the line up. It was so cute and too funny. Jack in the Box does a pretty good job using minimal packaging and I appreciate that. Nice little paper envelopes housed my tacos and cheery paper lined the eating basket. The napkins were made of recycled paper too. There is NO customer service number for Jack in the Box because they absolutely do not care about you one bit. I need a refund on an item. I went through their website requesting one nearly two weeks ago and got NO response! And it is impossible to speak to a human about this. I even called another Jack in the Box in the area and they could not give me a number to call or anyone that could help me. When we got up to the window she asked for $4.19... my husband told her I gave you a coupon for a dollar coffee she said "oh no that's a dollar OFF of the coffee" ! I came here today for lunch and the drive through and parking lot was packed. The car I was in got the last currently available parking spot. The parking lot is incredibly small and if the drive through backs up there is no where to idle but in the parking lot as well blocking the already small lot. This is obviously nothing they can do to fix so if you are in a super hurry maybe don't plan to sit down here to eat during busy lunch hours. Other than the parking lot, the food coming out took a little longer than I would think it would take fast food but then again the parking lot was packed so I'm not surprised. I was an employee from late July 2020 to late December 2020. We had 10 people quit. We could never be fully staffed. The store manager Nancy Miller had been checked out well before my time and never kept up on hiring or making sure we had team leaders on shifts. This store isn't 24 hours and hasn't been for a while. The hours on here aren't even correct. This store still has issues to this day and often has to close the lobby throughout the whole day. They don't have any structure, consistency, or pride. I was never properly trained and had to learn everything myself. I often did more than I was asked and the store never improved even though I made the manager very aware. The district manager was very hands off and never got on our store manager about performance. You would be stunned at how disgusting and unkept the store is. We didn't have a single health inspection or team discussion on store cleanliness during my tenure. We of course used gloves and hand washing, but all the walls, floor counters, appliances, and everything in-between looked like it had been years of neglect. The date of the last renewal for the location's health documents were well past expired. You only have to walk behind the counter to start seeing the neglect from this store manager. Avoid Jack in general, they charge more than most places and treat employees poorly. At least avoid this inferior location. read more

I see the 3 previous reviews are bad, our visit was nothing like it. Not one car in drive thru. 8 cars in parking area. Not only was Caleb friendly, he repeated our order exactly as ordered. Including the large water (no charge, like other places) we visit my mum every other month in AZ & the service was so good, as was the chicken sandwhich & my daughters mini pancakes, we will be back. She then proceeded to put it back in, then hand me the chip reader out the drive thru window, making me put in the pin myself. Another car had then pulled up to order and they proceeded to talk shit about the persons order. Come on, how unprofessional. Went in the drive thru, the employee made us wait when it was our turn to pull up, pissing off everyone behind us. We ordered 2 combos, the dude "elder" is what he said is name was. Receipt says the employee name was "Nancy". Was effectively whispering into the mic, couldn't hear him, he couldn't hear us, order was wrong on the screen and when we got up and received the food after waiting for no reason, I asked him to explain why we only received 1 combo, he just thrust the receipt our way and said it's what we ordered. I had a large order and had to use the drive-thru since the lobby was closed. I made sure to be friendly with the woman taking our order and let her know ahead of time that I had a large order. I spoke very clearly and slowly to give her time to input the order. She was extremely rude the entire time, several times staying "what?!". When I approached the window, the woman continued to be rude and didn't even look at me while speaking under her breath and throwing food in bags at my husband.
