Let me just start off by saying that people are so impatient. They had national taco day for only $1 for the street tacos and you can only imagine how busy it was! The guy with long hair and the cute latina girl up front were so professional so kind and so helpful and the cooks were super fast too u can see them from the little open window they were doing everything they could to get tacos out fast I even saw the guy go back to help the cook their team work was amazing , even though they were completely completely busy with customers with everybody asking them where their order was and basically yelling at them or giving them attitude and they handled everything with grace and a big smile on their face I give it up to them. I have ordered from here many times because the food is genuinely good but almost every time the order has problems. Items are missing, salsa is never included in enough quantity, portions are inconsistent and there is no way to get issues fixed because they never answer the phone. In the past year I have ordered around 20 to 30 times and about 20 of those orders had these problems. The food keeps me coming back but when most of the orders are wrong and there is no way to resolve it the experience becomes very frustrating. Selected asada & a surf & turf taco. The combo comes with fries. Took it to go. The fries are seasoned & very good. Surf & turf taco was so flavorful and stuffed with meat. Whatever the orange sauce was tasted great with fries & this taco. I was full but later went back and ate the asada taco. That was a disappointment because there was what seemed like a slice of craft cheese on the bottom of the taco. Never had American cheese in an asada taco. Coming from California I went 40 min out my way of my destination so excited to try these birria tacos because the pictures make them look absolutely amazing and worth every minute. The tacos were small , assembling was poor not good for presentation at all . The flavor wasn't there , it was kind of bland tbh but I added hot sauce which made it a little better . The consommé was good , could have had a little more spice to it . I'll give the tacos from MY EXPERIENCE 5/10 . Definitely wasn't what I was expecting . I'd give this zero stars if I could. I ordered on the website for delivery and got the taco combo. They only gave me one taco, which was trash tbh. Tried calling the restaurant and was offered two tacos on my next visit, but I am never going to go there in person so I said this was unacceptable. They said that was all they could do so I asked for a manager. I was told there wasn't any manager or shift lead on shift. I work in a restaurant and have to imagine this is complete and utter bs. I was also told that no one knew when the manager would be in next because next week's schedule wasn't up yet. How is this possible? Are they telling employees on Sunday that they are scheduled the next day? At the end of the call I asked for the ladies name and she gave me every bs answer, but not her name. We had explosive diarrhea and we ordered separate things. This woke me up at 4am with stomach pain. I couldn't even walk to the bathroom correctly. I was hunch over like I was kicked in the stomach. I had to flush 3 times because the smell will accumulate. I was feeling nauseous as if the room was filling with methane gas. I was gas chambered from my own feces. I ordered a burrito and my fiancé had the ramen. The food wasn't even good which is sad because I went through so much. My fiancé didn't have it as bad; because she didn't even like the ramen. They gave her a lot of fat. Floaters and clumps of fat. It was fat soup. So she only had some of it because she was hungry. That probably saved her from how bad I got it. She had it bad but I had it so much worse. Unfortunately I ate the entire burrito because I was hungry. It wasn't the best. I could definitely make a better burrito. This thing was dry. I think they rely heavily on their sauce. How's your beans and rice so dry? Give me old beans? The rest of the day was frequent visits to the bathroom. Oh yeah! This ride wasn't over. Loved the Chandler location and was excited to see them make their way to the west side. We went when they first opened and it was hot and delicious. Love both the red and green salsas. Flavor was good. Meats were great. Service was just okay. But the food outweighed the bad. Tonight we went back. He ordered the surf and turf burro and I ordered surf and turf fries. Everything was cold! It's like they precook everything and just assemble when ordered. Flavors were still good. But fries cold. Meat cold. Shredded cheese on top wasn't even melted. My New Year's resolution this year is to try a new restaurant every month. I was excited to to see a new taco place opened up and I called a friend and told her to meet me there. It was busy when we got there at 5:30pm. Good sign. We studied the menu forever because there are so many delicious options. You can choose your protein and get it on a taco, in a burrito, on fries or even nachos. They also have ramen with birria tacos which is always my favorite. I decided on surf and turf loaded fries. The carne asada had a good flavor and the shrimp was a good size and also flavorful. Every bite was full of meat and toppings. I also got a couple birria street tacos. They are small but they are street tacos. I wanted something small to try out because the fries are huge. The birria meat was sooo good. You can order consome to dip but I was fine with just the tacos. I also ordered a churro but ate it before I took a pic. I love a churro. This place isn't that close to me but it's worth the drive. I ordered the birria ramen, birria quesadilla, and the surf and turf burrito. Out of the three, the ramen was my personal fav. The flavor is bold, being both rich in spices and complimented perfectly with onion and cilantro. The meat portion was generous and tender. The surf and turf burrito was also pretty great. I liked the incorporation of full size shrimp throughout the burrito and the flavors were once again live and direct. I wasn't a huge fan of the quesadilla. Unlike the meat from the ramen, the quesadilla meat was dry and lacked the rich flavor that existed in the other two dishes.
