He's a heaveset bald man he's always so VERY rude and charges you for getting ranch and other condiments that should be free with your purchase. read more

This review had more to do with JITB Corporation than the location. JITB burgers are not that good but their sides (minus the fries) and extras are everything! Their egg rolls are better than most Chinese restaurants. So why would you take away the Country Scramble which is better than most fast food breakfast? The scramble was comparable to Denny's (not saying much for Denny's but saying alot for JITB). This is one item that needs to be definitely brought back. This is the second time I've gone here and the food being poorly prepared. One time I thought maybe they just had an off day, the second time and I'm never going back again. Not to mention the woman who is taking your order has the lowest ability to listen. Here's the example: Me: Hi can I have the number 22 with Orange juice? Her: Do u want the 22 combo? I love Jack In The Box hardly ever have I ever encountered a problem, however this particular location has to change the attitude! I understand it's a school zone that includes high schools middle schools and elementary. I get that kids can be rowdy so you have to keep your restaurants safe . I can also imagine the chaos between 2:30-4:30 when all the kids are out of school . I know you have a rule that you won't let anyone use the restrooms unless they are a paying customer , that's awesome . So I am a paying customer that needed to use this particulars locations bathroom before I place my order but my husband was in line to order our food while I had an urgency so I asked the manager to please buzz the door to which he answered me to wait so I go to wait in the hall (where the bathroom is at ) waiting while I had to do the pee per dance . So he never buzzed I go to ask him again he said yes walked away and still no buzz so I wait almost unable hold it I wait some other people are trying to use the bathroom and are waiting, so one last time I go but I'm mad now because at this point I'm already desperate so I say to the man ,how many times do I have ask you to open the bathroom ( clean version ) so proceed to tell me it's for paying customer and he was to busy to push the button because he is taking someone's order that at this point happens to be my husband placing our order (yeah it took that long ) so I went of on him yes I did and proceeded to tell that's my husband you are taking an order from so he went and pressed the button on the wall next to him yes ladies and gentleman the wall next to him when I first asked him . So u guessed it I peed my pants literally I was on my lunch break so now I have to go home to shower and change and be late to my next patient . The food was whatever just the same burger and fries... the tacos are still pretty good. HOWEVER, the customer service is awful! I know it's a Jack in the Box, so I can't expect much, but come on. I went to pick up some food for the family and was handed 4 bags of food, why did I only get a very minimal amount of sauce for all this food? This place is a dump. I work near the location, and decided to order over drive-thru. I can't tell you how many times I've gone back to my office with a wrong order... Today was the last straw. Well, they made my sandwich with mayo. (Learned to finally check my order) I went inside and asked them to make it again. 10 minutes and 4 customers later... still no sandwich. This is located is located near Birmingham High School so I've had my fair share of visits. Service varies depending on what time of the day you go or who is working. Some times I have a speedy easy drive thru experience and other times I have a long wait accompanied by a side of attitude. Food is pretty consistent - fried in a brown bag. Visited for the first time with my boyfriend and IT WAS AWFUL. The cashier was nice but the food was gross and overpriced. My rubbery, over-cooked grilled chicken was dripping in oil and had gristle bits all throughout. My boyfriend's chicken strips were tasteless and his grilled sandwich tasted only of pickles and vinegar. I swear I'm not picky, this food was really that bad. The nutritional values are also way off on the menu- in case you care about that. The cleanliness is lack luster, but I guess that's to be expected. I had a meeting to attend and was rushed to grab something quick to eat. I ordered what I usually order at other jack locations, #10. After this experience, I don't think I'll be ordering that order again. I took my first bite, it felt a bit weird, first I thought maybe because I had been chewing gum, I sipped on my drink, and took another bite, this bite made me gag and spit out my food. Not my normal Jack in the box but I do come here when I'm in the area but unfortunately I won't be coming back to this one ever. I ordered 2 ten piece nuggets, a chicken sandwich and some fries. I asked for 3 BBQ sauces and 1 ranch and was told by the employee he can give me the 3 bbq sauces for free but the ranch will cost me $.27 really I spent $18 in food and your going to charge me $.27 for a ranch. I know that there is a sign saying extra sauce cost extra but that's ridiculous no other location charges if I have that much food. read more

Ive given this place a couple of tries but its always failed me. I dont know why but everytime i eat their food i feel like throwing up afterwards. This is my local Jack in The Box - Awesome.....never have I been given a sub-par meal. Their food is ALWAYS fresh and the lettuce is green and looks exactly like the picture. The shakes are all awesome. The staff is really good. They are always very busy so there really isn't much time to socialize with conversation. The service here is "ok", but the food quality is not good. I've been a few times, and the burgers are not well made. They are lacking the signature flavors, as it seems like they are never assembled with the correct ratio of ingredients or cooked to spec. On those rare occasions when I need a fast food fix, I want it to taste like what they generate my craving for.
