I decided to try the T-Pain Munchie Meal because I had the munchies--but wow, that was a mistake. I bit into the burger and genuinely thought I was eating a deep-fried stick of butter wrapped in another stick of butter. I've had greasy food before, but this was on another level. I swear I gained 10 pounds after just two bites. The aftermath? Let's just say it felt like a raging river was rushing out of me. My stomach has never known pain like this. I wouldn't eat that burger again if I were starving for two years. To be fair, the service wasn't terrible--they were actually quite friendly. But that burger? Absolute cheeks. It tasted like it had been laced with whatever cheap mystery oil they could find. My back has been sore ever since, and I'm convinced it's from whatever unnatural concoction they fed me. The store itself was clean and welcoming--I'll give them that. It's just a shame they served me what felt like an edible engine part. Utter garbage. I was simply irritated and wanted a refund for the items that were paid for and not delivered (sadly, I can't ask for a refund for the most annoying lack--specifically asked for straws for our drinks) and replied to the order email asking for that partial refund. When I received a reply saying they couldn't receive emails at that address, but click this link to contact them, do so and am told that it doesn't work, go back to their home page, click contact, then still get told it doesn't work, I may never go to an Jack In the Box again. This is utter crap. I'm not someone who can't overlook mistakes, but when they're made by multiple people, with extra processes to ensure accuracy (including checklist to seal the bag when everything's in there) and they charge an $8 delivery fee, and ask for a tip, and then leave off an upgrade on one item, leave out an item entirely, and then forget straws not once, but twice (it should have been thought of when they poured the drinks, and it certainly should have been when it's also on the requested utensils section), that is just unacceptable. To then compound it with one of the largest fast food chains being unacceptable to receive basic comments is just grotequely incompetent. It will be a long time before I go back, if ever. read more

Terrible drive thru and app ordering logistics. First of all, they close the dining area earlier then the posted hours. So we had to go through the drive thru and wait 26 mins longer then we would have if we could pick up. We arrived 4 mins before the dining room closed but the door was locked. I realize it was close to the cut off, but the app shouldn't have accepted the order for carry out if the store has a habit of closing the dining area early. The drive thru took forever (26 minutes). And the audio was hard to understand. Either upgrade your drive thru audio system or train the workers to give good directions and ask questions that a customer can understand. read more

Went today 05/22/23 1:10pm , for my lunch. Lizbeth took my order:CLUB SALAD, and was given a Garden Salad at the window. I told Lizbeth I asked for club salad, she tells me there are none. I asked her "why didn't you say that then I would of ordered something else??" . She didn't know what to say and called a manager that told me the same thing. I got my refund and no lunch. I asked my sister to pick me up a Stacked Grilled cheeseburger munchie meal. They told her what she was ordering didn't come in a meal. Went here yesterday. They where out of chicken nuggets and chicken strips. I ordered mini tacos, my daughter got a plain burger and fries. Needless to say directly after I ate about 5 of the 15 mini tacos (did not finish) and a few curly fries, my stomach was very upset and had to use bathroom right away. It was horrible. I came in last night to grab a couple of breakfast Jacks and a small diet root beer. The root beer tasted terrible and when I told the girl in the window about this she gave me major bad attitude and a dirty look. I had to ask her to exchange it for a regular root beer because she didn't offer to fix it then she grabbed it and threw it away. The whole time she was glaring at me. When I tried the new regular root beer it didn't taste like root beer at all. It was also bad, it didn't taste like anything. When I told the other girl at the window that there is something wrong with their soda machine she looked at me like I was crazy and she truly didn't understand what I was trying to tell her she kept saying what? I had to explain this to her 3 times and she still didn't get it. She just looked at me with a blank face. She did not care. Frustrated I left. The breakfast Jack's were fresh and really good. I had such a negative experience at this establishment! First of all, they got my order wrong after I had mentioned to them TWICE what I wanted! When I returned to tell them that my order was wrong the employees disregarded the fact that I was standing in front of the cash register! Having been in the fast food industry myself. I know it is difficult to get through orders short staffed but to have a wait time over 50 mins is beyond me. It is upsetting to have to be stuck in a drive thru that no one is answering to after patiently waiting well over 10 minutes to have no response and continuing in line. There were several lines of cars that backed out of the drive thru. To be a 24 hour location the staff should be prepared to have the food ready to go. The staff was disrespectful and are not patient. There needs to be training on how to treat customers. Do not go through this location at night after 11 unless you are looking to wait over an hour for food you won't ever get. read more

The first thing I noticed was the poor customer service of the cashier. The way he interacted with us and other customers was as if he did not want to be there and gave off the feeling that we're wasting his time.. We clearly told him what we wanted, however, while we waited for our food afterwards we noticed instead of including the fries with the three meals he added them as separate. My partner went back to ask him about it because he also added an extra fry order.. From my perspective as a customer, he looked at my partner irritated and went to his supervisor/ or manager, in front of my partner and said we ordered it that way.. once our order was ready he placed it on the counter and walked away not even indicating it was our order. The teriyaki bowls here have changed. Lots of pepper and yucky-ness in their teriyaki sauce. The manager Isiais was extremely friendly and apologetic. He offered us a new bowl without any sauce as a replacement. He apologized that my mouth and throat were burning from the pepper in the sauce. I appreciated his enthusiasm and hope to come back here soon. The raspberry iced teas are still delicious with extra raspberry. :-D read more
