This is a very clean and well maintained establishment. The staff here are very nice and helpful with allergies and or other dietary restrictions. The food here is very well cooked, I would recommend the Regular Jack Hamburger and a side of fries. They have a very wide selection of drinks and sauces. I have very severe allergies and not once have I had to send a hamburger back for having allergens on it. Great job Jack-In-The-Box keep up the great work. read more

If I could rate this location of one star, I would my breakfast burger was completely out, dried up, like it had been sitting under the warmer. But then my hash brown was completely frozen in the middle..customer service was no help , rude , and not apologetic to make things better. We were visiting and were out late and wanted to get a little something to eat before we made it back to our place. [Visiting] I ordered 2 tacos and the wife had a Jr bacon cheeseburger. I called Jack In the Box five times to see if the order was indeed cancelled and that I would get a refund. It would ring and ring then go to voicemail. This please closes at 12 midnight I went in at 11 straight to the counter curly haired gentleman was talking on the drive-through and refused to take my order he says I need it to go through the drive-through. Careless and Lack of attention to the items I ordered. Beverage was not the correct beverage after asking multiple times for a certain one. The meal ordered upon opening the sandwich the buns, paper, and sandwich in general were covered in excess and unnecessary condiments and slapped into the wrapper. Came to redeem valid coupons at our local JITB and when my family and I got to the window their staff told us they were no longer taking them. We asked why because they aren't expired. Their manager Diamond then came to the window and immediately started a verbal altercation with my elderly father. Clapping her hands together, screaming profanities, and yelling at us to leave because we are holding up the line. WOW we waited in line just to be told to leave? I have worked customer service for over 4 years and my father has for over 20 years, we both are very understanding of these kinds of situations. However, if I had screamed profanities at any of my customers like how she did to us I would have been immediately fired! We are regular paying customers and after she screamed at us to leave we went to a different location that took our coupons happily. I don't understand why this location couldn't have done exactly what the other one did. Next time I'm taking the extra drive to go to one of the two nearby locations!(as Diamond so "kindly" suggested) Update: I spoke to the restaurant manager and was offered a free combo and given the most in-genuine apology ever! I asked if I could redeem it elsewhere and the manager said the other locations are "different companies"? This is ridiculous why would I eat where I was treated terribly? I was at this jack n the Box on 8/25. Before coming over here, I had been sitting next door at the Black Bear Diner for 15 minutes with no one coming over to even ask if I wanted coffee or something. Finally got up and left that place and headed straight over to the Jack n the Box next door. The team member who was working the counter was super friendly. The name on my receipt says Abril is her name. Anyway, I ordered a breakfast combo with coffee. My order was ready super fast and I ate in the indoor dinning area. While I was there, several people came in to place orders, including a Fedex driver, who I'm sure is always going to the fastest places around. This is the worst location I have ever been to. The staff is unfriendly and not helpful at all. I placed an app order for pick which said it would be ready in 5 min. When I arrived I went in to see if it was ready, I was told the hadn't received the order yet. I waited 10 min and was told the same. 20 min later they still have no order for me. I was told to cancel my order in the app, but am not able to since it was already supposed to be prepared. I asked why they couldn't make the order since I have proof of order and payment and was told they couldn't help me. I as Jed for a manager and was told there was not one there. So basically I'm out the money and time and still had to go to a different restaurant to get lunch for my kids. Extremely frustrating. read more

I come to this Jack in the Box often. It's on my route to work and a convenient stop. It's generally fine. They prepare my breakfast as I like it AND they make the hashbrowns nice versus some JITB that toss you a greasy mess that sticks to the bag! I just wish they could get down how to prepare a cup of iced tea. They either put ice all the way to the top so I have hardly any tea to drink or when I ask for the ice to only be half way in the cup, the tea is invariably hot and melts it so I get no ice. This is better, though because then I just ask for a cup of ice and ice it myself. I get that the people who work in fast food, are working in fast food and doing their job by rote. I just don't get why it is hard to prepare food and drink in a way that they would want it if it were them ordering. Seriously, do you want to pay $3 for a cup of ice??? Gr. I know, nit picking, but people... THINK. This will likely continue to be my main JITB stop when headed to work because they do a good job with the food. I hit them up in the drive thru about once a week and will keep doing that. I much prefer this JITB than the one that is one exit north. The girl with the attitude that they have taking orders really shouldn't work in a business that is all about customer service.. she tried charging me for hot sauce and said it's a policy now. They guy at the window gave it to me for free like they're supposed to. Weird that she felt the need to lie. Hopefully she gets moved to fries or something away from customers. I had the BEST experience when picking up 'dinner' at 3am after work with the pretty young girl at the window tonight named Diamond. In the 5 yrs I've lived in Wildomar, she's the best I've ever dealt with - hands down. No comparison. Prior to my car, she acted extremely professionally & kindly to a vehicle that was less than nice to her (to put it nicely). I could hear the entire exchange. There wasn't a single thing that was her fault - or your cooks' faults - but this car ahead of me was on a mission it be compete a$$holes to her. I work in a similar industry (bar) & I would've NEVER shown the patience & kindest that she did to those rude a$$ people. And even after that - when I pulled up - she kept a smile on her face & acted in a manner that makes me want to 'steal' her to come work for my own place of business. I hope the manager and/or district manager recognizes her for her excellent customer service. I sent an email to the corpora office, also (reference #717247). I hope to hear back from someone soon - or I WILL show up in person just to ensure Diamond is recognized. read more
