This location is probably the best one around! I had an order last week and my order had some problems, but Ernest, the manager, was super accommodating and helpful with remaking them and giving them a second chance. I gave them that second chance and Sammy went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and the food was delicious. Definitely coming back knowing those two take pride in their work and customer service. Also the place was super clean and the kitchen (since you can see from the register) was also super clean. I placed a mobile order online and tried to pay using Apple Pay and it did not go through. this is not the first time that this has happened but it has been so long since I ordered from here that I had had forgotten. I then had to manually enter all my of my card information and then it went through. when I arrived, the girl at the front was nice and asked if I had a pick up order. I said yes, and I grabbed my bag and had to ask for my cup for my drink. I think if I hadn't asked for it, she would not have her remembered that I had a drink in my order. As I was filling my drink an ant crawled across the counter. Another girl in the back had her whole upper body leaned over the counter and was on her phone. Neither one of them was rude, but they also did not say bye or have a nice day as I left. Once I got in my car, i inspected my food and found that I only had 4 dumplings out of a 5 piece order and one of them looked like it had been chewed up and spit back out. I moved onto my sweet and spicy mini chicken bowl and was kind of enjoying it until I came across this black lump in my food. It completely grossed me out and I didn't finish the rest of my meal. They are under new management- the place looks cleaner & brighter already. Service was good- cashier suggested a meal after I ordered a few things ala carte (which saved me money). We had the steak veggie rice bowl, brown rice and the salmon bowl with with white rice. Just didn't have the same flavor either. We arrived at about 6:30pm on a Friday. Only two guys working, slammed with take out orders. Waited about 8 minutes to be acknowledged and place order. Just One cook. Just seems like Waba Grill doesn't care anymore. It's over 100° outside, and the air conditioning isn't working very well, no ice in the drink machine and the drinks are warm. Plus, there is a smell, probably from the restroom. (sewer?) Should have took heed to the reviews. My husband went to get dinner from here tonight. He ordered and paid for a total of 12 shrimp however we only got 6. I called and spoke to "Michelle" who apologized and said we could come pick up the shrimp. I told her we wouldn't be doing that and she said we could come the next day. As soon as I hung up the phone I see my husband going out the door to go back to get the additional shrimp. I immediately called to let her know he was coming and she said that they stop making shrimp at a certain time. Now I may be crazy but shrimp cooks extremely fast so that makes no damn sense. Plus, I had literally just hung up the phone with her and she said we could come get the additional shrimp. We just moved out here and love this place where we are from. This particular location is horrible and the customer service will definitely ruin this establishment. Based on the reviews management doesn't seem to give two f@&$s so, I guess we need to head back to flame broiler. Do better as your reviews are horrible and your staff is even worse! The service I got today was a joke I literally walked out empty handed. I walk in wait to be called over to the register which didn't happen she just stood there as I waited. Waba grill is a great concept and Temecula is by far a superior location. The wildmar location is a dump And the employees are very unfriendly ALWAYS and many times employees are rude. Food is under cooked. Rice and vegetables are hard. I'm in the service industry so I stopped to eat lunch and needed to wash my hands before eating my food. The bathroom is closed and I know that because It's been closed for a few years. I assumed it was for some ridiculous covid problem Because I actually Had a review on here about that but evidently Yelp took it off. And I asked if I could wash my Hands Then he said our bathroom is out of order. I said wherevits been closed for years where do you use the The restroom ? He replies we go to Albertsons. He says they're bathroom floods nice why don't they fix it? He replied that the owner of the building wouldn't fix it. My reply was well then I would stop paying him rent and report him cause that's illegal. Moralton story is management at this location sucks. The dining room needs work and they don't have bathrooms to wash your hands before eating. So I probably won't be going back not even for take out read more

Food is typically fine. Sometimes a little skimpy on meat but the worst part of going to this place is how they are nazis about Waba Sauce. I'll ask for "lots" & if I look and there's only like 5 for 2-3 bowls I'll ask for more then they reluctantly hand me 1-2 more. The store manager with the face piercings and crazy eye lashes needs to be FIRED along with the stoner kid who was working the register taking orders. There are several reviews describing her customer service as being very poor as well as the kids that work there. I ordered a steak plate and my gf ordered a chicken bowl. When we received our orders we immediately noticed that the bowl barely had any rice and my steak plate had a very small quantity of meat. I addressed this to the manager and she blatantly refused to fix our order. If that wasn't bad enough she was now antagonizing us while we were trying to finish our poorly put together meals. She raised her voice, used profanity and insulted us. I cannot believe that waba would hire someone like this and on top of that keep them as an employee with so many bad reviews. The manager with the face piercings and crazy eyelashes has negative reviews ranging within 5 days of the review I'm leaving now all the way back to over 5 months ago. All the reviews about her say the same thing over and over. How could you keep someone who clearly has no respect and poor training as a manager?! The location itself was a mess and very dirty. It seems as though corporate doesn't care and responds back to all these negative reviews with the same cut and paste answer. WaBa Grill is the place I turn to when I want my food quick without the guilt of greasy drive thru fast food. WaBa has some of the freshest delicious health conscious food around. I usually order the brown rice, vegetable, and steak bowl then add a side of shrimp. Never have I been let down by the food, each time it's delicious. Literally my only hangup is they serve Pepsi products, not a big fan. Located off the 15 at Clinton Keith next to Albertsons. Service is typically pretty good. They have restrooms that always seem clean and well stocked. They even have a small outdoor patio seating area near the back by the soda machines. Parking can be limited only due to surrounding businesses and their customers. Overall, I love this WaBa grill and can always count on them when I want some healthy delicious food on the go.
