Worst drive thru experience I've ever had. They couldn't hear me even when I was yelling to the speaker, I had to get out of the car and yell even louder to it. The order was repeated when I got to the window, everything correct, then when I was given the food half the order was wrong.... When given the bag back for the correction everything was then thrown back into the bag and had TERRIBLE portion control. Workers weren't very nice and rushed from start to end. Zero stars. I have been cussed out here by a male employee before. All because I asked for a spicy sandwich and he sighed.. therefore I asked if it was okay for me to order that.. if it was too difficult I would have ordered something else. This location is a hit or miss. I don't even know why this was served to me this way. So frustrating too because it's so close to my house. Really just depends on the manager and staff. The dine in area is always cold inside. It can be a little too extreme so take some leg warmers and gloves if you get cold easily. Shoot, maybe even a blanket just in case, lol. Those tacos should always be fresh and not tasting like they are over cooked or sitting under a lamp for awhile. Of course I can't resist the egg rolls, curly fries, chocolate overload cake and I can keep going on. They just have to keep on top of freshness and not over cooking food. The beverage machine should be monitored to avoid being out of popular choices. I've had a couple of visits where I'll get a drink, go back for refill and a lot of choices are all grayed out. I keep going back though because hey, it's Jack, I'll take the risk for those prices when I need to. read more

Never have had bad service, bad food or left thinking this place sucks. i mean you have to compare apples with apples. So, in comparison to places like Wendy's or Burger King this isn't a bad choice. I'm updating this review based on their holiday shakes. I love when different holidays role around and you are able to get those "special" flavors. I'm not a huge pumpkin pie fan but good Lord all mighty the pumpkin pie shake they have during Christmas is unbelievably good. Eggnog one rocks too, mint one is yummy. I go very often and I always get her at the window she deserves a raise, I see her working really hard through the window. As I see others that would stand there and do nothing. Food was good I like jack in the box typically I think it's some of the better food. But when I order 12-15 dollars worth of food and ask for more the one ranch and I was told no and that I also couldn't buy extras either that's a strange new policy I have not ever heard about before. When I've been to jack in the boxes in the past I could get 4-5 ranch for 3 meals ..... why the sudden change I hope that's not a new policy at every restaurant in the chain..... sounds like a stupid complaint but when I can't even purchase more sauce for my food that seems alittle ass backwards to me. read more

Went thru the drive thru yesterday. When asked what i want i said "#4 mustard and cheese only, medium with drpepper." He repeats it back "#4 with cheese and mustard?" I said "no, mustard and cheese only" he repeats it back correctly but i get it with ketchup only. Didnt know it till i get home. Cant eat it. Come back next day, go in order same, explain yesterday. No apology no discount, just "I'll make sure its right this time. Thats not how you treat customers who eat here at least once a week. read more

I asked for a sausage breakfast check and got charged for a regular one. I noticed when I read my receipt and asked to correct the situation. I was charged an extra dollar and $0.07. I had to refuse and walk out without the sausage breakfast check I wanted. You will get a normal breakfast Jack regardless of what you order but at least it's put together sloppily. Constantly gets the order incorrect. This occurrence they were rude and impatient as if I was bothering them by stopping in for food. When I got home my food was made incorrectly. When I called the store person on the other end was rude and said they didn't make it. When I asked for management, they hung up on me. When I tried calling back they never picked up the phone. This place needs a serious lesson in customer service and how to make the orders correctly. My husband went back to get my food corrected and they made him pay for the food again. So now I have paid for a burger twice that was made incorrectly. When I returned to get my money refunded I was told they can't. They were all for giving me more burgers but not my money back. I felt like I was in a High School Cafeteria. All the young help was loud and more interested in playing than taking care of their customers. We ordered and paid for a large order of fries and got a small order. Took them back with receipt and they gave us a large order. He did apologize. One girl behind the counter decided to redo her poney tail. Finally someone told her to leave the area to fix her hair so she went out in front of the register to finish the do instead of going into the bathroom. Did not wash her hands but instead went back to making french fries. One boy had a friend lingering at the counter and once the friend even stepped behind the counter.
