    I am a owner of an 2020 ford escape truck. I had an appointment with Jack madden ford 825 Providence Hwy, Norwood, MA 02062 on 1/11 at 7:30am I dropped my car 1/10 the night before. They didn't look at my vehicle until 1/14 there was slim to no communication between me and the dealer. The only time I get communication is when I call 3 or more times and leave voicemails. I have been asking for a loaner car the rep that I have been working with stated that basically my issues aren't as important for me to get a loaner car. I also spoke with ford company customer support corporate office rep name Ford Motor Company ® Devin Dean ddean64@ford.com office: 1-866-631-3788 ext. 79609 Whom has been ok. The understanding is my parts are on back order but there are 3 different dealerships around the nation I have called and has one part each. Devin told me that my dealer Jack Madden ford can still order the parts from the dealers and she was going to communicate that to them as well. But when I reached out on a text message chain that she started the only reply I received was the parts are on back order once she spoke to the rep at Jack Madden. Which is crazy.This whole thing has been a nightmare. Devin spoke to rep at Jack madden which told her they have a contract with enterprise for loaner cars. Then a week later after several failed attempts to get in contact with my representative Cindy at Jack madden the contact with enterprise magically disappeared. My car is still under bumper to bumper warranty and I have already called other Ford dealers that have my part in stock I sent to information over. And I just keep getting the run around. If you are thinking about going to ford reconsider. Communication is horrible and you will feel like your business doesn't matter to them.

    My first car was purchased here, in 2021 when I was in college! In a way, I regret buying a car…read moreduring that time, as there was a car chip shortage so limited car inventory at many dealerships & prices were marked up for this reason. I was leaning towards getting a used low mileage car but due to the chip shortage, a used car was not much cheaper, so a new car it was! I had gone to multiple different Honda dealerships all around MA just looking for somewhere to have ANY car left on the lot to buy. Originally, I was not even looking into getting a Honda at all but I was intrigued by hybrid vehicles! Ended up getting a Honda Insight Hybrid that had cloth interior and if I wanted leather, it would've been another couple of months until it would arrive lol. It was the first cloth interior car that I ever had/driven & it was not a fun time. Stains easily & super difficult to clean! The car itself was great though, can't complain. The estimated mpg was said to be ~55mpg but most of the time, I am able to get 77/mpg, so definitely gas efficient & only cost me ~$20/tank of gas. For example, a trip to NYC and even driving through NJ/Fort Lee, I only had to fill the tank once on the way back in RI! So this is a great commuter/road trip car. It's too bad they stopped manufacturing this model in 2022. BUT if I was not in so much of a need of getting a car at the time, I probably wouldn't have ever gotten it. This is because the salesman I had wasn't great & was actually a college kid lol. Very pushy attitude and was not knowledgeable about the cars offered at the dealership... This unfortunately goes for most of the salesmen/saleswomen here though. I never went here for services, only have to deal with oil changes still and haven't had any actual issues yet to this day.

Was told by Marc, salesman who sold me the vehicle, that nothing can be done since I already picked up the vehicle. He said if it was noticed before picking up car it would have been fixed! Terrible customer service! Rocker panel can cut your leg entering and exiting vehicle as well as the potential of falling off and causing an accident. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.

    [A review of test drive only; will update if/when I buy a car]…read more I arrived at HC of Norwood, and was told by the front desk that someone would be there in a moment. After waiting for 10 minutes, the front desk person said she would check again. At this point I just wandered over to the one and only floor model and started looking around. After a few more minutes a man came by and said they were very busy and that it would be another 10 minutes. But a minute or two later, a woman came over and introduced herself as Patti. By way of background, before visiting HC of Norwood, I read a bunch of reviews on here. I saw several negative reviews of Patti. So when Patti introduced herself, I thought "oh no!" But overall my experience with Patti was great. The things I appreciated about Patti: 1/ She didn't try to upsell me on fancier models. Granted, I was already looking at an expensive XC90, but when I asked about the differences between the Momentum and Inscription models, she didn't try to convince me that the Inscription was better. Same when I asked about hybrid models, she said that unless we were driving several hundred miles per week, it would take us a while to break even on the extra cost. 2/ She was low-key about the test drive. I was surprised when she walked me to the car, handed me the keys and told me to find her when I got back. I was expecting her to drive with me. 3/ She took the time to understand our needs (fitting kids and car seats) and helped me understand which version and arrangement of seats would be best. 4/ She didn't pressure me to make a deal right then and then. I explained I was in the research phase, and she encouraged me to come back with my wife before we're ready to buy so she could test drive as well. We also discussed supply chain constraints and the lead time that we'd need to get a car. If I had any complaints it was: a) the wait to get some help and while waiting no one offered me water or suggested that I look at the floor model or look around the lot; and b) Patti was very brisk and would sometimes cut me off in a "I know what you're going say, I've heard all before 100 times" kind of way. But that last piece is kind of par for the course with native Bostonians. Overall, I appreciated the experience. And since I was almost scared away by the negative reviews on here, I felt like I should leave my own review. Of course, the most important thing is the buying experience, so if/when we decide to buy here, I'll update with more information.

Man in service dept said they were full and could not see car till MAY. Due to new owner ship , not enough ppl blah blah. He proceeds to tell me that I have a seatbelt and that's my primary safety device anyway. He can't tell me if my airbag would or would not go off in an accident. Now after doing some research we find that according to Volvo an urgent safety message requires dealerships to scan the car asap. So let this be a warning to anyone who is buying a Volvo, shop elsewhere since service is what it's all about. Anyone can sell a car , but giving good service and not being a dinasour like this guy is more important. 0/10 would not recommend

    Sharing My Experience - Nucar Nissan Norwood (October 2025)…read more I usually don't post reviews, but my experience at Nucar Nissan in Norwood on October 8, 2025, deserves to be shared so others know what to expect. I brought my Audi A5 in for an oil change, to check a tire leak, and to address a passenger seat warning alarm. I was told it would take about 90 minutes. A few hours later, I was informed that the technician had drained the transmission fluid instead of the engine oil. While mistakes can happen, what frustrated me most was that the issue had been discovered 30-45 minutes earlier and no one informed me. I only found out when I followed up myself. Because of that delay, I had to rearrange my morning plans. I was told they had to send out for transmission fluid, which caused further delay. I requested a rental car, which was arranged through a third-party vendor -- and that turned into a terrible experience. When the representative arrived, he sat in his car for nearly 10 minutes. When I approached, he was playing a game on his phone, and when I asked how long the process would take, he became confrontational, telling me, "It'll take as long as it takes," and later following me into the dealership berating me with profanity. To their credit, Enterprise Rent-A-Car was eventually called, arrived within minutes, and provided exceptional service. They were professional, efficient, and easily the only positive part of my entire experience. When my car was finally ready, I was told I'd receive a written explanation of what had happened -- I never did. I had to follow up myself. It was also clear that the original issues (tire leak and seat alarm) were never fixed, as both persisted immediately afterward. A sales manager later admitted that my experience was "unacceptable" and said he'd follow up -- but he never did. I was also told when purchasing my service plan that I could take my car "literally anywhere" for service, which turned out to be false. The plan can only be used at Nissan dealerships, and unfortunately, Nucar Nissan Norwood is the closest -- about 45 minutes away. It's unfortunate because my car purchase experience was excellent, but the service department experience was the opposite -- unprofessional, uncommunicative, and misleading. I'm left with a service plan I can't reasonably use and no confidence in this location's customer service. I hope my experience helps others make an informed decision.

I drive a 2025 BMW 540 that I absolutely love, but every time I drove over rough roads there was a rattling, almost buzzing noise coming from the passenger-side dashboard area. It made the drive much less enjoyable. I tried several things to figure it out myself but could not isolate the source. When I brought the car to BMW Norwood, they suggested I take a drive with Peter. He was fantastic. He was extremely diligent in trying to pinpoint the sound. While I drove to reproduce the noise, he carefully listened from the passenger seat and even leaned toward the dashboard and A-pillar area to better isolate where it was coming from. After identifying the general location, I left the car with him. Peter spent the rest of the day working to track down the exact source of the noise and resolve it. It turned out the sound was coming from the area near the airbag housing. Everything was properly secured, but he applied felt tape to eliminate any vibration and then thoroughly retested the car to confirm the noise was gone. When I picked up the car, the difference was immediate. The rattle is completely gone and the car now drives perfectly, just as it should. I can finally enjoy the ride. I highly recommend the service department at BMW Norwood, and especially Peter for his diligence, attention to detail, and commitment to solving the problem.

    I recently visited Infiniti of Norwood for a routine oil change. While I was there, I also asked if…read moremy brake pads and a shaking noise I had noticed could be checked as part of the complimentary courtesy inspection. I spoke with Anfrenee Bradley in the service department and explained my concerns. At no point was I informed that inspecting the shaking issue would require a separate diagnostic service or incur an additional charge. If I had been made aware of that beforehand, I could have decided whether to proceed or explored other, more affordable options. When it was time to check out, I was surprised to see that my bill was $335 instead of the expected $123. When I asked why, I was told that a diagnostic had been performed and that the charge was necessary because it is how the technicians are paid. However, I was never advised of this cost in advance, nor did I specifically request a diagnostic service. My concern is not simply the additional charge but the lack of communication and transparency before the work was performed. I believe customers should be informed of any services that will result in extra costs so they can make an informed decision. I have opened a case with corporate because I feel this situation could have been handled better. I also would have appreciated an effort to acknowledge the misunderstanding and work toward a resolution. I have had positive experiences with Infiniti of Providence and have always found their communication to be clear and professional. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience moving forward.

This all came to be known after I put thousands of dollars down on the vehicle and signed documents showing I was the owner of the vehicle. It wasn't until weeks later I got my money back. Even at that time, the dealership still did not have possession / ownership of the vehicle.     I've never left a 1 star review, but my experience with Nucar Toyota of Norwood was frustrating…read moreenough that I want to warn others. We called ahead to schedule a test drive and were explicitly told that a RAV4 would be available. However, when we arrived, we were greeted by a salesperson who immediately launched into a sales pitch about limited inventory and reserved vehicles, none of which addressed the reason for our visit. When we redirected the conversation and asked about the test drive, we were told that no RAV4s were available unless we first placed a deposit to reserve one that's on the way. Being asked to commit financially before even test driving the car felt unreasonable, especially given what we've been told over the phone. Later in the day, we receive a call from them and when we shared our experience, the person told us that there was actually one available for test driving. It was extremely frustrating that we drove an hour there and back for nothing (esp. when gas price is through the roof now!) I recommend that others confirm details very carefully before visiting and avoid feeling pressured into making a decision on the spot. There are other Toyota dealerships that will take better care of you.

Website and third party sites list cars they aren't ready and willing to sell, they will setup an appointment to see and buy a car they have no intention of selling you and try to redirect you to more expensive cars. Their staff has no idea what cars are available and they think that's just fine. If you are looking for their better business bureau complaints they changed their name from Boch to Nucar so complaints are under Boch
