    Went in for to check the Crosstrek. Had an appointment for 430. Got in 425. They called a salesman to help me and he was very friendly. Answered my questions and they gave me the car for a test drive. When I came back they had to call him back and I waited 5 minutes. When we sat down to go through the numbers he had some info but not all of it. Most of the questions were to be answered by the manager. He also asked me if I would what it would take to buy that day. Well I told him I was comparing with other cats and dealers and i had to see what they would offer and how the car was to decide so I wouldn't buy that day but I wanted to know so the details, document fees, plates, etc. He answered most of those but you could tell that he had already lost interest since I want going to buy that day. That is a thing that really bothers me at dealerships.. They don't put in as much or any effort when they know you won't be buying that day. If they did, if have a reason to go back and but from them and then later recommend them to friends. Then the salesman left cause he said he was dealing with a someone who had bought another car, while I waited 20 minutes alone for the manager to do an appraisal for my trade in. Finally they called me to the front desk and the manager never came to talk to me. They told me the appraisal which was 3000 below the average kbb value for my car with it's low mileage and for only being 5 years old. I told them that was a very low offer.. Especially since 5 years ago when I got the Jeep, they gave me above blue book max for my previous trade in, which had a lot more miles than this and actually a damaged rear bumper (not just scratches) and I said this cause there are scratches on my current bumper that the person at the desk said would cost them 300 to fix.. And I said yeah..300 not 3000. And still that makes it a very low offer even if they offer the average. He also told me there were two models of the hybrid Crosstrek and asked which one I wanted. Well I didn't notice on their website that there are two models and the salesman never told me this. Generally I can't say this was a great experience because I went in with an appointment and had to wait alone for a long time and also saw the loss of interest because I wouldn't buy that day. Even the manager never came to talk numbers with me. I am disappointed because I really wanted clay Subaru to be my dealer since I live in Norwood. Now I'll just have to check other Subaru dealerships.

    This is solely on the property and somewhat customer service.. do not go to this location during or…read moreafter a storm. I went in for wipers as many might do with the rough weather New England brings. I got out of my vehicle (right in front of the store) stepped up on the sidewalk, and down I went. It was a complete sheet of ice. Causing injury to my back, knee, and ankle plus ruining a brand new pair of boots. This could have been A LOT worse if I was an older individual. I was literally in shock when I told the gentleman in the store to see if they would take a report, he rushed to ring me up and couldn't be bothered. Customer service starts with the CUSTOMERS safety. Will not return to this location. (Attached is a photo taken after the gentleman next to me had left)

In over 40 something years and multiple states, I have not dealt with such unknowledgeable auto care and then unwillingness to even care... but they will keep you on hold for HOURS for nothing to change and to tell you the same exact thing like they were doing anything to help and not just messing up other people's days... I repeat if I could give less then 1 star I would, this store will be shut down soon with the staff they currently have.

The advertised price of the car was $22,300, which I was fine with. But when I chose to pay cash, I was told there is a $750 fee for not financing with them, plus another $750 fee for not trading in a car. This automatically raised the price of the car from $22,300 to $23,800. I'll admit I didn't notice this in the disclaimer, but I've never seen a dealership add fees like this before. To me, it doesn't make sense that the actual price of the car changes depending on whether you finance or trade. The advertised price should reflect the true cost regardless of payment method.

    There is no respect for customer and it's property they damage my car while in for warranty work…read morethey didn't bother notifying me try to hide it from me just hack fix to cover up with glue and plastic weld on a new car and told me my car is all done and all set twice in row this happened first time he let me leave the car the next day told me it's all set again then the found rocker panel broke and sticking out upon pick up my car the second time The service manger told me master tech did the job and this is the end result!!! He didn't seem surprise the second time. He also told me I would not like it if he use glue to put it back together so he need to order some clips and it'll take time but guess what they already used glue on it and plastic weld inside the rocker panel I found out after getting the car back whiling going thru what they done to my car just a big mess missing pins and bolts, scratches, pry marks and paint chipped they won't admit to some scratches they cause service manager and the service department is in rush to get rid of me giving me bs excuse every time they didn't even bother to check for the damages to see what is needed just tell me he'll get clips ordered and call me back after seeing the work my they done I don't think a simple clip will fix this. They are not going to fix it the right way by replacing thing they damage only hack job repairs they are willing to do when you disagree with their resolution service manger is ready to walk off anytime I just told him I may be contacting Honda corp he just told me you can go ahead and contact Honda then turns around and walk away seems like they dont care even though they are the ones that cause the damage i get no apology no one notify me of the damage they just want me to take the car if I didn't see the damage and took my car then the chance of they admitting it would be 0 very nasty place lie after lie would not recommend even from the beginning at the sales department got lie to about interest rate and going back to signed title a day after signing sales agreement and finance papers because they didn't have the title at the time of signing that don't bother but the damage they cause and the way they handle thing is what triggered this review got a call from sale manager was told that he'll get back to me that day but never did Update Your service director never contact me and nobody contacted me since last Friday after sales manger call and say he'll get back to me but never did. You guys already damage the inside rocker panel with weld melted plastic and glue broke the tab in the rocker panel. How is a clip going to fix?please see the photo and What do you mean waiting for a clip to fix the bumper? The damage area are the rocker panel fender still misaligned with paint chip also missing pins and bolts in bumper, fender, and rocker panel. just lie after lie trying so hard to cover up and unwilling to fixing it the right way like it suppose to be but only cover up fix please look at what you have done to my brand new car before replying to the review and still trying to cover up and make thing up very nasty practice Another update Just install my dash cam and discover new damage done by this dealership also damaging interior trim and scratching very visible pry mark in many area those cover up tactic so sick ruined my brand new car. Call again and got transfer around like a ball ended up with a service advisor that doesn't care and say service manger will call me but never happen also this place is truly lie after lie and cover up after cover up unbelievable doesn't seem like they want to make thing right a lot more like make thing worst.     My first car was purchased here, in 2021 when I was in college! In a way, I regret buying a car…read moreduring that time, as there was a car chip shortage so limited car inventory at many dealerships & prices were marked up for this reason. I was leaning towards getting a used low mileage car but due to the chip shortage, a used car was not much cheaper, so a new car it was! I had gone to multiple different Honda dealerships all around MA just looking for somewhere to have ANY car left on the lot to buy. Originally, I was not even looking into getting a Honda at all but I was intrigued by hybrid vehicles! Ended up getting a Honda Insight Hybrid that had cloth interior and if I wanted leather, it would've been another couple of months until it would arrive lol. It was the first cloth interior car that I ever had/driven & it was not a fun time. Stains easily & super difficult to clean! The car itself was great though, can't complain. The estimated mpg was said to be ~55mpg but most of the time, I am able to get 77/mpg, so definitely gas efficient & only cost me ~$20/tank of gas. For example, a trip to NYC and even driving through NJ/Fort Lee, I only had to fill the tank once on the way back in RI! So this is a great commuter/road trip car. It's too bad they stopped manufacturing this model in 2022. BUT if I was not in so much of a need of getting a car at the time, I probably wouldn't have ever gotten it. This is because the salesman I had wasn't great & was actually a college kid lol. Very pushy attitude and was not knowledgeable about the cars offered at the dealership... This unfortunately goes for most of the salesmen/saleswomen here though. I never went here for services, only have to deal with oil changes still and haven't had any actual issues yet to this day.

    Purchased a 2018 GMC Arcadia from Nucar Hyundai of Norwood…read more Noticed the rocker panel was falling off a week after picking up vehicle. Was told by Marc, salesman who sold me the vehicle, that nothing can be done since I already picked up the vehicle. He said if it was noticed before picking up car it would have been fixed! Terrible customer service! Rocker panel can cut your leg entering and exiting vehicle as well as the potential of falling off and causing an accident. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.
