They were extremely detailed in cleaning, above and beyond what i expected. Every vent was removed cleaned, sterilized and replaced. Fan motor was removed and cleaned with a toothbrush (not hosed off with a water hose),Coils were cleaned,sterilized. Ducts were cleaned from each room towards the air handler which had a large multi-stage filtered vacuum.Before the cleaning the return air vent had dirty stuff in it that i was unable to clean even with a scrub brush, after it was almost spotless.. The technician/owner spent 3 hours cleaning the duct system, when finished he vacuumed the floor in each room to make sure he cleaned up after himself. He showed me inside the multi-stage vacuum and the gunk that was inside was amazing,dirt and hair and what ever else was the size of beach ball, the 2nd stage filter had enough stuff in it to fill a gallon jug.. I knew the duct's were dirty and i knew i was unable to do it myself. I spent a lot of time looking online comparing,calling companies to find someone that i felt comfortable with... In retrospect that should've been suspect... Roy, the tech (?) came & hooked up the suction unit, then told me I had mold in the ac handler. Trying to up sell me, which I wasn't in the market to buy. He copped an attitude & sat in the truck while the cleaning pursued. Two days later my newer Trane unit shut off. The Nest thermostat said the power to rc wire was off. My regular ac tech had done a tune up 2 weeks before & came out to check it. I told him of the duct work. He looked for a blockage he might've missed and found none. He suspected the pan under the unit had been cracked in retribution. This is costing $800 to $900 in repairs. The Blue Air Duct Cleaning receipt's phone #s are disconnected and address shows located in Orlando. I'm going to investigate more through the BBB and see if this company has anything to do with my experience. Until then, buyer beware!

Both technicians they sent out failed to turn off the disconnect switch, leaving the unit running with frozen coils and collapsed ductwork for over 24 hours. This could have caused major damage. The tech gave three different diagnoses, quoted me one price, and then sent a much higher bill for a refrigerant leak search and Freon that was never needed. A second company later found the system was overcharged by a full pound of refrigerant and confirmed that the new cap the tech claimed to have installed was never put on. He also said they don't do ductwork -- even though their website says they do. They charge by the job (not by the hour) but refuse to provide any pricing or itemized breakdown upfront. They also charged a $99 initial service fee to come out. , plus an $85 re-return fee ... because they couldn't do any work because of the coils being frozen Thankfully, after I disputed the charges, they dropped the bill. Still, I would not recommend this company.

Very reasonable service charge, lowest for the area, prices not good....they were GREAT!!! Told by previous HVAC company it would need to be replaced but they evaluated the unit, made the repair and said we should get more life out of the unit. The tech went above and beyond and the work was guaranteed for 30 days. Highly recommend and can't say enough good things about them. Will use again if ever need HVAC work done.
