As an avid car builder, a former collision centers/body shop for 20 years, and belonging to a prestigious car club, I have never experienced an unprofessional collision center as bad as World Auto Body in my life!!. I don't do Yelp! I never do complaints as this is my first time ever, so this goes to show how bad they are. They worked on parts that had no purpose being worked on like my door and driver side headlight that was included in the estimate. It was not part of the accident! (My door closed perfectly because it was untouched! I have photos to verify it!) They left my window down in my truck, letting water and rain get inside and gave an estimate that's very inflated! So much I, as a former adjuster/estimator cannot figure out how they came to the price which has been verified and supported by other professional collision centers. The manager was very rude and very unprofessional. He threatened me all because I complained about my door being taken apart. When I asked him if they could put it back together he said, "We're not doing s***!!!", all because I told him the door was not damaged. He walked towards me in a threatening matter and threw me off the property for saying he was being unprofessional!! Again I have never dealt with unprofessionalism on this level in my 50 years of living so do not take your car here or you're gonna get burned by over inflated prices, your vehicle will be left unattended with windows down with no care in the world, and they will include parts and labor prices for things that aren't needed! So, please be aware and look into other shops before you go there! (I wouldn't go there PERIOD if I was you!). If your insurance company refers them, tell them NO THANK YOU and mention this review! I'm willing to speak to them on your behalf! P.S. They want to charge me a fee for taking the truck apart including the door they had no reason to take apart! BEWARE!!! read more

I took my 9 year old Mazda 6 in for body damage from a parking lot collision, and what I got back looked like it just rolled off the lot in 2016! Everything about the experience with Ricardo and World Auto Body was world class, from the initial contact for the estimate, to the exit inspection. Ricardo was also quick to spot a paint inconsistency from a previous repair that was done by a large, unnamed franchise body shop, and gave me some good advice on how to approach that company to resolve the issue. This was one of two estimates that I got from local body shops, and the other place was more expensive and told me I needed to buy what turned out to be unneeded parts. To me, that signals integrity! In addition to the integrity factor, the communication experience was flawless, with text updates on the status, a phone call and voicemail when the car was ready. I would definitely go back to World Auto Body on the future if I need this type of service, and recommend then to anyone who needs collision repair. Disabled Veteran currently fighting cancer paid to have my 21 yr. old truck tonneau repainted with a lifetime warranty. The paint failed and when I took the truck back to get repaired, I was first told they had no record of the service or warranty. The owner stated he never met me and had never seen the truck, so I showed them my receipt and documented lifetime guarantee. I asked them to honor the guarantee and was told they should have not offered the guarantee, they will not honor their guarantee and that it was going to cost me another $675 to paint it again on top of the $875 I already paid. So all I have from this company is a poor quality failed paint job and a handful of worthless paperwork. Buyer beware, this company seems to only be interested in taking your money. Quality, service and commitment to their guarantee is nonexistent. read more

I wish i could give a better score, but my experience was unfortunately not the same as everyone elses. I had taken my car in for a head-on collision; was told this business had great feedback and was excited to get my car fixed and back on track. They had quoted me 2 weeks for repairs, which turned into a month. Normally I would not have minded, but there was never any communication. I never knew what the status of my car was. I was told I'd receive calls and never did. I had to be the one to call multiple times to find out what was going on, only to be told there were more and more problems. When i finally did get my car back, there was a crack through the middle of my windshield, which they wanted to blame on existing cracks. ALWAYS take your own photos! They had a company replace the windshield about a week later, but never recieved an invoice or anything. No idea who the company was and have issues with the seal. Everyone I spoke to was always professionaland nice, but unfortunately will not be recommending. read more

Just last week, my RAV4 was returned to me looking like a brand new car! The dent was fixed, scratches taken out and was painted beautifully! Perfection! The quote Ricardo gave me was very fair! He kept the pricing affordable! Ricardo offered services to attach a toe package and bike rack for me! He actually took the time to help me find the perfect bike rack and toe package for my car and e-bike! He went above the call of duty!! Each time I have used World Auto Body, Nicky has been great!
