Sigi took care of the car and beat everyone's estimates significantly. He's incredibly responsive to text messages. Super accommodating. Really nice person. Did excellent work on the car (done in 2.5 days). He understood I really wanted the bare minimum to get the car looking better. The car looked brand new when I got it back! He also detailed the car inside and out upon pickup. He also offered to help me fix the rear seats for free (Toyota minivan 3rd row seats wouldn't go up anymore, I bought the part, now it's fixed). My experience was bizarre. The owner is clearly very knowledgeable and on first meeting seemed to want to help me with in his own words, 'finishing touches'. My car had been in two Concours. I then never heard from him for weeks and eventually got a text that said he didn't feel comfortable working on my car because there were so many issues. Having been to his garage I find that hilarious! I even followed up explaining I'd be happy to do whatever it took to work with him. UNBELIEVABLE CRAFTSMANSHIP! I could not recommend Sigi and his team more. After our car was hit and run we expected it to be completely disassembled, taking months to fix. My 2012 Camry was damaged when my younger brother backed it into a roofing truck. He owned up to it and promised to fix it, an honest attempt was made but he moved before the job was finished. I took it to SV body and paint so I could stop looking at the unpainted bondo repair and so I wouldn't have to buff out the rust weekly. Sigi repaired the prior work and made my car look so good! I took a picture for the review and was trying not to get myself in the crisp reflection.He was efficient and personable. The job was well worth the price. I had noticed a size-able scratch on the front bumper of my CR-V, that I have had for about a month now, returning to my car in a mall parking lot. I was panicked and tried to fix it myself and with the help of a friend, but it didn't come out the way I wanted. I then turned to Sigi at SV Body and Paint who was referred to me by another top notch body shop that wasn't able to take on new clients. Sigi quoted me $500 for repairing and painting the front bumper again, which turned out amazing! My 2016 SUV had oxidation that compromised the sealant and paint. Sigi, and his crew did a fantastic job repairing and repainting my vehicle. They took out the nicks and small dents of 7 and a half years of use and made the car look like new. Along with the new paint they did a great job of detailing the inside as well. UPDATE: Paid for another color-change job and had a very different, negative experience this time around. Last year's (2022) job worked out well as you can see by the review I left below. While the work on prepping and re-assembly turned out fine, the white paint job was a mess. I think the body/trunk/hood were painted on a different day which looked fine and consistent. The door panels did not match, with one door horribly off (that no one caught or said anything about). It wasn't until I placed the car in the shade that I saw the mismatch. During the polishing stage (2 weeks later), the team tried fixing some of the imperfections that I found (missing reattachment of trunk bumper, paint runs, blue paint still left in certain areas and door mismatch). The repainted door was "better" but remained yellow-tinted. My guess is there was no blending either. As much as I hated trying to get in touch for another fix to make it right, I had to given the cost of the paint job. To my surprise, no one got in touch with me, not even Sigi who I was always directly in contact with. My messages went ignored. I've now had to pay $1700 (nearly 50% of what I paid for the original paint job) just to have another shop correct the huge mistake (and this was the average/going rate of a few quotes I received). I am completely disappointed in the service this time around. I guess it's hit or miss, but too expensive of a job to be confident I'd ever take my vehicles back there or refer. My 2006 Corolla bumpers were really showing wear and tear, clear coat was completely gone, so many scrapes and gouges from cars. The body was still in good shape, but those bumpers made my car look old and worn out. I priced buying new bumpers, but those required being painted. While talking to a family friend, he recommended Sigi. To remove on the dings, scratches and paint was less than replacing them. I am so happy with Sigi and the job he did. The job Sigi did on my beloved classic's quarter panel was superb and seamless. And Sigi himself is a gentleman.
