Not only were they super accommodative they were also very patient with me and explained everything I needed to know before hopping on the machine. Michelle even stayed next to me the whole time switching the speeds and modes of the machine to match my pace! 15 minutes on the simulator is equivalent to a whole day on the slopes and boy can you really feel it in your core and glutes. This simulator is the only commercialized unit on the west coast and it is 1000% worth trying out! The same machine used at the Olympic training center! I may not be an Olympic athlete but with this machine I sure can train like one. Overall: A great experience that I would recommend anyone. I was and still am so surprised that no one knows of this machine. I think it is a great experience for anyone who doesn't have the time to commute to Big Bear every weekend. The workshop was extremely informative, and it gave me enough confidence to schedule an evaluation with him. From the first few minutes of our physical therapy session, I felt like Dr. Justin was truly listening to me and understood what I was going through. He quickly identified the source of my pain, made an adjustment that reduced my shoulder pain by about 80%, and believed it was muscular related which was a relief. I was amazed. Have gone to PT through my insurance for other issues in the past, and they did not have the knowledge that he has and I did not have a quick recovery with them. He also gave me customized exercises that were tailored specifically to my situation, and I left the session already feeling better. I have been doing the homework exercises since the session and after just one week of consistently doing the exercises, my shoulder pain was completely gone. Over this past weekend, I stopped in with a few friends to check it out and we had a phenomenal workout & overall experience. There was plenty of parking and access was simple. I was able to get in immediately and tour the facility and it was nothing short of amazing. The gym floor was super aesthetic & the equipment was high quality. With plans for further expansion, this gym is perfect for anyone's goals. The hyrox/crossfit section is massive and has a completely different feel. Wide roll up doors & open floor plan make you feel like you can do any athletic movements without encroaching on anyone else. Now comes my favorite part (one that you can't hide or fake), the people! I had such a great time meeting new athletes and making friends. Everyone was super upbeat and positive yet still focused on their personal goals. The trainers mixed in with the athletes effortlessly and didn't make me feel out of place. I even had a chance to meet with the owner who took his time to get feedback from me about the gym. It is so clear to me that the staff and ownership at Zenith gym have poured their blood sweat and tears into making an incredible gym environment. When someone's going for a PR, people pause their workouts to watch and show support. It has 24-hour access with a key fob, and it recently got a nice makeover too. Paradise truly has the best machines, and even when it's busy, you can always get your full workout in because there's such a great variety and volume of quality equipment. What I also love is that there's access to trainers for both beginners and more advanced lifters, so no matter where you're at in your fitness journey, you'll feel comfortable and supported here. The owner, Elsa, is incredibly accommodating and clearly takes pride in her business. It's obvious she invests both time and money into making this gym stand out. The layout is well thought out and flows in a way that just makes sense--you can tell a lot of planning went into it.
