We had the Brisket Enchiladas Meal and the Spuderosa Spud which is a large baked potato with brisket and all the fixings. The customer service is beyond exceptional! Jojo, our amazing waitress, was always on top of everything! Always checking on you and never letting your drink get low. Trisha and Matt, the owners, are some of the nicest people and are 1,000% about customer service and great food. We are here for our second time and it seems like everything is even better than the first time. I didn't think that was possible. With delivery and tip, I paid almost $45 for two brisket sandwiches. I am sorry to report I was more than disappointed. 1) I got a chopped beef sandwich full of fat and what I think was gristle whereas I expected sliced brisket on a bun. 2) When ordered I selected delivery at 11:45 am. Delivery was closer to 12:30 pm. 3) the sandwiches were not freshly made. Obviously been made hours or days ahead. The pickles and onions I ordered on the sandwiches were limp and tasteless. So nasty that in the end I pulled just the meat off the buns, scraped off the pickles and onions and just ate the meat.

I'm grading it based on what I'd expect from a grocery store vs from a premium BBQ restaurant. They have lots of options and you can choose to order ahead if you want to shop first which is nice. Got the two meat plate with fatty brisket and burnt ends and sides of fried okra and collared greens. The fatty brisket was very moist and had a vibe smoky flavor. Burnt ends were pretty moist and flavorful as well. A slight step below what you'd get at a place like Hutchins despite being around 50% cheaper. As of today, it's $29/lb for brisket vs Hutchins which is up to $40/lb. The sides were decent. I liked that they had lots of options including desserts and veggies that you don't always see. The fried okra was a large portion but was easy over salted otherwise would've been great. Definitely a great option for some delicious BBQ at a great value and super convenient combined with a shopping trip to HEB.
