Come on! Any hotel knows that you shouldn't require guests to stair-climb to enter the hot tub. The designers of the Active Wellness Center were too cheap to build a fully in-ground jacuzzi pool. Also... the only way a disabled person could get through the heavy glass doors surrounding the pool and dressing rooms is to have a strong caregiver present. And even then, the wheelchair will smash against the glass doors, which won't stay open for you. And get this! When I cancelled our memberships, they provided only the tiniest box to explain why we were cancelling. I typed "Not Enough Space Here." I fully expected them to email me asking for details. Nope. They never wrote.

This is the worst gym I've been to equipment wise. They dont have any free weight machines much less Olympic barbells. Plenty of Smith machines i can't use because it hurts my shoulders. The ONLY reason I stay here is that it is the only 24 hour gym available. I tried Vacaville fitness but I couldn't sign up online and good luck getting a hold of someone to help you. No staff on site during operation hours..... SOOOO PF by default!

I've complained about the lack of adjustable benches. its been a major issue…read morefor at minimum a year now. having only 2 in the entire gym when it's arguably the most busy gym in Solano county is ridiculous. to put into perspective browns valley has 7-8 of them. I was informed they were on back order but something as simple as an adjustable bench for the size of an in shape club shouldn't be on back order for months on end. Browns valley closed the freeweight room for 2 weeks for upgrades and when re-open they had 3 more adjustable benches. I'm assuming they get their equipment from the same manufacture. With that being said I do think the gym is decent but having only 2 adjustable for a gym that size with that many members is borderline ridiculous. It's been an ongoing problem for many months probably a year now and the simple "on back order" excuse doesn't seem like a real reason for a gym to not have one of the most important pieces of equipment readily available for its members

Coach Georgia is all about helping members reach their fullest potential. Whether she's encouraging us with her trademark "Come on!" or reminding us to "Add it if you got it," her enthusiasm is contagious. She works the entire studio, making her rounds, sharing information about upcoming events and signature workouts, and checking in to make sure everyone is doing well. I'll admit, I was trying to avoid the weight floor and stick exclusively to tread classes. When Coach Georgia noticed, she gently encouraged me by letting me know that whenever I was ready, she would help me with proper form and selecting the right weights. There was never any pressure--just a genuine offer of support. Her confidence in what my body could accomplish and her willingness to help me get there was incredibly encouraging.
