I got a few quotes and Jackie's was the most reasonably priced, as soon as I gave her a call I was able to schedule the time and date I needed and she even confirmed the day prior, that kind of communication is greatly appreciated! What an amazing move experience I had with these guys 2 days ago. From beginning to end. Super fast response time even later in the evenings when I was sending messages and asking questions. These guys did good work when we hired them to do our downsizing move. They moved quickly and carefully. There were no unexpected costs. However, I was turned off when three guys showed up instead of the two that we hired. Then, on the spot they expected us to hire the third guy. We declined and he helped out a little anyway, so we tipped each one of them. Maybe there was some miscommunication, but I didn't like that surprise. Very prompt, they were actually early, they did a great job. Moved quickly and efficiently. I was a little disappointed because I was watching out the window when one of the guys dropped my lamp and broke the shade. I watched him look at it, see that it was broken and when he came in I thought for sure he would mention it. He didn't. Just put that part against the wall. I don't care, it's a cheap lamp and it split on the seam so I can glue it back together but I'm just disappointed that he didn't mention it. I still tipped and other than that everything was great. Jackie Movers were amazing, right from the get go, from answering the phone to packing and moving a whole 3 bedrooms 2 story home to another 3 beds two story home (double the stairs) They showed up right on time, super respectful and extremely hard working, great communication skills and very accommodating. Not satisfied. I dont want trust yelp anymore. I picked this company because I saw 5 star review. You should call more companies to compare the price not like me. I learn my lesson. In the beginning phone quote, I explained how many items and furniture I have in the house. I asked her if their truck will fit all my stuff. She said yes no worry and did not tell me other hidden charges . Few days later, 3 man and a truck arrived my house. Their truck can only fill half my stuff. They said I need 2nd trip to take them all to my new house. $120 per hour is not cheap ok so I rejected. In the end, they charged fuel, packing materials (they use mine so they didnt charge me), and driving time. I dont get it why would I pay for driving time? I pay hourly rate $120 already and still need to pay for driving time. I will find out from other professional person if this is fair no not. I paid $660 plus tips but only get my half way done. They charge 5% for credit card processing fee. I need find another company to finish rest of items read more

Yes they showed up on time and yes leaving a message will get you called back, however unless you don't care about your things then these are the movers for you ‍ they charged me extra to "protect my items" more than I had already and when I got to my location to unload all my furniture was ruined. Dressers standing on legs instead of face down had legs and nails ripped out and unusable. My dresser drawers are completely fucked up, my things are filthy, all my lightbulbs that were bubble wrapped were shattered. Basically all my shit was fucked up. So ya they may be nice and they may show up on time but they don't load your truck properly and after paying them $400 I now have to pay $1000s to replace my things. read more

I came across Jackie movers and the reviews were all good. I cancelled my original movers I had picked out and went with Jackie movers. They were great! Nothing got broken they were quick and efficient. Worked hard in the tough Vegas heat moving me from the second floor of one complex to the third floor of another. No surprise fees at the end. I had a start time of 3 pm but requested to be contacted if something opened up earlier and was able to get started and done several hours before 3pm. The first time I contacted them thru email I believe and didn't think they had gotten back to me but their email got sent to my junk emails. So it just took me a minute to figure that out.
