Beware this business has changed!This was the second time I used Jackie movers in two years. Last year move was great, so I rehired them, however this latest move was a complete disaster. The movers were tasked to put my items in my storage. They left it a mess! They put everything half hazardly, upside down and did not stack or organize properly at all. They stacked heavy items on light items. Threw things in with no organization. When I opened my storage after the move, everything fell forward further breaking and destroying my things. I am extremely disappointed. My daughter also told me one of the movers was riding on my e-bike without my consent in the storage. I tipped them well as I did not know any of this until I opened my storage afterwards and looked at the disaster it was when everything fell out. I am a single mom on a budget and hoped I could trust these movers with my items. It was very expensive to hire them and now my things are ruined, broken and I am so sad. Also they are not backed by Yelp Guarantee and this is false advertising. read more

Great movers, fast and efficient. We moved from a one bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom two story house. We used 2 movers, everything took about 2.5 hours. And they helped packed the bigger furnitures like the dressers, desk, tvs and entertainment center. We highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future. read more

Crew showed up slightly early and were friendly and efficient. Move took about five hours with a three bdrm two story house moving to a three bdrm one story house. They were all very cautious about not hitting walls or railings. Everything made it to the new house in the exact same condition it left the old house. Had 2 guys come to move a 1st floor apartment to a 3rd floor apartment in the same complex. The movers came on time and were able to move the entire apartment into the new one in less than 2 hours. I was blown away by the efficiency and professionalism shown, and for such a reasonable price too! They even told me they didn't need the truck to move our stuff which saved us even more money. Messaged here on yelp 2 days before my move. Response time was quick and the person I was speaking with was very kind and accommodating. Movers arrived on time and even a few minutes early. Communication was great. They came prepared with everything needed to move all different types of furniture and boxes. Everything was removed within 1 hr for entire 1 bed apt. We stopped at a storage unit and they were very helpful and optimistic with getting items out. When arriving at the drop off location, once again, they were extremely efficient and kind, asking where each box should go. Before leaving I was able to review everything and ask them to move any boxes or furniture if it wasn't where i wanted it. 100% would recommend this company, 10/10 experience. read more

The price was okay and the movers were on time and friendly. However, for being so called "Professional", I am not certain they can really load a truck. After putting in a wall of boxes, my Stacked Washer and Dryer would not fit, causing the truck door not to open or close all the way. If they had put the Washer and Dryer in first, I believe it might have. Due to this situation, I had to leave my Washer and Dryer in my old place and practically give it away. So, I might recommend them depending on what is being moved. read more

I cannot say enough great things about this business. The contact person, Karol, was immediate in responding from the first inquiry. She kept in contact with me through out the two weeks prior. In moving day, 3 guys arrived right at 8 am. They were quick but careful, and knew exactly how to maneuver stairs and corners. Upon arrival to new place, they unloaded and set up and assembled furniture that needed it. Their job was complete in under 2 hours for a 1 bedroom apartment on the second floor, that included driving time to the new place. The 3 guys were so amazing, pleasant, knowledgeable and so very skilled at their job. I have used movers many times, but this was by far the best experience, as well as the cost being the least expensive I have ever had. Got a quote thru Yelp. Unlike some other movers, I seemed to get personal service from Karol. She answered my initial quote request and then asked more specific questions. Some other movers seemed to use a bit response. Plenty of moving dates available and didn't seem to charge an arm and a leg for the truck and plastic supplies. Didn't leave me with the impression of being a bother. Day of the move Saul, Darwin, and Juan arrived on time and ready to work. They were courtesy and gentle with our furniture, their experience showed when it came time to move a large single piece of glass covering our 9' long dining room table. The price is what drew me to this moving company. It was the most affordable hourly rate. They arrived on time, but left my bed frame in the middle of the road without informing me until they arrived at the new location. I only noticed it when I was leaving my old condo and it was in the middle of the road, which I had to move myself it was also too large for my car and required me to make two trip. When I informed the owner , he only asked if I wanted them to come back to get it, despite the fact that I clearly stated in my message that I moved it myself, and when I told him that, he read the message but did not respond. They should provide better customer service, and as a moving company, leaving items behind is expected, but not in the middle of the road, where they could be damaged. I regret to inform you that I will not be recommending this company. read more

Jackie Movers moved us at the end of September and it was a great experience! I've never said that about moving before. They came out and gave us a reasonable quote, checked in a couple days before the move, and they did everything they said they would and more. Saul, Edgar and Andres were very careful with all of our furniture and boxes. They wrapped items carefully, packed them in the truck with precision, and loaded and unloaded all items without any damage! The guys were so nice and helpful we highly recommend this company! These guys came to my rescue! I had less than 24 hours to find movers & Jackie Movers responded right away to my request for a quote. The movers were respectful & really did their best to ensure my furniture was wrapped up & protected good especially my mirrored dressers. The move did take longer than expected because of all the days it was going to rain in Vegas, it rained hard the day of my move. My only complaint was that they were supposed to reinstall the TV wall mount but they didn't bring a stud finder. That's okay. No biggie, maybe next time. Overall, I was pleased with their service & how nice & professional these guys are. I didn't feel like I was being rushed or sensed like they were dragging. They had a good team work going.
