I have very thick, wavy Asian hair that I find difficulty in managing, and Lori was great in following everything that I asked for in a cut! I love the layers and blowout she did for my hair. She's also great in making sure I'm comfortable and asking ahead of time if it would be okay for her to proceed with doing something to my head.
